I dont usually review a 7-11, but this location was clean and organized! They also had bathrooms! Ive been to some awful 7-11s, but this one is one of thw better ones. I see that this place has a 1 star but maybe bc all the kids come here after school. I got a diet soda today, but the mix was done wrong so the cashier was happy to mix it again. There's some nice help here and everyone seems kind. I also didn't see one homeless person so thats good. read more

Closed at 6:30pm on a Monday. Website says it's open 24 hrs but is constantly closed mid day with no explanation. Their employee must be closing without saying anything to cheat his manager. Big bummer cuz they let down a little kid on free slurpee day. read more

If you like rude, miserable old tweaker broads who hate life and hate their jobs, this is the place for you. If getting zero help when you make them aware that their gas pump isn't working and getting snarled at when you have questions about what will happen if a pump doesn't work after you swiped your card and it was approved...this is the place for you. If you like standing there waiting at the counter while 3 different employees stare vacantly at you but don't acknowledge you even though no other customers are at the counter or otherwise engaging them, this is the place for you. The fact that I used to come in the mornings and get coffee or gas with zero issues has been overshadowed by today's ridiculously frustrating encounter. Never again. read more

ELAINE Is a Extremely rude employee. Like youre not running a Detention facility. She was yelling at how the line was forming so the customers re arranged themselves. Then she told me to take my dog outside and I said "No shes a service dog". She she continued to say " Shes not marked" and I said "SHE DOESNT NEED TO BE" Like what is her problem? My husband and I had been out running errands all day when he mentioned cashing in our scratchers. We had $60 worth. We decided to trade them in for more scratchers, so I picked out some and then he picked out some. We head home and I remembered an hour or two later about our new tickets. I asked my husband if he had them. He said "no, I thought you had them". We figured, in our tired state, we must have walked out without them. He goes back to the store 7-11, and they go "no, we don't see them anywhere". They didn't bother to look on the camera as I'm sure it would show we walked out without them. I went here to put gas because the prices are reasonable. Usually, the attendants are polite. However, I do not know what is the malfunction of people coming in the store. There were approximately 10 patrons in the store and 3 out of the 10 were wearing face covers. Wait until you lose someone close to you to let it sink in. Gas prices were too high, but the store and grounds were extremely clean. The cashier was extremely friendly too.

In all honesty this review is for the bald guy who I think is the store manager, I don't know his name. He is awesome he has helped me multiple times and he is always willing to help and has an upbeat attitude. Today I thought I dropped a twenty dollar bill when I was in there so after looking In The aisles and going to check in my car I asked him if he saw me drop a twenty and he said he didn't see anything; but immediately offered to check the cameras for me, which I thought was amazing a lot of people wouldn't even consider doing it. Another time I was in there and I was asking him if there was anyway I could replace my 7 eleven card because my wallet was stolen, and he said yea no problem and set it up for me, and even tried to remove the stolen card. I never write reviews but honestly he is awesome! So, I felt I needed to write one for him. Thank you for the great customer service. read more

The location is new so I'm hoping it will get better. No food ready except for a old hotdog rolling on the warmer. The location is clean but the customer service is more on the ghetto side. The cashier is very depressing and not attentive to customers. Well let's see how it develops for the area. I just moved into the neighborhood not even 2 weeks ago, went in twice and had the same Indian older lady be rude to me. She has a nasty attitude and likes to roll her eyes at customers. After I went in today I decided not to support this local 7-eleven and went to Albertsons instead. You should never mistreat or be rude to a paying customer! I rarely leave a bad review however...and let me say this first. Normally, I have one of three people wait on me, and they are always nice. Two of them younger guys, and one older woman with blonde hair. However, yesterday 7/28 after 3pm another customer was buying a slush drink and she asked for a straw. The woman snapped at her that there were none. I looked at the customer and said maybe she can give you a spoon... (like er how is she suppose to drink it.. have the ice fall on her face and if she waits until she gets home the ice will be melted) so she looks at the clerk ( older woman with dark short hair) and says do you have a spoon and simultaneously the woman is " yelling" we don't have spoons. She was rude. Then I was playing the lotto, played $18 worth plus handed in three winning tickets..I hand the guy a $20. He hands me my tickets and $2. I look at him puzzled because I am thinking I should be getting $7 when he said I won $5.. and he repeats to me.. your tickets are 18 you won five and you get 2...........ummmm.. where is the five. But... it was busy so I went to my car. I took the tickets I purchased and put them in my purse and said.. this guy just ripped me off five dollars...but I had an injury to my knee and just didn't feel like dealing with it in a busy store. It was after 3pm. Today I take out my purchased tickets.....and I have no power ball play or Mega Million ticket which I played. I will remember this old man and never buy a ticket from him again. And, shame on me for not going back in and asking for my five dollars... so let's see you kept the five, and two tickets, so you ripped me for $9. And ps... if you sell a product that requires a straw... and you run out... send another employee out to another store for straws instead of barking at your customers like a dog. read more

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS 7-eleven . I drive there 10:30pm after work wanting to grab some wine to wine down . And I had a 5 dollar scratcher I wanted to turn in witch I won another ticket . As I walk in a older man with Grey hair is at the register and I said hi but no response. I went to grab the bottle of wine and then proceed to the register and as I get there I pull out my scratcher and put it on the counter . And I asked witch transaction would you like starting first . He immediately tells me NO i can't use that or cash out I was caught off guard and I asked why and he wouldn't explain. He just kept telling me no and wouldn't give me a direct answer . I was treated like I was trash or a outcast ( I was in bum clothes , but no need to profile I work in retail and run my own store ) after getting into a little heated argument . He finally tells me the owner said I can't sell or exchange scratchers till 6Am . I said ok that's all you had to say in the first place . I've never heard of that rule . It really doesn't make sense . I'm not playing the lotto I'm playing a $5 dollar scratcher . I've been in this amazing town for over 20 years . And I will NEVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING . shell gas station next door will do great for you . read more

Super creepy clerks. Prices are meh. Quality of fuel is meh. Selection inside store is less than impressive.

So we entered to get a Visa card and I already felt weird because this old man with white hair is staring at us so we go to register to pay and he says they can scan cards past 10. So I walk back to ATM and he's standing like really close to me and staring at me while I'm trying to see my account balance. So then we ask if we can get a ps4 card, because I thought it was just for Visa cards then he starts like yelling at me and threatening me. So we walk out the store and we are standing outside calling a lyft to take me to my house, Then he says I'm calling the cops for no reason, so I was thinking go ahead cuz I did nothing wrong, So we are waiting a lyft then he walks out again saying "cops have been informed" and you can clearly see him looking through the window on the phone and staring at us, then my lyft gets there so I just leave, long story short that man does not deserve that job he's very rude for no reason and very creepy.
