The guy working the counter super nice and did the best he could with what he was working with, but this Chevron needs to get their crap together first we had an issue with the chicken because the price that came on the computer screen wasn't the same price as it was listed on the sign that was my first issue. Second issue was my rewards. Such wonderful service and pretty quick. Cashier was very personable and kind. I had to use the bathroom pretty bad because we were on the way to Palm Springs for a fantasy footbal draft. I gassed up went inside for my car wash receipt. I just received a notification my credit card was charged $200! Total fraud. I only put in $36 gas and paid for lottery tickets cash. I called the station said I need to bring receipt in. I will immediately call my credit card company! read more

The pump messed up and charged me but didn't actually give my car any gas. When I went to go ask for my $ back the "store manager" Javier or Jaime was very rude. I had been away for a couple of weeks. Upon returning the store had new faces that were very welcoming. Store looked much cleaner and neater. Even outside areas looked trash free. New staff are friendlier and there's no hostilities there like before. Fountain drinks are well stocked with cups and straws and the coffee area also well stocked with sugar and creamers. Before i went away, they were always out of sugar and there be no straws, for the cold drinks. Over all the store never looked or fell better than before. Keep up the good work!!!! read more

After several weeks of one restroom always out of service, they decided to up thier game and close both. When I asked if this was going to be the new normal I was told they were waiting for approval to have them repaired. I spend a lot of money on fuel at this station. I can find another station If they can't provide better service to paying customers. What's really a shame is the station is not very old. The MAN working this evening, I litteraly just left 15 mins ago. He was working as a cashier. Beyond rude. From the START I couldn't find the coffee lids and I asked him., politely twice... Finally he answered "over there" like really?! I am over here filling my coffee. So I let it go and I ended up finding it. Then I needed to use the restroom and most gas station restrooms have keys these days. I asked him if I needed a key, he looked at me like I robbed him of his life savings and that I was a complete moron and said "NO" in the most rude, uncalled for tone. I just am appalled at customer service these days. I don't like writing bad yelp reviews, it takes A LOT for me to do so. I'd rather give praise on yelp when praise is due. Saw signs posted for required masks for customers but staff either did not wear masks or had netted masks. 4/30/21 at 1:30p.m. Only 2 pumps make customers come inside to use credit cards. During another visit, the pump didn't stop so it overflowed gas which staff told me "it happens." I only come here because of the cost is less than the other Chevron stations in Banning. read more

Pumped gas I had 1/4 of a tank. The pump was very slow when I went to look it said it was at 18 gallon. My car only takes a max of 16gallons when empty but I had 1/4 of a tank. I went in to complain and cashier stated there was nothing to do that I had to file a complaint with the state of California. 2 other pumps were broken so maybe they are having issues. I didn't think I would be leaving reviews for a gas station but this has got to be my favorite. I stop here for diesel every morning and there is plenty of pumps and the staff is awesome. Restrooms are always clean and since I'm writing a review I might as well do one one the chicken. I love it, always fresh when I get there in the morning. I've been stopping in at this Chevron station frequently lately, as I have been working in Palm Springs, grabbing a coffee at the Extra Mile convenience store. The store is okay but the restrooms are disgusting. I keep thinking they have to clean them sometimes but they never seem to, as the floors and wash basins are always filthy dirty, and today the toilet seat was ready to fall off the disgusting toilet. You don't see a log on the door of the times the restroom was cleaned, probably because you don't need one when it's only cleaned once a week. The reason today (10-19-20, 10:30am) was my last stop here, ever? Total disrespect for Covid precautions. 2 of last 3 visits there have been customers without masks walking in and purchasing an item and no employee says a word, not challenging customers at all. There is a big sign at the door that's says masks are required for entry, but apparently not here. Today was especially disturbing because ALL employees (that I could see) two women, one man, had their masks UNDER their chins. Amazing. One woman employee was making coffee and straightening up the coffee service, all the while her face uncovered, breathing on cups, stirrers, coffee supplies, etc.. The woman I saw at the register would lower mask off and on. I'm sure this isn't company policy, so it sure looks like management is a big failure here. read more
