No fusion just straight, Vietnamese classics and of course pho. The people are super nice here and it's the type of place I like supporting. I came here in the evening and it wasn't too crowded and the vibe was pretty chill. I ordered my go to, especially when visiting spots I haven't been to before and that was the rare steak and well done brisket. The price here is really reasonable, especially since you get such a large bowl. The comforting bowl of soup definitely hit the spot. I ordered P12 which is the brisket with tendon, and it did not disappoint at all. The broth was very flavorful which I appreciated as some other places I've visited in the past the broth tasted watered down. The servers are very friendly & polite. The overall appearance of the restaurant was clean. So if you're near the Fontana area and looking for a late night spot I'd definitely recommend this place. It was my first time and I was unclear of what to get since I'm not a big soup fan. My friend got the Pho with steak, the appetizer sampler, and I got the chicken pad Thai with fried rice on the side. The appies were traditional frozen Chinese food norms: egg rolls, won tons, and fried shrimp. Nothing too great about them. Our food came out piping hot which is always a plus. My friend said her soup was "to die for." My food was good. Honestly I've had better. The rice was a little crunchy for me and the chicken was not evenly chopped so it didn't cook as even as it should have. The flavor profile was a little off from what I expected. While visiting my sister I came to find this wonderful restaurant very close to Walmart ! The service is great and the employees are very nice. I ordered a Thai iced tea which was made perfectly by the baristas !! I ordered a chicken pho because I was under the weather and the broth was so tasty. My mother ordered a vegetarian pho which isn't on the menu but the wonderful cook in the back made special for my healthy mom. Honestly everything was great, I look forward coming back to enjoy some Chinese food or another kind of soup. The vibe was great and very clean.
