A simple hello, thank you, or even eye contact would have gone a long way. Convenience stores are often judged on cleanliness, organization, and customer service, and unfortunately this location fell short in all three areas during my experience. Really, even for a product that is straight up defective out of the package? Avoid this place. Go to Ace Hardware across the street if you need chains.
