I originally began taking my vehicles to Todd in the late 90's and only stopped because I moved much further west and didn't want to make the drive. Big mistake on my part! He has been in business for decades and does fantastic work at a very reasonable price. His team is meticulous in cleaning the interior and do a great job on the exterior. So happy with the service I received! I had my Honda CRV completely detailed inside. I was most concerned about the front passenger seat as it had several beverage spills on it. Once Over completely removed them and there is no visible stain. The cost was well worth the service, in fact I was shocked at how reasonable it was, I was expecting to pay double what I was charged. Spoke with the owner requesting color correction for my 2022 Ford Expedition (Black) and he informed me that it's a lengthy process and he doesn't do it. He did however give me a lot of advice on how to handle or question shops that do that type of work. He went above and beyond even though he knew that I wouldn't bring my Expedition there. So happy with the service I received from Todd. I found him/his shop on yelp after doing some research on where to take my car for interior and exterior detailing. What sealed the deal for me (after great reviews and good customer service over the phone before scheduling the appointment) was the price for a complete detailing. He gave me a price of almost half of other places I had called. I had to ask a few times about everything the complete detailing included because I was in disbelief in how great of a deal I was getting. Anyway I scheduled the car detailing appointment for a Saturday and when I went to pick it up after a few hours I was very pleasantly shocked at how great my car looked. The hype is real. Todd IS the best (along with his crew). Took my '08 Highlander there for a complete detail and I when I picked it up, I was wondering why there's a new '08 Highlander where mine was parked. Oh--wait--that IS my car! Phenomenal job from top to bottom. Like a new car inside and out. Even cleaned my WeatherTech floor mats which I offered to remove before hand. My touch screen had tons of fingerprints and dust and now looks like new. Headlights? The haze is GONE! Taking my wife's car there today to get detailed as well. Can't say enough good things. I called todd yesterday after my wife told me she had called other detailers in the area to detail her car. I had never been to his shop before but pass by it on belmont just about every day since its a block away from my house. My wife told me she didnt call them so i googled then yelped them for reviews. All the reviews were positive so i gave him a call yesterday (saturday). Todd picks up i asked him for a quote on my wifes car and he gives me a quote considerably less than others had given my wife. He tells me he is booked for the day but that he would be willing to detail my car tomorrow (sunday). He explained that his quote would cover the inside and under the hood. I explained to todd that my wife was given a quote which was higher than his and didnt include under the hood. He said others charge too much and he doesnt mind coming in lower than others. He said i can drop my car off in the afternoon before he closes and that when he gets in tomorrow morning he will get started on my car right away. I drop off my car and asked if he can buff out some minor scratches and if there was an extra charge. He tells me he can buff out minor scratches and wont charge extra but just to point them out to him first. Today i get a call from todd around noon telling me the car was ready. I go to pick up my car and its sitting out front looking nice and shiny. I notice that todd took the extra step and not only buffed out the scratches but also made one of my faded headlights clear to match the other side which had been replaced a year earlier when fixed in car accident. Todd was also able to buff out the scratches as well. My wifes Highlander looks beautiful and she is happy with the results as well. I would highly recommend you to shop around for quotes then give Todd a call for his quote. Todd is not only very friendly, but i get the impression that he loves doing what he does. It seems to be his passion to detail cars and he takes pride in the fact that he knows that others charge more, but that he can out perform all his competitors for a reasonable price. I tried calling Once Over back in September for an emergency detail (the dog got sick in the car) but they were booked solid. We ended up going to another detailing place in Elmwood Park. I just recently called Once Over again because the reviews were so outstanding and I wish I would have waited for them the first time around! Finally a detailing place that know's what it means to clean! There is this saying, you can have fast, good,or cheap service, pick two! This is a GREAT place and Priced very well! Todd was booked for nearly 2 months and I just thought, has to be some serious work going on here! Also, Todd was very polite in scheduling my vehicle. After months of waiting, dropped it off in the back, asked me if there were any specific areas that need more attention (other places don't even ask that, this is a thoughtful and important question) and he told me he would call me when it was done. Got the truck back later that evening with amazing results! The interior/exterior was spotless! Didn't realize how dirty the leather seats had been until he cleaned them. I had gotten some kind of overspray over my 4 door truck and was told by a detail shop it would be 300.00 to remove. I had called Once Over and explained my situation and told them what the other place wanted to charge. I made an appointment and as read and as I thought they removed it all and were professional,quick and to my surprise charged me less than they had quoted due to was not as bad as though. Any other place would have pocketed the difference and kept the same price but not OnceOver an honest business man running an honorable business that enjoys the work more than over charging his customers . Had a big black scratch on my car that I needed removed so I found this place on here. I needed a detail job badly also so I figured I'd try it out. Now when I called and made an appointment which was a few weeks away I was surprised and thought it was a good thing they were very busy cause they must do good work if they're that booked up. The day I dropped my car off was early in the morning and I had my car back within a few hours. Wow what a job they did. Huge black scratch looked like it was never even there.
