I've tried to go in a Waffle House, a dive bar, and in a patch of nettles. This one is the worst. It's filthy. I mean FILTHY. Dark, missing lightbulbs, no soap, no towels, single ply TP, garbage everywhere, water leaking all over the floor, and the hand dryer is so hot I just resorted to wiping my hands on my pants. I can't describe how hot it was - it WILL burn someone and they will sue. It's only a matter of time. 4. Then the selection of stuff in the store is awful. Don't eat anything made there. They have beer and other crap that stoned snowboarders want, but no actual supplies. I wanted a bottle of ibuprofen...but all they had was Aleve...25 caps for $9! Everything was ripoff expensive. One Good Thing: 1. They don't seem to care if there are 20 people waiting in line to use the bathroom for free...car loads of people come through and pile out and stand there and never buy anything (maybe gas, but who knows)...so there's that public service to credit for. Stay away from anything in this exit. Go to the next stop. Trust me (and others.)

Got it aired up and tired to find someone to fix it. Called a place they said yes we can get you in. We get there and it's a 2 - 2 and half hour wait. Tire is holding air so back on the road....until...the bolt came out. We limped it in and while changing the tire found a local. He recommended Willette's. We had no choice... Boy a was I glad we made the choices we did. Rolled into this service station and they got us in and done in under 30mins. All while they were dealing with a 3 semi truck pile up (under manned) and had three people in line before and still got us in. Very professional and absolutely puts the customer first. There was no driveway, no yellow curb, no official City of Cle Elum parking sign, and no other indication that curb parking was restricted. The only "No Parking/Tow Away" sign was attached to the fence of a private residence behind the public sidewalk. Under Washington law, a private impound applies to vehicles on private property, while a public impound is authorized by law enforcement or another public official with jurisdiction over the public property. See RCW 46.55.010 and RCW 46.55.080. I have not found any Cle Elum ordinance authorizing private residents or tow operators to reserve or tow vehicles from otherwise unrestricted public street parking. Rather than explaining any legal authority, the driver simply told me to move my car after backing up with lights on posturing. Bummer for him, I had a bad day and am a lawyer, but also too tired to confront a wanna be cowboy. I moved my vehicle because it wasn't worth risking an improper tow, but the experience was unnecessarily hostile and intimidating.

Although the accident was unfortunate, working with Clark's has been the most amazing and fortunate part of this tragedy. Clark's towing responded after hours and expeditiously to my totaled vehicle. The tow truck driver, Zack, miraculously loaded my large Mercedez Sprinter van from its side, loaded it onto there tow truck bed - placing it upright, then shored, shimmied and secured it onto there truck, safely hauling it away to there secure storage lot. Prior to leaving the scene, Zack cleaned the accident site free oil and gas at location where vehicle rested, all while working in tandem with State Patrol to ensure the safety of highway. While the vehicle was safely and securely within there possession, there office staff, Maddie in particular, was professional, friendly and clearly communicated with me and my insurance the process to remove my personnel property and next steps for insurance to schedule pick up. It's hard to find a reliable and honest company these days, let alone a tow truck company. Clark's did a great job through the entire process and I appreciate this. Thank You Super Clark's, and keep up the good work!! I would highly recommend using them either in an emergency, or to transport any vehicle.

The vehicles I inspected ... #1...rust and major corrosion. Rusted out undercarriage and bumper. It looked like a hard bump would have knocked the bumper off. Even the peg holding the floor mat was rusted. Went to open the glove compartment and it completely disengaged and fell to the floor. Didn't even bother test driving. The price was laughable at 22k. I wouldn't pay 3k for it. Vehicle #2...better...only some rust in undercarriage. Turn signal shorted out and near 200k miles. It was a lower FWD model than the first one and priced at 19k....ridiculous. I was able to find a superior vehicle, same make/model and one year older with less miles for 14k at the premium AWD model. People were really nice...just, the cars i looked at were highly over inflated in price...and that's putting it nicely.
