    Spicy creamy shrimp tempura

Everything was really good. My favorite was the shrimp and the matcha lychee lemonade. The shrimp is not too spicy and the drink is very refreshing. It's very cute on the inside and service was good!

This bowl is a work of art. I been searching for years to top my favorite ramen spot back home and i finally found it. The pork melts in your mouth but isn't too soft. The noodles were perfect. Broth was immaculate. I was not disappointed AT ALL with this bowl. It exceeded my expectations. - from a chef

Surprised as many times as I have been to this Jinya Ramen Bar in Thornton Park that I have never reviewed it. So here it goes. To start, they have a great Happy Hour 3-6 pm with a limited menu, but Sapporo drafts and local brews are under $5 each. That is a win right there. They also have beer and Sake flights. My Go to here is the Tonkotsu Black Ramen, but I have had the others and never a bad experience. There is something really welcoming about Jinya. I suspect they treat there staff well and hire the right people. Everytime I am here I feel like they are over staffed, but there are plenty of tables inside and out in this intimate venue. My two favorite happy hour dishes are the Salmon Pke Tacos and the Crispy Chicken. I used to live on Lake Eola Park and I so miss coming here. Glad I stumbled in here today.

Walked into this fast paced, tightly packed ramen bar at the perfect time on a Saturday. Got in just before Happy Hour came to a close and before the rush of people behind us. The Happy Hour menu had a few bites to choose from so we ordered the bun and fried chicken just to give them a try. Both were good. Also ordered the Gyoza, which was perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. Our original ramen order was the Tam Tam, but they were out, so we ended up with the Spicy Chicken Ramen instead. My only complaint is the amount of protein in the ramen seemed like a very small portion. Not even half a chicken breast goes into each bowl. That being said, was the chicken incredibly tender? Yes. Just wish there was a little bit more for the money. All in all, it was a cool experience and I'm sure I'll be back.

This is my absolute favorite ramen spot! The chicken wonton ramen is incredible, and I especially love the seasoning sauce they serve on the side it adds so much flavor. They also recently launched a rewards program with some great perks, like a free mochi when you sign up or leave a review. My only critique would be the seating. The chairs aren't very comfortable for sitting a while, and I'd honestly love to hang out longer if there were options with better back support. But overall, the food and experience keep me coming back!

I really enjoyed my visit. They do not offer reservations, so I sat the bar. It's a cozy setting and good vibes feeling. Juan, bar tender, was polite, with amazing recommendations. I loved everything he suggested from the happy hour menu. I ordered the Sunrise, yum! A Mule and the Salmon Poke Tacos. Delicious!! I hope not be back for dinner to try dishes from the main menu.

JINYA Ramen Bar is amazing! Great vibe, good music and inviting dining area. Our first time here and it won't be the last time. The Tonkatsu black was amazing. The flavors were so savory, thick pieces of tender pork, yummy crispy onions, and spices with a whole egg that was next level good! The original Tonkatsu was just as amazing and flavorful. The Birria ramen is amazing blend of Mexican and Japanese flavors the blended so seamless and delightfully on your palette. Can't wait to try other dishes. Chris, our waiter, was especially helpful and friendly, along with all the other staff. Go check 'em out!

Still one of the best local spots when you want a a cozy Ramen & stuff your belly with appetizers like gyozas, crispy rice w spicy tuna & bao buns! Love their reward program which comes in handy when you can get an appetizer, or even a free ramen if you save enough points. The only thing that doesn't seem to be super consistent is their Lychee matcha lemonade. Some days I go it's the best thing ever, other days the lemonade is so bitter and not sweet at all which ruins the whole drink for me! Nonetheless, always great service and chill ambiance for dinner date vibes or cozy vibes w family & friends.

I loved the environment and vibe of this place. I also enjoyed the walkability of Thornton Park. It was nice be able to walk around Lake Eola and see the beautiful nature, etc. I ordered an espresso martini and it was one of the best I've ever had. I got it during happy hour time. I would like to try the lychee martini next. Service was really nice and I would recommend to a friend!

This is probably my favorite ramen place in Orlando. They have great quality, fresh ingredients and it always hits so good. Side note: This is a great place to kick off an evening in downtown Orlando before going out drinking; provides a solid, delicious meal to coat the stomach ;) They even have a full bar with good happy hour deals if you want to start there. My go-to here is the Spicy Chicken Ramen. I've had this probably 3 times and haven't been able to bring myself to try anything different; it's that good. If you're a spicy fan, this is amazing; extremely flavorful and there are sauces they provide that you can add for some extra spice and/or flavor. I also recommending adding the fresh garlic as it's free and comes with a grinder to freshly mince some garlic into your ramen. I've never had to wait here and the service is always quick, with food coming out very shortly after ordering, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The ambiance inside provides a cool, modern decor, with plenty of seating, including seating at the bar.

Enjoyed this restaurant! We walked from Lake Eola and were almost immediately seated on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was very friendly from the hostess to our server and various staff walking around were smiling and briefly chatting with one another. The place was quite busy with a steady amount of take out orders and people dining in. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The menu has a good selection with salads, small plate appetizers, rice bowls and a variety of ramen choices and some desserts. We ordered a large spicy chicken appetizer that was served hot and had great flavor. I ordered spicy chicken ramen with mushrooms, a seasoned egg and bok choy as sides. The ramen was flavorful and of course too much too eat. The sides were literally on the side but it was odd that the bok choy was very cold. It seemed it might have been frozen so it would have been good if it had been heated up and along with the mushroons added to the ramen. I also tried the lychee matches lemonade that was refreshing. Lastly had the green tea mochi as dessert and it was delicious. I look forward to coming back!

Great place for date night. Parking is a little harder to find We came right at 5:45ish before happy hour ended and put in some apps for dinner The JINYA bun was very good, pork was not dry I could have gone with out the Crispy tuna. Not that it was bad, but for 3 pieces I rather order the bun it's more filling! Poke tacos was good as well and fresh. Ramen - was delicious! I like spicy ramen and their spice level is pretty decent! I got a level 2. It has a very slight lingering spice after which is okay for me. I don't like too much lingering spice where I can't enjoy my food. Also you can get extra spice on the side if you want more. Start low and go higher The broth was savory and they give you a whole egg instead of half.

My friends and I dined in on Saturday night and showed up at 7PM to a two hour wait. Unfortunate, but so worth it. We headed upstairs to the neighborhood bar and got an appetizer and a drink while we waited. We only ended up having to wait maybe an hour and a half for our table at Domu. The service was insanely quick and immediately after ordering our first appetizer came within five minutes. They really know what they're doing here. Whoever was on the aux this evening, 10 out of 10. The music was amazing and the vibes of the restaurant were immaculate. We ordered the cheezus, their signature wings, and the patatas bravas. I understand why they are the best way in Orlando! They were crispy and sweet and flavorful. The potatoes were delicious and the sauce that came with it paired perfectly. I believe it was topped with a crispy quinoa, which was a really nice touch. I can't really do cheese so I didn't try the cheezus, but my friends loved it and said it was delicious. Our server gave me a rundown of his favorite chicken ramens and I ended up choosing the yuzu shoyu ramen. It was nice and full of citrus. I love the eggs that come with the ramen, and he very kindly brought out another egg for me as well as a brûlée egg. I've never tried a Brulé egg in my life and it was so interesting and delicious! Basically a crème brûlée egg!! 10s across the board. I can't wait to come back for more.

We got their mocktail of the day, Nikutama Udon, and Spicy Miso Tantan Udon. The Nikutama broth was rather bland and the sliced beef was too chewy for my liking. I added the toppings on the side but still found it underwhelming overall. The Spicy Miso had much better flavor. They best thing was their mocktail, it was refreshing for a hot day! Service was mediocre, it was Saturday lunchtime so it took a little to get acknowledged/order and there was some waiting for the boxes/check too. Ambiance is superb/clean and the decor is modern. it's not the biggest restaurant but utilized the space with bench seating against the wall.
