We were coming up on our second night of running through the night. Learning that Love's had SHOWERS was like finding an oasis in the desert! Well, that's what Love's is right? My group arrived at Love's around 2am. I was the last runner and eager to rinse off all the grime from the last 40 hours. We were greeted with such friendly service. Even though there was a wait for the showers at 2am, the attendants were really friendly and curious why a bunch of women in running clothes were wanting to shower in the middle of the night. We nearly blew their mind when we told them we had run there from San Francisco. The showers were really clean and so were the towels. The whole process was really simple and everyone was able to get their showers in before we continued on. Love's also had a great selection of souvenirs and snacks. I'll probably never be in this situation ever again but Love's was probably my favorite thing from that day! Many thanks to Love's for existing and being our oasis in the night!

When this happens, the staff gladly sells them gas even when they saw what happened. They just want to sell gas and don't care about the people. The frequency of broken pumps does not help the issue. I waited an extra long time for a pump to open. I chose poorly and the person in front of me was having pump issues that the attendant had to come out to fix. When he finally left, someone swooped in on my pump. I met the person at the register and explained what happened to the attendant. They still took the other person's money ahead of mine and let them get gas. This doesn't seem like a good way to treat me after I had patiently waited while they addressed technical issues with the person ahead of me.

This station has about the cheapest gas in town and so can get busy. It is also tight quarters making it hard to get around and to a pump on the tank side of the car. Especially when it is busy. When I stop I have to make a left at the light and come in between the U-Haul trucks. Its frustrating sitting at the light waiting to turn and watching other people come the other direction only to turn right and steal your pump. Luck of the draw I guess. If you come here, do yourself a favor and go inside to pay cash. Avoid the card skimmers that others have referenced in their reviews. Walk inside, take a look around, and maybe buy some food. I've smelled some delicious eats cooking there. Chicken I think. Fill your tank. Fill your car's tank. Wildrose is a one stop shop.

Usually customer service is decent and store and bathrooms are clean. One side of the building is the Barn and the other is Chevron. We never have purchased gas from Chevron, gas is usually 70 cents more a gallon. No thank you! The barn has only 4 pumps and you get cars going different directions and it's a tight fit. If you are driving something big it could be a real pain.
