I didn't go thru car wash and the attendant on duty refused to correct the billing - he seemed to think it was funny that I believed he might help a customer. Their gas is pretty overpriced for the area, but I sometimes filled up there to add the automated drive-thru car wash. Told the attendant I would dispute the charge and he said to go for it - a lot of hassle for me with Visa because of a business I'll avoid in the future.

The bathrooms are often extremely dirty and poorly maintained. On one visit, there wasn't even a toilet seat cover available, and there was no hand soap to wash your hands afterward. Clean restrooms and basic hygiene supplies should be the minimum standard for any business serving the public. What made the experience even more frustrating is that customers are expected to pay 50 cents to use the restroom, yet the restroom is in such poor condition. To make matters worse, there are times when they don't even have restroom tokens available, leaving customers with no reasonable option despite the fee requirement. If a business is going to charge people to use the restroom, it should at least ensure that the facilities are clean, stocked with soap, and properly maintained. Charging for access to a dirty restroom without basic necessities is disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues by cleaning the restrooms regularly, keeping them stocked with soap and toilet supplies, and making the restroom access process more reliable. Customers deserve a clean, safe, and sanitary restroom experience.

We brought the car by and Victor was able to quickly look and see that we needed the front brakes replaced. It's great to have a trustworthy shop like this, especially because we initially thought that the rear brakes needed to be replaced. Victor was honest and immediately let us know that the back brakes were in good shape and that the front brakes were quite low, and even showed us. Once we knew the front brakes needed replacement, he immediately reached out to get the parts delivered, and we gave them the go-ahead to service our vehicle. Within a little less than 2 hours we got a call back that our car was ready to be picked up. Thank you so much Victor!
