I came in earlier today for a smog check. The employee, Melvin, was pleasant and helpful. I also happen to overhear a conversation between Melvin and another customer. The gentleman had some very unreasonable demands however, Melvin stayed calm and assisted him as best as he could. I was able to use the $50 smog check coupon I received in the mail. The Smog Check itself was incredibly fast and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Great value and fast service. Highly recommend! I will be back to support this local small business.

They charged me close to $1000 for my first service for my Bronco with 7000 miles on it. The Ford recommended service was ~$150, they added on about $800 worth of completely unnecessary dealer service items. I asked them to keep the filters so I could inspect them, and as I suspected, they were very clean and didn't need replacing. There were a bunch of other such completely unnecessary work done. Will never be going back to Livermore Ford.

Leaving knife cuts directly in the paint across the entire front end. I had hoped things were improving under the new ownership group & gave them the benefit of the doubt... but nothing has changed. I continue to get the runaround, and I'm exhausted by the games the dealership will play with customers who genuinely care about the Porsche brand. I own aircooled 911s, and sadly the best era of Porsche feels long gone. What was once about engineering and passion now seems driven by shareholder value and squeezing every last dollar from customers. If you have a unique problem, chances are it's going to take longer than you would want it to take to get it fixed. Otherwise just go to the dealer to get it fixed and pay dealer rates/prices.
