I understand that a restroom may not be available for customers, but there is no reason to speak to a customer with such an unpleasant attitude. The owner/management should seriously address this employee's behavior and consider having someone with better customer-service skills represent the business. A good salesperson builds a business, while poor customer service can drive customers away.

Despite having no credit card surcharge and taking NFC payments, there were no paper towels at any of the 4 dispensers... The fuel pump also didn't have any receipt paper resulting in a trip to the cashier to get a receipt. The fuel pump was in good working order and it was easy to get in and out of the petrol station.
