6/18/26 Cloud 9 Pho & Teatime Fontana, CA... Came here with a wonderful family and had an absolute great meal and time here! The service here was excellent here by Tara, Alexa, and the owner Annie! The place was so clean. Simple restaurant and love the colors inside. Even the restroom was super nice. My main orders here were the Matcha Smoothie with whole milk and the Combo rice plate. The smoothie was one of the best I've ever had! The combo plate included fried egg which I got to pop open and spread on the white rice, brand prawn roll, char-broiled pork, charbroiled shrimps, egg roll, pickled cabbage, carrot, and radish, and cilantro. What a complete meal!!! I also ordered the Shaken Beef to-go for my daughter and she really enjoyed at home! Great experience! I highly recommend you get a meal or many of them too! Can't wait to come back!!!

I was very skeptical of this place the first time I checked it out. So much so I actually looked at the front and drove to another spot. From the outside it doesn't give me that "authentic" type of vibe, (whatever that means). Is it a boba spot or a pho place? Usually a place that has both in my experience probably sucks. Randomly I was in the area and decided I'd give it a try. I'm very happy I did. 1 the service was great. The dudes in there were very nice, helpful and quick. Once I ordered I got my food piping hot. I got the pho with brisket and meatballs. Usually fatty brisket gets a little gross to me after a while but this brisket fat literally melts in your mouth. The broth was good and it comes in a metal bowl. Which was pretty cool. The restaurant its self reminds me of a weird fusion of a boba spot so it does have merch and stuff to buy. Also at the end of the meal I decided to get a winter melon boba which was also delicious. I am really happy I stopped by to try this place out. If I'm in the area and craving pho or boba id happily stop by this spot!

Pleasant Surprise! Food was delicious and fresh. Service was great. Main Course: Ordered the Shaken Beef with white rice. Made with Filet Mignon, veggies & egg. Highly recommend this dish. The meat was cooked just right! Also, ordered the Beef Rib Pho, which was excellent. Meat was literally falling off the bone, and there was plenty of meat, not like other places. appetizer: Taro Delight, basically minced Taro in slices that are deep fried. This was just ok. Bland, the sweet sauce wasn't much help. would not order again. Boba Drink: Fire Tiger Brulee w/brown sugar boba. This was good, not great. Tasted more milky than Fire Tiger. Boba quality was good. I will try a different flavor next time. overall i highly recommend this place.

Best pho in the Rialto/Fontana area - true mom & pop gem. Cloud 9 Pho & Teatime is a true family-run, mom and pop shop, and honestly, I think they have the best pho in the Rialto / Fontana area. My whole family loves coming here, and it's become one of our go-to spots. We've noticed the pho tastes even better dining in than getting it to go--the depth of flavor is definitely there when you eat it fresh at the restaurant. Pho One thing to know: They only offer one bowl size for pho (unlike other places that have medium/large choices). That said, the portion size is perfect. My husband always says it's the ideal serving for an adult--filling but not overly heavy. Banh Mi I usually get their banh mi sandwiches, and they are some of the best you can get around here. Great bread, flavorful fillings, and fresh veggies--super satisfying every time. Boba Drinks They also serve boba drinks, and for a pho restaurant, they're actually pretty good. Of course, if you compare them to dedicated boba shops, there are fancier and more complex drinks out there, but for being part of a restaurant menu, they do a solid job. Just a heads up: The drinks are on the sweeter side, so if you don't like very sweet drinks, you might want to see if they can adjust the sweetness for you. Desserts & Availability One downside: since this is a small, family-run place, they tend to sell out of a lot of items by nighttime--especially desserts. We usually come here for dinner, and almost every time, the desserts are already sold out. They make a limited amount each morning, which is understandable, but I'm still always a little sad I haven't been able to try them yet. Service & Atmosphere Very friendly service every time we visit. Restaurant is clean and comfortable. You can tell the family takes pride in the food and the space. Overall, even with a few small downsides (limited dessert availability, one pho size), this place never fails on quality. If you're in the area and craving pho or a good banh mi from a warm, family-run spot, Cloud 9 Pho & Teatime is absolutely worth a visit.

10/3/25 Met up with friends for a late dinner at Cloud 9- neat place for some yummy Vietnamese food, snacks, tea & smoothies with boba, & quick friendly service. We've been here a few times already & didn't realize that I haven't reviewed it. Ordered pho with tendon only--the broth is rich & flavorful. I do wish the tendon was bit more tender & less hard to chew. The texture is not the way we like it (Pho 2000 in Artesia is our fave). My bun was pretty good, loved the noodles, fresh lettuce & pickled veggies, the meat was tasty & full of flavor (bbq pork). It's clean & they have booths, tables to accommodate roughly 50 people. Price point is affordable. There's plenty of (shared) parking & it's located on a plaza with other businesses.

Great hidden gem! I had never heard of Cloud 9 until recently and it was definitely worth it! We had the brisket pho and it was a balanced flavor of herbs, spices, and aromatics. I truly believe that this place has a great selection of different items. We had the spring rolls and pot stickers and they were both delicious as well. On par with other places and met expectations. The boba was also a great choice and on par with other boba places. Service was fast and very attentive! We had multiple people check in on us. Ample seating, located in a business complex and a bit hidden but worth looking for! 10/10

What a cool spot for Banh Mi and Boba. I got the Beef Banh Mi sandwich with Blueberry Mojito with Crystal Boba. I loved the flavorful beef sandwich and was really good. Blueberry Mojito was good too. Friendly staff and great service. Ambiance is nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Extremely cute bags and packaging. The meat was so flavorful and the baguette was filled perfectly. I didn't even know that this place was here. I can't wait to try everything.

I have been wanting to try Cloud 9 Pho & Teatime located at Sierra Lakes Village in Fontana for the longest time. I finally made it happen. Got here early Saturday evening. Not too many customers at the time. Upon entry, I was greeted right away. Tons of seating so I chose to sit near the right side window. Menu has Appetizers (ex., Taro Delight), Salads (ex. Lotus Root), Pho (16 different creations including tofu and vegan), Cloud9 Specials (ex., Shaken Beef, Chicken Wings, Garlic Butter Salmon), On the Grill (ex., Vermicelli with choice of protein), Dipping Noodle (ex., Bun Cha Ha Noi), Wok Stir-Fry (ex., Pad Thai, Fried Rice), For some reason, it took me a little while to decide. After further debate within self, I was ready to order the items below. Prices were reasonable. 1. Taro Delight - 4 cut rolls with dipping sauce, quite delightful in taste, however, I would have liked the taro to be in larger chunks instead of tiny little ones. 2. Vermicelli with chicken - Wow, huge bowl with tons of grilled chicken strips plus fresh veggies and vermicelli! Chicken was perfectly grilled, but flavor missed the mark... it was slightly bland. I had to add chili garlic sauce to give it a flavor lift. What would have been nice is a lemongrass flavor in the chicken. Just a tip. 3. Avocado smoothie - They didn't have this drink on the menu, but they had Cocomelon. I asked if they would make it with avocado. They accommodated and did extremely well. Smooth with perfect sweetness... it was delicious! I hinted that they should add it to the menu. I will ask for it again. 4. Flan x 2 - Great texture with amazing taste! Price was $5 for one, $8 for two. I got 2 of course. They use the small sauce containers for it. A tad small for the price IMHO. On one side of the menu, it had these drink series, Bubble Tea, Milk Tea, Fruity Tea, Smoothie, Slushie, Milk Drink, Yogurt Drink, Galaxy Series, Vietnamese Coffee, Soda. I saw "Buy 8, Get 1 free". Funny, it's almost like you're getting your entire reward card filled out all at once with this special. Hey, if you can get 8 drinks filled in one visit, why not get the 9th one free! Staff was amazingly superb. The young gentleman who took my order was super friendly. He was very patient with all my questions. The young lady who collected my payment was super friendly and helpful, too. Thank you so much Damien and Savine! Keep up the great amazing service!! Highly recommend Cloud 9 and YES, I'll be back for more deliciousness!

    V1 Vermicelli combo.

Food was incredibly delicious and everything tasted so fresh. I Loved the sauce that came with it. It was sweet, light and fresh without being too overpowering. The service was lovely. I asked a million questions and they patiently answered each and every one of them. The place was clean, tidy, and we'll kept. I can't wait to come back and try something different but I almost don't want to stray from this delicious dish

My first time here and so bummed that I didn't try this place sooner! I love the home cooked flavors of their dishes. Anytime I see bun Bo hue on a menu, that's automatically what I'm going to order. I loved how hearty it was, with the right amount of spice. Generous servings and decent amount of meat-it was delish! My hubby ordered their pho and it was exactly what was needed for a cold rainy n windy day in Fontana! I like that their drink/boba menu is extensive too. Most of the time, we'll go eat at a restaurant and then drive to another boba spot for the dessert however that's not the case here! You can get your entree and dessert in one restaurant. We liked the jasmine milk tea and green Thai tea. Their staff are so friendly and welcoming- it does get busy around dinner time but it's so worth the wait. We'll be back real soon!!

Jasmine tea with barely any tea.

Food was good but cannot give a good review. Asked waiter and management to redo our drinks but they refused. NEVER ORDER DRINKS unless you want 3/4 ice and no drink. Very unhappy. Lots of other drink options in the area.

This pho is soooo good. We really loved it. I had the vegan pho which had veggies and tofu and was super satisfying. My husband had filet mignon pho and my daughter had chicken pho. We also had veggie eggrolls and potstickers. Everything was fresh, made to order and tasted amazing. Service was quick! So glad to have a great pho place near our home.

It is in the same shopping center as Aldi, directly across the street from Kaiser Permanente. The interior looks like it was renovated recently. The dining area is spacious and very comfortable. The menu is large with numerous items to choose from. I ordered the House Special Pho. It had all the available beef cuts such as rare beef, fatty and lean brisket, tendons, book tripe, and beef meatballs. The broth was clear, light, and non-greasy. It had a slightly sweet flavor which was very appealing to me and different from the usual broth. It just needed a spritz of lime juice to brighten the rich beef flavors. The herbs, jalapeños, and mung bean sprout toppings were fresh. The thin rice noodles had just the right amount of chewy texture. The pho only came in large, which is fine because you can then take the remaining deliciousness home to eat later. I also ordered cha gio which are made with chicken here instead of pork. The egg rolls were generous in size with a well seasoned, ample filling. There is a smooth, starchy texture in the filling, most likely taro, which gave the egg rolls a nice mouthfeel in contrast to their crispy exterior. I ordered two but would have gladly ordered more since they were so delicious. A definite recommend. The black iced coffee I ordered went well with the meal. It was smooth tasting without any harsh bitterness and was also not too sweet. A good change from the usual Vietnamese iced coffee with a milk creamer. Service here is polite and friendly. Not too much hovering, which I appreciated. Parking is plentiful and access is easy onto the nearby 10 freeway. I will definitely return to this excellent restaurant to explore other menu items.

Absolutely Incredible Experience at Sierra Noodle House!…read more If you're looking for one of the best hidden gems in the Inland Empire, Sierra Noodle House deserves a spot at the top of your list. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere. The restaurant is spotless, beautifully designed, and unlike any noodle house we've visited. The massive Hollywood murals featuring legends like Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Elvis Presley, Humphrey Bogart, Captain Jack Sparrow, Audrey Hepburn, Bruce Lee, The Beatles, and many more create an unforgettable dining experience. Combined with elegant crystal chandeliers, colorful LED lighting, and comfortable booths, it feels both modern and welcoming. The food was just as impressive. We ordered the Beef Bánh Mì, and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside while staying soft inside, and the fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, and tender beef created an incredible balance of flavors. At only $10, it's one of the best values you'll find. We also enjoyed both the Large House Sake and Small House Sake, served hot in beautiful ceramic bottles with adorable paper umbrellas. It's a fun presentation that adds to the experience. The menu has an amazing variety, including authentic pho, bánh mì, pad thai, garlic noodles, fried rice, chow mein, chow fun, Vietnamese rice plates, spring rolls, smoothies, desserts, and much more. There truly is something for everyone. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Good thing I'm asian and I have the right sauces for each of those appetizers at home, made them more palatable. Spring rolls were the best thing in my order, but in comparison to others in the area, still just ok. To me that is decently priced all things considered. It is a small place but they did have a couple people sit and eat as we did. But they seem to have a lot of take out orders which makes sense for noon. The lady was pretty nice, nothing to write home about but no complaints either. I noticed an older lady in the back cooking food, and for any kind of authentic food, it's a plus if grandmas in the back cooking. Iykyk! Definitely coming back, and eager to try their other offerings. Pineapple fried rice and red curry in particular!

I used to love Nokki Thai and hadn't been there in a little over a year, so I was really looking…read moreforward to my meal. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. I ordered the chicken satay, and the chicken was overcooked, dry, and tough. The peanut sauce also tasted overcooked, lacking the fresh, rich flavor I remembered. The cucumber salad was so spicy that it was inedible, and the fried rice had a strong fishy taste that completely threw off the dish. I'm not sure if they've changed owners, chefs, or recipes, but the quality was nowhere near what it used to be. It's disappointing to see a restaurant I once enjoyed so much decline like this. I hope they can get back to the quality that made them one of my favorite Thai restaurants.
