Go check this Chevron out because Kelsey has THE BEST customer service around! We had grabbed (Ok ok it was me) some snacks and a fountain drink for the road. We watched Kelsey as she was handling the big bag of Funyuns. She was pushing down on the bag and she asked me "Do you want to grab another bag? This one has a hole in it." While I was grabbing the replacement bag, she explained to my partner that she handles bags of chips so much that she pretty much knows what they're supposed to feel like. Honestly, my mind wasn't registering what she was saying. I thought she was telling me to grab another bag of Funyuns because the one I chose has less Funyuns! Anyway...the fountain selection is your standard Pepsi products. Nice selection of adult beverages, juice, chocolate milk, OJ, sodas in the cooler. Over by the window, there's a separate selection of cold energy drinks if you're into that sorta thing. Variety of snacks, including world famous Alien Beef Jerky from Baker, CA! I GOT ROBBED FOR GAS! I had proof before I got to the gas station cause I screen shot a photo to send to my wife that I'm very low on gas (5 miles left) . After I got gas ($10 /2 gallons) I left out of the drive away and I was at (4 miles left) went down the street and turned back to the gas station with (3 miles left). I called this location to ask if they had the new Red Bull flavor. The employee stated she didn't know and made no attempt to check inventory or place me on hold to verify. As a district manager, I understand the importance of basic customer service and how simple actions like checking availability can drive sales and customer loyalty. Unfortunately, this interaction reflects missed sales opportunities. I just came for soda refill and I had my cup from the same Chevron gas station from different location the older guy charged me for a new soda because I threw my old cup and used the new cup for refill. I asked why he charged me for a new amount, he said I used a different cup instead of my old one. I just don't to argue and I just paid it and left. So I go back to replace and they tell me they can't do that and I need to see store manager if I want it replaced. I go in the morning after and they tell me I can't replace it even though it never worked....I have been going here consistently for 4 years. I used to go here for their craft beer select. I will no longer be going here for anything. Yesterday their employee mousa tried to sell me a 6 pack for $20 and tried to hussle me saying "20 dollas 20 dollas out the door" when I told him it was leaking and the price tag said 11 he simply took the beer back to the fridge. Worst customer service ever, I was buying lottery tickets out of the machine that I always do I put 30.00 in pressed the 30.00 ticket it took my money did not dispense my ticket I reached up inside from the bottom because sometimes they get stuck , nothing I put another 20.00 got a 20.00 ticket hoping maybe it would knock the other out did not happen I told the gentleman Tyler he said he didn't have a key the manager did and would not be in till 6:00 am the following day I said how can you run a business with out the key he told me he didn't give a crap not his problem he is not he owner and didn't care what I thought or anybody else a real sweetheart, so the next day 6:00 am I went back the manager opened up the machine no ticket said someone must have gotten it after me I said no way I was the next one I'm not lying I have been a customer for years they know me I just want my ticket she refused to give it to me so that's fine I will report to the lottery commission and I will never step foot in that place again !! Found this Chevron station hidden off Moreno Beach Drive while traveling along the Moreno Valley 60 freeway... Taking an exit after passing the big Skechers factory outlet, I made a couple right turns within a few upscale housing developments and found the station. Can't miss it seeing that it's the only building in the crossroads of four empty lots of land. New, clean, and the price for gas is a dime cheaper if you use cash; the food mart has everything you may need for a quick drinks, snacks or bathroom pit stop. Came to this location for the car wash feature but Mobin the cashier did not feel like opening up this service for me. It's 5:45pm maybe it closes at 6pm not sure no sign but there's a car going through the car wash as I type this in my car but he states it's "closed to come back tomorrow" because only manager can open, not sure what that meant since again there's clearly a car going through it wash now. Anyways might not be a deal breaker for some but it annoyed me since I looked up a gas station with this service for a reason. read more

Horrible customer service. Myself and several other people had to wait in a long line while one person rang up customers. There was an older lady behind the counter with glasses and she just sat there and watched the people in line. Meanwhile the guy ringing up customers is flirting with two ladies who are buying tons of alcohol and joking about how drunk they're going to get. Obviously customer service is not important here. I went to this chevron a couple of days ago and I used my atm card at the pump . Long story short there was a skim card machine here that took all my info on my atm card and made a copy . The suspects went into the bank and withdrawn $700 . That's how I know where it was used. I contacted the manger of the store just to let them know about what happen . She seemed to be in a hurry and told me .I would have to file a police report. I told her I was already doing that , I wasn't Blaming her I know there are not responsible for what happen. I just wanted her to check her pumps if she's able to see any suspicious devices on the pumps . Just FYI to anyone using a atm at a pump before inserting your card inspect the sleeve where you insert your card and even wiggle it to see if you can remove it . If you can then that's a skimmer machine ,and there's a mini camera on there to see you punch in your info. If you google pics of skimmer Devices you can see what I'm talking about.
