The Chevron on the corner of Moorpark and Vineland has some good things going for it! 1. Great price for the neighborhood! 2. Easy in/easy out without too much traffic -- much better with the remodel. It used to be very cramped. 3. A decent minimart. 4. Employees are efficient and friendly enough. 5. Restroom is clean. It's not the Chevron's fault, but the creepy crawlies that hang around at this corner always make me nervous, and I would never come here without my husband. Five stars for the best gas prices in town these days. It's sad and ridiculous that my husband and I feel good about the fact that $60 filled our car up to the brim. Only in California. read more

This has been the third Chevron stop on our trip. I always thought Chevron's were supposed to be nicer. This one was a touch sketchy. Whelp the Food Mart was ok. Drinks weren't warm but neither had they reached an adequate temperature to be considered cold. Perhaps best described as Chilly. It's a gas station and a convenience store combination. Nothing fancy. The price of gas is pretty much the same everywhere, so there's not much to share with you about this. I was there the other day, and I noticed a notice of demolition on the side of the building. I don't know what's going to happen. We'll just have to wait and see. read more

Came to this gas station to put gas and use the bathroom. I asked the attendant if I could use the bathroom really quickly before paying because I couldn't hold it, he said no and that I needed to pump gas first. I'm baffled seriously. I pulled in to get gas at 1140PM, took a few mins to grab my card, put my mask on, etc. Get out, put my card in, start pumping gas, the overhead lights go out and he starts yelling at me to stop putting gas in my car, that they're closed? Regular sized box of Lucky Charms went from $3 pre-pandemic and early pandemic to ALMOST $12 AS of March 17, 2021. Regular box of Apple Jacks, the ONLY OTHER box available has been raised to z gouging $9. So $9 or $12 for two of the food STAPLES identified by our State and Federal Govt as illegal to gouge. I've worked nearby for almost 10 years. They've recently transitioned from a Chevron to a 76. I get gas here all the time. On my recent visit I noticed one of my tires was super low. I asked the gentleman if he would do me a favor and turn on the air, as I didn't have the $.75 to put into the machine. He refused. I ended up finding the change in my car, but I will never come back here again! I hope to $.75 was worth it. Terrible human beings when they won't help someone out in need, who's been such a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Wish it had stayed a Chevron. These owners don't care about customer loyalty. The cashiers here are super-friendly and they don't charge a fee inside for using credit/debit cards like some places do. My one pet peeve with the place is that they don't put prices on ANYTHING in their store. None of the beer, grocery items or anything else ever seems to have any indication of how much it is. You have to go up and get the cashier to scan it for you, which makes comparison shopping a bit of a tricky endeavor. read more

Came to get gas. I filled up then noticed the machine was broken and didn't actually fill up. I told the cashier what had happened then she told me I was wrong and that my car was filling reserved. I told her I know how my car works and explained how I have a gauge that even shows the exact miles I have according to the gas received. I only filled up 2 gallons but I should of had more than 15 miles worth off gas! Such a rude lady. People like her shouldn't be working here. If I were going to lie, I would of said that I put in a full tank! I just want the gas I paid for. read more
