We had a great first experience towing our vehicle with them and because of that, chose to seek repair service. It was all downhill from there. They misdiagnosed our van and didn't end up fixing the real issue. They repaired a bushing and did brakes and told us the car was good to go. The car was in fact not good to go. Took it to another shop and was told the PTU was the actual issue which is wildly expensive. we wouldn't have paid for the brakes to get replaced on an older van that needed a 3,000+ fix. We would have junked it before paying for those pointless repairs and been ahead. Their communication sucked too. Call this place first. We were on the phone with our insurance company for a total of 3 hours trying to get someone to come help us. Although, when we finally got roadside assistance to help us with our flat tire, he was not able to get our tire off. After our insurance company lied to us about Todd's prices I called them for myself and was told that we didn't need to be towed, they would send someone out to get the lug-nuts off. Micah came out within 15 min and got our lug-nuts off, helped us put the spare tire on and we were on our way. THANK YOU MICAH! I got stranded with a dead battery, and no one else around. Called my roadside assistance, and Todd's showed up. What a happy accident. Every person I interacted with was kind and professional. They jumped the car, tested the alternator, tested the battery, and advised that I get a new one. Previous maintenance was 50/50 on the battery. oops! We are close friends with our neighbors across the street and they have a teenage daughter that has been driving for about a year now. She was on her way back from Idaho to the Seattle area and ran out of fuel in a car that she's not used to. Agressive driving and an unsecure load make for a dangerous combination. We just watched you come flying up I90 and cut someone off to take the highway 18 exit. There was a tire strapped to the roof of the Subaru you were hauling. The strap had come loose and the tire was sliding off the side. Maybe you should check your load now and then. If the tire fell off it would have killed someone for sure. As a professional hauler, you should know how to properly secure a load. read more

My driver was extremely aggravated that I had a flat tire on the side of the freeway. He was yelling and threatening to throw rocks at oncoming traffic! He spent more time yelling and waving his flashlight IN the slow lane than actually putting my car up on the trailer. He even wound up hitting a car with his flashlight/hand. That driver pulled over and an altercation occurred where the two men were throwing punches. I was afraid I was going to witness a man being pushed into a traffic lane and get ran over. I had to call 911! Finally the police arrived and interviewed everyone. Once my car was finally towed to its destination, just 9 miles away, I was informed of the outrageous price of $180. I called to speak to management about the insanity that his driver just put me through, telling him the inconvenience of me having to call the police on his driver! He told me it would be another inconvenience for me when he calls the police unless I pay the driver. Disgusted with this company. Horrific and traumatic experience! ZERO STARS. read more

Our 19 year old son was going to a concert in Seattle and was driving my wife's vehicle. At about 6:30 at night, he lost all power to the car at the Snoqualmie Pass on I90. A friend who lives in the US did some research and recommended Todd's Towing. I spoke with Angela at their office who said a truck had been dispatched to get my son and his friend. They picked them up within 30 minutes and took them to a hotel in North Bend. They recommended a repair shop in the area as we had diagnosed over the phone that the alternator had failed. The driver did a quick check to confirm our diagnosis as well. The next morning, Todd's towing came back out to the hotel and then loaded the car and took to the repair shop. I wish there was a negative star review on this cause that's how I would rate this place. I had my car towed in and it sat in the yard for about a week. I went to get the car and I noticed the times and dates were reset, I then noticed a few electrical problems, I called the dealership and explained what was going on and the said that it was probably jumped cause of dead battery and that it reset a lot of the electrical. So I looked under the hood and of course the battery terminal cover was open and there was also hand prints on the hood where they opened and shut the hood so OBVIOUSLY it was jumped. No problem all they have to do is reset the ECU back to its original settings (European car so it needs to be reset to US) which is an easy fix since they have the equipment to do so. I explained to Micah the issue and he completely denied that it was jumped, being a mechanic myself I couldnt believe that he would sit there and lie to me and continue to do so when it was blatantly obvious that is was jumped. He got really frustrated and finally said, that is your problem and you'll just have to deal with it, his exact words. It costed me 400 dollars to get it reset. I am well respected in the north bend community and I will definitely be telling this to everyone I know what a horrible establishment this place is and how they treat people. Stay away from this place unless you want door dings and issues that obviously they don't care about. These types of places give small businesses bad names. read more

It was 10:30 on a Sunday night and we had been out driving on logging roads north of North Bend. As we headed back home, we stopped for a moment on a rutted dirt road with pot holes. When we tried to start the car, it wouldn't start. We called AAA as we normally would, and the operator said they don't send tow trucks up on logging roads. She was kind enough to give us the names of three towing services in North Bend. Called the first one and they didn't have anybody up at this hour. Called the second one and they said they don't do logging roads either. Called the third one (Todd's Towing and Repair) and he agreed to come out and rescue us. Meanwhile, my son crawled under the car and discovered a loose wire on the starter and tightened it with his fingers. Presto! The car started. We headed down the logging road and eventually encountered Todd's tow truck on his way up. We explained what happened and offered to pay him for driving up there. He declined, saying he hadn't actually towed us, so no money was due. My son had $40 cash which he insisted the driver take, which he finally did. It was worth far more than that just knowing he was coming to rescue us from spending an uncomfortable night in the wilderness. If I ever need towing service in the vicinity of North Bend again, Todd's is the ONLY one I will call!!! read more

Aaron of Todd's towing was my angel the day I hit some metal debris in a rental car going east on I-90 heading over the pass and blew out a rear tire. I pulled over as far as I could on the shoulder, but it was a very frightening situation with the steady stream of semis passing so close I was uncomfortable opening my door. I called Triple AAA and the rental agency and both said that no one could pick me up due to COVID-19, and it was about a mile to the nearest exit, but Triple AAA did call Todd's Towing for the car. Aaron immediately directed the semis to slow down or move over, he told me to get in his truck, and he validated it was VERY hazardous. He was cheerful, calmed me down, full of stories and told me he also blew two tires that morning due to the metal debris, took me all the way back to Issaquah where the rental agency was, and dropped me off with my bags before towing the car to the tire place. I'm so very grateful that he was the one that rescued me! He also realized that Triple AAA directed him to take the car to a mechanic that doesn't do tires, so we were able to avoid a wasted trip there! Thanks Aaron! read more

A family of four journeys out for fun in the snow. From there, we quickly found ourselves stuck and a bit unprepared for the situation. We were, for a lack of words, screwed. The Jeep Cherokee had drifted while reversing into several feet of snow and we were stuck. Beau, who was called in to help another stranded party was professional, patient, yet willing to help whatever way possible. Beyond this, when he wasn't prepared with the equipment needed he called other resources to help. I was quite worried what the cost was going to be since Beau had spent several hours on-site with us. He helped get snow out from the tires, he setup the winch with another Good Samaritan, drove my vehicle when he sensed I was uncertain that I was the right person to do it. You see, I lacked confidence at that point but he treated me and my family with humility and understanding. I got my family into this situation with plans for a day of family fun - Beau helped me salvage what was left of it. I'm thankful for Beau & Todd's Towing as it easy to look at us as ignorant, or stupid, families who shouldn't be allowed on the mountain. The opposite was true and I always felt Beau was as concerned about my families safety as I was. Todd's Towing, I'd recommend them for your next emergency situation and in particular Beau. I'm indebted to them and humbled that I wasn't charged a significant amount of money and instead left the mountain relieved yet not broke.
