That was including an additive that they put in to clean up some of the gunk out out of my oil system $70 for an oil change on this vehicle (2013 hyundai sonata - 05w-20) is a great price. That's what I would expect to pay at my normal mechanic, but the added bonus here is that I was in and out in 15 minutes! Will come back! I need my transmission fluid changed soon and they will do that for under $200. I was worried I would have to pay like 120 bucks. Although I was not physically there, I was on the phone with my husband as the situation unfolded. He had been waiting his turn when another customer drove around him, cut him off, and even performed a three-point turn to get ahead of him in line. My husband honked once to get the employee's attention and indicate that he had been next. Instead of addressing the customer who cut the line, the employee became irritated with my husband. He felt so disrespected by the interaction that he left without getting his oil changed. What made this especially concerning was that my husband is Black and the customer who cut in front of him was white. I cannot say what was in the employee's mind, but reprimanding my husband while accommodating the person who behaved improperly felt like a microaggression and raised concerns about whether both customers were treated equally. I later spoke with Don, the manager, hoping to give Oil Changers an opportunity to address the situation. His response was essentially, "Thanks for letting me know." I even suggested that someone call my husband to acknowledge what happened and apologize, but Don showed no interest in taking his information or following up. I wasn't asking for anything free. I simply wanted the situation acknowledged and handled appropriately. I hope someone above the location level reviews what happened and uses it as an opportunity to address fair and consistent customer treatment. My husband came for an oil change and left because of how he was treated. Management then had an opportunity to make it right and chose not to. We expected better.

They also never gave me the paper I signed when I left the truck who knows if them holding the truck is even legal! Do not do business with them! I will talk to the business bureau. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed that I was charged the full price even though not all of the work appears to have been completed. When I got home, I checked under the hood and noticed my oil level was overfilled, my coolant was at the minimum level, and my windshield washer fluid was completely empty. I also noticed my brake fluid was low, which can indicate that the brakes should be inspected to determine whether they need to be replaced soon. I was told that everything looked good and was simply handed my keys. Had these items been brought to my attention, I would have appreciated the honesty and the opportunity to address them. Instead, I was left wondering whether everything was actually inspected as promised. I'm disappointed because I had high hopes based on the reviews. While the staff was kind and the service was fast, I'm not sure I'll be returning.

They were kind enough to squeeze me in right before the end of their day, which I appreciated. In addition to the oil change service, the gentleman working on my car let me know that there were two minor maintenance issues he could take care of real quick (just a couple filters that needed replacing.) I was able to purchase the filters there for a reasonable price and he replaced them with no added labor cost. Also checked my tires and topped off my fluids. I appreciated his thoroughness, in addition to his honesty in identifying issues with my vehicle without making me feel pressured or taken advantage of. I will definitely be back here.

They were able to identify the screw in my tire when another place, which I will leave unnamed, couldn't. They were also able to deal with my tire lock without the key (my family has two of the same type of cars and the key was with the other car). They worked around the lock at one visit, and broke it off (with my permission) on another in order to get me back in the road in a timely fashion. The time when they worked around the lock was in 2024, and I paid about $45. The time when they had to break the lock was a year later and I paid about $75. I especially appreciate their professionalism and ability to not talk down to female customers, which sadly a lot of auto shops still do, even in 2025. Definitely recommend!
