First time coming to this car wash and was really appreciative of the environment and scenery, considering they have some pretty cool fountains and koi fish. It's a great place to wait while your cars getting cleaned... I did the number 2 car wash which I believe was $26 and filled up my gas tank which came out to a roughly $76 total. They did a extremely good job vacuuming and getting the hairs from my yellow lab and the inten rior looked great... The outside came out well to as I have a black 535. Well done fellas. read more

Service is bad. No matter what time I come here to fill my propane tanks, they are always out. I've come on the morning, early in the week, Sunday, and they are always out of propane. I've come to realize they don't have their employees trained on how to refill it. The employees will just tell you they are out of propane. We go to Ventura a lot for camping. We found a place on the way to Ventura's, it's in Filmore. The jiffy lune on filmore is great. Friendly employees and happy to fill up the tanks. read more

Who writes a review of a gas station? Me, I guess, but only when it is really bad. I went to Chevron over the weekend for diesel. The first pump I tried wasn't accepting credit or debit cards. The second pump, same thing. The third pump the gas (not diesel) hose was disconnected and lying on the ground, the pump seemed to be inoperative. The fourth pump happily took my card and only then did I notice that the handles were physically locked to the dispenser with padlocks. When I went inside to speak with an employee nobody was present and there was a line of 5 or so customers waiting for someone to show up. This used to be a nice station. Never again. read more

The car exterior detail was done worse job I have ever had to this car wax was left it cracks and all areas of my car. When exterior detail is done I'm sure they should do a clean up making sure no wax is left behind not for me to clean up after the job is done. read more

This place doesn't deserve a star!!!! I'm familiar with this crappy gas station with rude cashiers. I bought a car wash here and when finished filling Up I went around back to get my car wash to find out there is no car wash!!!!! I went inside to ask for my mo way back and they rudely told me to go across to the car wash. It isn't even here! So after asking for my money back, and the rude cashier walking away from me and flipping me off comes back and tells me with another employee that it states on the pump did the car wash might be at other locations. Again the attendant refused to give me my money back and then when I was leaving again he flipped me off and threw gang signs at me. I have been coming to this car wash for over 4 years with the same exact truck. Pulled up today and they told me they can only do hand wash for an additional $40 because my truck doesn't fit through the regular wash. I asked them if they changed the machines and they said nothing has changed, just a new rule. Sounds like a money grab. Have been coming here every weekend for 4 years. Absolutely garbage customer service. I paid to put air in my tires and the nozzle is all out of whack so instead of getting air, and I lost air. Went in and asked if someone in the service station could give me some air since their machine didn't work and the guy rudely told me to go around the corner because they do free air. Located on a busy intersection... there's usually plenty of cars going in and out of this place. The prices seem in line with most other companies, but they have a program with Vons/Safeway where you punch in your phone number and you save ten or twenty cents a gallon! You have to eat n these gas rewards at the grocery store before you can redeem them at Chevron. Their location is convenient and easily accessible, with enough pumps so that I've never been forced to wait. 4 Stars Got to my interview a few hours early (I was expecting a lot more traffic coming from the South Bay), and my energy started to drain about 45 minutes before the interview. I drove for about 10 minutes and ended up at an ARCO, but when I pulled out my card to buy a 5 hour energy, they said "Debit or Cash Only", so I hit the road again. I was running out of time, so I went in to pick up two 5 hour energy drinks (a backup one just in case) and ended up getting two bags of XXtra spicy Cheetos.
