The menu is very extensive, almost overwhelming but I'm sure anybody can find what they will enjoy. I just went with one of their "something unique" flavors, which was the iced churro latte with oat milk. So yummy! Good amount of cinnamon, sweetness and creamy! My sister got their iced banana cream pie with oat milk which was also yummy! Good balance of banana flavor, sweetness and creamy! They also have holiday drinks all year round, which is awesome! I'm glad they also have a few bites to eat too! I will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

What was disappointing wasn't the wait but the complete lack of acknowledgment. We walked in, stood at the register for several minutes, and there was no greeting, no eye contact, no "I'll be right with you," nothing. The employee continued making orders while two other customers sat waiting. Customer service doesn't require stopping everything but sometimes all it takes is a quick "Hi, I'll be with you shortly" so people know they've been seen. That small interaction makes a huge difference especially to small businesses in smaller cities like this one. It feels like basic customer service and multitasking skills are becoming less common. Maybe businesses are understaffed, maybe training has changed and they just need a body at the register (anybody). I don't know what the issue is but being acknowledged goes a long way. Eventually, we left and went across the street to Juice It Up, where we had no issues, someone said hello as soon as we walked in and they were actually very busy. They took our order within 1-2 minutes. This is the type of experience that makes the difference between a repeat customer and a potential customer who will never return. Hopefully this is something management can improve because the product may be good, but the customer experience matters too or should if you care about revenue and keeping your doors open.

This evening, I visited the store where three employees were working -one female and two males. I ordered a total of 7 drinks. One of the drinks I ordered was the halo halo for the first time and politely asked if it could be remade to have a taro flavor, as the drink tasted primarily like plain milk with toppings. Unfortunately, there was no taro flavor at all, which is not what I expected. A traditional halo halo should have a noticeable coconut and/or taro taste. As you can see in the photo my drink is white like snow. There is no purple hue, don't get this drink unless you like a snowy milk drink. One of the male employees stated that it was against store policy to remake drinks. When I expressed my concern, he told the other two employees to handle the situation in front of me, instead of addressing it himself. The female employee did not respond, and the other male reiterated that he could not remake the drink due to store policy. He stated halo halo has one scoop of taro powder and they cannot add another scoop of powder. When I asked if the store would not correct a drink that a customer disliked, I was again told it was against policy. I believe that when a customer is dissatisfied with a product, especially when it does not match its description, it is reasonable to expect the issue to be addressed. This was the worst customer service experience I have had, the employees were rude and because of it, I will not be ordering from this location again. I believe that good customer service includes helping customers feel satisfied with their order when possible. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the location can improve its customer service in the future.
