I was so hungry i forgot to take a photograph. But the food was delicious . Truly satisfying the only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star is because it is not the best ramen I have ever eaten, but it is definitely "Damn good" and i would recommend to any ramen lover. the broth is almost 'buttery' when describing the taste and the chicken has its own flavor that pairs ever so well with the broth and scallions. I went to CHIBI for a quick bite. The restaurant is small, but cute inside. If you are with a group of more than 2-3, you won't have comfortable seating for conversation. You will order at a kiosk--basically they have chicken, rice bowls, and ramen. I ordered a vegan ramen dish but added on a soft boiled egg. The food was ready quickly and was really delicious. My daughter ordered a chicken bowl and she liked it. It's definitely worth another visit. read more

Woah the service was so quick! I had my order in under 4 minutes and it was busy. This is the perfect place to stop in for a quick and casual lunch. The ramen is top-notch. I love that Domu has offered a version of their restaurant for quick in and out eating where you don't have to wait in line for a table like you do at the Corrine location. The flavor was not sacrificed as you may expect from a quick version dining experience. It certainly tasted just like my favorite curry ramen I get at the Corrine location. This was a cute restaurant for a quick bite. It is self ordered screen where you can view the menu, order and pick up your food at the station. There are a few outdoor tables and inside seatings. It is a small establishment. The place was cute and everything came out fast. Let's talk about the food. The food here is mediocre. Noodle soup was lacking flavors. Almost tastes like pre package noodle soup you get at the Asian Market shelves. It was bland and I couldn't find the salt. Just flavorless. My daughter didn't care about hers either. It was ok to eat given the fact that it was close by, it was quick and easy and we were all tired. I was very disappointed. Fast casual version of a sit down location I have not been to. Came on the recommendation of my son's crew. The food was pretty good and quick. I had the miso broth and it was very good. Only thing that I was not sure of is the freshness of the noodles. They seemed slightly off. Like they were reheated not totally fresh. My son got the spicy ramen and although he knew he would pay, if you know what I mean, he went for it. He said it was good. I tried the broth and it had some heat for sure. The ambiance is very modern with minimal Valentine's Day decoration There are two mini tablet kiosks that only accept card. The tablets allow you to choose your order with pictures attached to help. They might as well convert to a ghost kitchen. Whatever you do, don't eat in the lobby. There's a constant stream of Dashers going in and out crowding up the place and noise polluting and taking up the staff's time from actual customers there to enjoy the food. read more

First and last time we'll ever go back to this restaurant. We placed a takeout order for two items totaling $31.54, and waited over 20 minutes to receive it. Thankfully, I checked the order before leaving -- one of the two items was missing. To make matters worse, the employee handling the orders was eating while placing food into takeout bags and trays for customers. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. read more

Went on a Tuesday after 5. The place was empty besides 3 other people. There is a lot of seating inside but most tables sit only two people per table. I'm sure they would let you move tables together if there's a group or just sit outside. You place your order electronically through a big tablet. There's a menu on the wall but it doesn't have everything and has no prices. It's pointless. You're better off waiting your turn and browsing the tablet menu where you place your order. First time here and I got the boneless wings bites rice bowl. It was so flavorful! I recommend it and the egg it comes with it adds a creaminess to the bowl, chefs kiss! There's also radish in it that adds a crunchy texture to it. The pork and chicken gyoza was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Kevin loved his teriyaki bowl and recommends it. I would go back to have everything again and to try the pork Katsu sando and the ramen. There's specialty bottled drinks I could have tried but stuck with a fountain drink. The service was fast. The soda machine was t calibrated so all our drinks were flat and had too much syrup. The ramen was a bit too undercooked. The sandwich I got had too much sauce that over powered the meat. Kind of pricey for the level of food. read more

Not impressed. Found the noodles flavorless and overcooked. Soup was fine but could tell it wasn't anything particularly special. I did think the half boiled egg was done well and their chicken bites are similar to what you get at their main ramen stores except boneless. The chicken is a pretty generous portion as well. Service is contactless and quite efficient. Was served quickly on a Sunday night. Seating is primarily high top but they do have charging ports at most tables which I found was a nice touch. Very casual location. They've got a lot of kitschy Japanese decor but also clean wooden fixtures and tables. Personally would not recommend this place for ramen. There are quite a few decent places but unfortunately this is just not one of them. read more

Came here because my girlfriend has been craving their Chicken Bites(Domus Boneless Wing Bites) and their Brava Fries which were absolutely phenomenal. The chicken bites were full of everlasting bursting flavor. They were savory but subtly sweet due to the kimchi butter sauce which is the same sauce used for the chicken wings at East End Market Domu. The Brava Fries were perfectly crunchy with loads of sauce on top as seen, the cream cheese and wasabi really took over the taste along with a slight spicy kewpie mayo taste but other then that, I enjoyed eating this side dish. As for the Katsu Sando, the cutlet was unfortunately not crispy but the the taste was 100% still there even though the portion is small. Overall, will come here again for the chicken bites and fries especially. Was amazing for side dishes. read more

I visited Chibi when it opened it as good the ramen didn't taste like Domu but it was still good the papas bravado was disappointing not at all like Domu but the cucumber salad was really good staff wasn't that attentive like Domu but I did return like 3 times same experience all the times I visited Chibi good but not great like the mothership Domu but I still recommend it read more

We came here for the first time recently and really enjoyed our meal! Everything was great, from start to finish! When ordering, you order on a screen when you first walk in. This was great because photos were provided of each menu item, and you could customize most items too! I also thought it was great that they provided an allergen list for each menu item near the ordering screens. The food was prepared quickly and brought to us. Every worker we interacted with was very kind and helpful. There was plenty of seating options both inside and out. The overall ambiance was very nice. We also were pleasantly surprised with the portion sizes. We paid $35 (including tip) for everything and still had leftovers to take home with us. Definitely a great value! 3 stars for the staff! Zero for the food. Extremely underwhelming. The Ramen tasted very fishy, almost couldn't eat it. Both of the Sandos were just basic, with not much flavor. I was so excited to try this place because I looked at the reviews and saw that it was pretty darn good. I asked several questions before ordering at the kiosk. Domu is one of my favorite restaurants, however, this is a satellite "quick" service location. The broth in the ramen isn't as rich here, & the optional extra noodles might be cold, good price though. Still, it's a good restaurant. The service was really good last time, better than before. First how they weren't taking Chase bank cards as a payment I literally had to used my emergency card to pay for my food. Also the place is not cleaned. Had lunch here with a friend and we've been wanting to check this place out since it first open. I am never usually on this side of town so now it was the time to try it. Most of the items on the menu was limited and their soda machine was not working. I was very disappointed they didn't have the curry ramen. I ended up ordering the Shoyu ramen which came with miso marinated chicken in chicken broth. The soup was a bit bland and had to add some hot sauce to it. I also ordered the DOMU boneless wings bites. I enjoyed the sauce on the chicken but it was a bit dry. Plenty of seating area as it was early in the day when we had lunch. Last week I was in Orlando for a friend's graduation. I was recovering from being sick & stopped by here on a whim. My friend had mentioned this place in the past and after driving all day I hadn't eaten and thought it was a good place to stop at. There's a DOMU in Jacksonville, but this place's more takeout and quick service, which is more convenient for a quick bite. I ordered the shoyu ramen with a side of wing bites and pork belly alongside some chili paste. Let me just say, the soy broth was really good and the pork belly was just *chef's kiss* the wing bites had a good amount of spice and a nice crunch. They package the broth separately from the rest of the ingredients- always appreciate thoughtful packaging! The wing bites were out of this world! This place is great for killing that Domu craving without the long wait, I don't need to plan ahead and get here early which is great. I love the concept and the decor, plus it's in Waterford so its conveniently close to everything. Another huge plus is the ordering system, it's quick, efficient, and fantastic if you're an introvert like me that prefers minimal human interaction whenever possible. I had the shio ramen and the domu wing bites which were both delicious. The ramen serving is a bit smaller but with it being a quick service concept I'm not too mad about it. The wing bites however was quite a large serving which I was super happy about, obviously nothing beats the original bone-in wings but these are pretty damn good. I ordered CURRY Ramen today and it came with good portion of chicken, half egg, some shredded bamboo shoot, and thin ramen. The curry broth was quite flavorful & spicy (It may be too spicy to most of people). However I have a high level of spicy tolerance so I actually enjoyed it very much. This place did not have a cashier to take order in person. There were two user-friendly -computers for customers to order and email receipt. To-go lids & bags are available next to the fountain drinks area...I normally cannot finish the broth/soup and gladly took the leftover home. The chicken karaage was fried to perfection and goes great with squeezed lemon and spicy mayo sauce. We both opted for fried rice and these generous sized bowls were fairly priced at $12.99 ea. We also added lychee mango boba teas, and we really enjoyed the entire meal. We even had enough for leftovers the next day. I also have to mention just how amazed we were by the quality packaging and takeout materials. Everything came in an insulated bag and was packaged in high quality bowls, and served with nice chopsticks/utensils. I hope to see them getting busier soon and we can't wait to try it again!
