I was very kind to him and he has always proved he hates his job... by acting like the most pissed off, hateful and miserable person. I'm sorry but if you want to work or keep your job in this country, maybe don't get a job that is supposed to be customer service based. My car was very happy here. They didn't charge extra on gas for credit card. Very safe convenient location in north Lake Tahoe. Bathrooms at gas stations tend to be sketch, not this one, bathroom was clean which is a bonus at a gas station. Lots of good snacks here. Friendly gas station staff. If you need gas, but you have time to spare, just drive to Carson. Prices around the lake are usually $1 more expensive (sometimes higher). It's almost as bad as Norway. As far as snacks and drinks go, this place has a pretty good selection. There's always some kind of deal going on for sodas. Plus it's 24 hours. read more

Clean bathroom, good prices, friendly staff, and easy access from the main road. I pulled in and filled up my tank. The bathroom being clean is a big indicator for me as to whether or not there is pride in ownership...and this 76 station had a spotless restroom!! read more

Absolutely terrible. The shift manager kicked us out because he couldn't figure out how to process a simple transaction, I highly recommend going to any other gas station in the Lake Tahoe area. All in all completely unprofessional customer service. read more

I would award this place 0 stars if it were possible. There was a line for the restroom and the associate, Elizabeth, there decided to kick everyone out and stand in the sun. There were no guest inside and we were all off to the side. Door way was clear! So a lady in front of me and I started the line outside by the door. Then the manager Chris came by and closed the door on us. The lady in front went back inside, so did I. The door was able to close and so on. As soon as I went inside the associate told me I had to go outside and when I asked why she just said its the rule. I asked her what the rule was and all she kept saying it was the rule and if didn't go outside she was going to lock the bathroom door. I assure you her tone wasn't very polite. Happens to be I was the only latin@ in the store. So after a 2 plus hour drive... If you need to use the restroom this is not the place to go. There is a Chevron down the street with much friendlier service. Best believe I will talk to my lawyer about the discrimination and racism I received at this location. read more
