I trusted them, I removed it but they never paid my insurance carrier. Now I am reposting. On July 29, 2024 I took my brand new 2024 Kia Sorrento through this car wash. There was a little Toyota Tacoma in front of my vehicle. Somehow that Toyota bounced off the tracks and stopped moving. The car wash did not stop and my car kept hitting the Toyota repeatedly. Finally, they turn the car wash off. The guy told me to proceed through the car wash and go back around and go through the car wash again. I asked him if there was any damage to the front of my car and he assured me there was not. Well, as you can see from the photos they're clearly was damaged. This cracked my front bumper my grill caused my front sensor to malfunction. My vehicle only had 552 miles on it when I went through this car wash. I purchased this vehicle on July 4. Didn't even have it for one month. I filed a claim through my insurance carrier they took care of the damages. I was called by Bubba's car wash. They assured me they were gonna pay for the damages. It's almost been one year and my insurance company has not received one penny from this car wash they lied to me. I know these incidents happen far in between doesn't happen to everybody, but this is poor customer service. When you promised to pay and you don't that impacts your business negatively. Almost a year later and they still haven't paid my insurance carrier.

There was barely any space between vehicles going onto the conveyor, which made me nervous the entire time. Car washes should have clear spacing and safety procedures when loading cars, especially when customers are trusting them with their vehicles. It felt rushed, and I don't think cars should be packed in that closely just to move the line faster. I would recommend management review their loading process and make sure employees are giving cars enough space before sending them through. I personally don't feel very comfortable coming back unless I knew they were taking vehicle spacing and customer safety more seriously.

The issue was the manager's response. Instead of calmly explaining the location's policy, she was visibly irritated, rolled her eyes through her glasses, and spoke in a dismissive, condescending tone. There was no professionalism in the interaction, just unnecessary attitude. If this location has a strict no-roof-rack policy, that's completely fine. Post it clearly and communicate it respectfully. Customers shouldn't feel talked down to for having common vehicle equipment that would've taken me 30 seconds to remove. This wasn't about being denied service. It was about how it was handled. Management sets the tone. Today's tone was unacceptable. But it IS Quick Quack, so that expectation wasn't high.

I received 2 free car washes in the mail to try out Tommy's express car wash. I took one of my cars…read morewhen it was nice & dirty! I detached one of the coupons and games it to the employee. The coupon was for the best car wash they had, "The Works." I proceeded just around to the entrance. I liked how the conveyer at this car wash is wider and easier to get onto. As I got on, I put the car in neutral as instructed. For my first time around, there weren't any special lights (yes, I'm easily amused) it was a simple spray, soft scrub, spray, wheel wash, and dry. I did notice the soft scrubbers didn't really get the right side of my car too clean, but overall, clean. My 2nd time (I used my 2nd freebie) going through, I didn't pay attention, but there were the lights, finally! The 3rd time, I brought the Mazda and for my smaller car going through this car wash, it barely touched the right side of my car. I went around to the vacuums each time. I noticed some of the vacuums didn't work when I pushed the buttons (on 2 occasions) and some of the top pieces just completely fell off. I like that they have the air hoses that blow powerful air to either dry your car off better or blow dust out of right crevasses. They have rubber tips on them to if you're doing the outside of your car, you aren't going to scratch it. The third car wash, I paid for... I'd like to say I got my money's worth, but if the brushes can't reach one side of my car, it's not worth it. The washes are expensive for single washes. It's a better deal to do a monthly package... but still not worth it if it isn't going to clean the entire car 100%. Maybe in time, this issue will get fixed. I look forward to that because I really like how there are so many vacuum spots and how clean the driver side of my cars were, lol. The employees are pretty nice, too!
