I have been wanting to stop by DOMU for a while now and I am so happy that I finally made it. Everyone raves about it so much and I just knew that it was going to live up to the hype and after going it definitely did. The service was top-notch. The restaurant itself is super cute and had a very warm ambiance (also pretty casual which was nice!). And the food... y'all I can see why everyone hypes this place up because it really is PHENOMENAL. The Richie Rich ramen is the best Ramen I have ever had. The broth was delicious. The meat was cooked to perfection and I was so happy to have leftovers for the next day. The wings were the best wings I've had in a very long time or probably even ever lol (no exaggeration because if you try them, you'll totally understand and agree with me). Wow wow wow this was everything I expected and more! Domu has been on my list for a while and I don't know why it took me so long to finally get here. My friends and I dined in on Saturday night and showed up at 7PM to a two hour wait. Unfortunate, but so worth it. We headed upstairs to the neighborhood bar and got an appetizer and a drink while we waited. We only ended up having to wait maybe an hour and a half for our table at Domu. The service was insanely quick and immediately after ordering our first appetizer came within five minutes. They really know what they're doing here. Whoever was on the aux this evening, 10 out of 10. The music was amazing and the vibes of the restaurant were immaculate. We ordered the cheezus, their signature wings, and the patatas bravas. I understand why they are the best way in Orlando! They were crispy and sweet and flavorful. The potatoes were delicious and the sauce that came with it paired perfectly. I believe it was topped with a crispy quinoa, which was a really nice touch. I can't really do cheese so I didn't try the cheezus, but my friends loved it and said it was delicious. Our server gave me a rundown of his favorite chicken ramens and I ended up choosing the yuzu shoyu ramen. It was nice and full of citrus. I love the eggs that come with the ramen, and he very kindly brought out another egg for me as well as a brûlée egg. I've never tried a Brulé egg in my life and it was so interesting and delicious! I love DOMU so so so much. It's probably one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Orlando. The service is great, especially on a week night. I enjoyed a Thai tea, which is so sweet and refreshing. We enjoyed the patatas bravas, which I have to get every time. They're always perfection. We tried the scallop bun, which was incredibly fresh, zesty, and delicious. It was a good portion for the price. The Richie Rich is my absolute favorite menu item and it's so perfect every time. The broth, egg, pork, and toppings are all excellent. I swung by to give it another try. I ordered the chicken ramen this time and added bamboo shoots and enjoyed one of their refreshing drinks. It wasn't that easy getting a seat at the bar but I happen to snag one just as someone was leaving. It is a busy popular bar indeed. Staff is friendly and came through when I asked for some chilli oil. My overall vote is still pretty much the same - 3.5 but I know many wouldn't agree so I'm compelled to round up. Ramen lovers, you haven't been to Domu yet you are missing out! Although most of their bowls have one type of noodle, the flavor profiles of each dish make up for it. Favorite dish: Yuzu Citrus wings which is one of their summer speciality items and man am I gonna miss it when the September hits. Think lemon pepper with a bit of sweetness. It's truly perfection and I could probably clear and catering tray of them! The waiter and the bartender were on point and incredibly kind and surprisingly even though it seemed like a slower date when we went, the atmosphere was great. Sip & Savor 2026 Review! Wow, it's been just over a year since I've been back to the OG Domu in Audubon Park at East End Market. We decided to go try for a table as the Sip & Savor promo was going and on this weekend afternoon it had rained hard so we thought the crowds would be dissipated. Spoiler alert, they were not and we walked into a 2-hour wait! Folks, Domu does not take reservations so you almost always have a wait! Keep in mind that the wait time they quote is often higher than what you'll actually have to wait. In any event, we will were lucky to get a seat at the busy bar then the other seat when the guest eating alone got up and left (Nice)! The menu is largely the same. It hasn't changed much over the years. Yes, they have seasonal specials from time to time but they are relying on their classic goodness that has sustained them for 10 years. Keep in mind, much has changed in the past 10 years, including in the ramen scene. Nevertheless, the drink menu has their classic cocktails and some new ones as well. At the bar we had a couple beverages and we also tried the bok choy appetizer. The bok choy is charred and comes with a lemon slice and is a simple, yet delicious, first dish to eat. At about the 1 hour and 10 minutes, our seat always ready. Keep in mind, I went with the kitchen seats which probably added some extra time but well under the 2-hour initial quote. Sitting at the table with views into the kitchen is always on point in my opinion. You tend to get better service overall and you get to see different aspects of the kitchen and how it operates. The Sip and saver promo was the same as last year. It includes three of their classic wings, the Richie Rich ramen, and the soft serve of the moment which today was Cookie monster. Both the wings and the Richie Rich ramen were on point and still contain that classic goodness that put them on the map! Overall, Domu hasn't changed and for some, that's a good thing. Even the menu prices are fair IMO for bowl of ramen, protein, a few vegetables. The drinks are around $12 which is fairly priced. I continue to see that the sale of alcohol has gone way down as compared to previous generations and I did see a number of tables with just water. As a supporter, I would suggest Domo invest in mocktails and or promoting them more. I haven't visited the other Domu locations, but, I would wager that this location is due for a refresh. Side note, The Cookie monster was okay (Kelly's ice cream is a better version). If you're going to stay with classic goodness then bring back the honey vanilla that used to be around! read more

We decided to sit outside due to shorter wait time and service was just as good as inside. The line to get in always long so make sure to get there early since they don't take reservations. Domu's Sip & Savor deal gets you 3 of their famous wings, Richie Rich ramen, and ice cream for $25. As always, the wings and ramen were perfect. The ice cream, unfortunately, was a letdown. The only flavor available was cookie monster, and while the cookie butter sounded promising, the food coloring turned my mouth blue after just two bites. Space is limited and gets loud during dinner. You can sit at and around the bar area to order food, but note that ramen can only be ordered at the granite countertop. read more

You do need to show up right at opening, especially at the location at East End (which is 5 pm) if you want to get a seat for a larger group. But once inside, the staff is excellent, attentive, and give such great recommendations. Of course, the wings are rated top quality for a reason, but my go-to is always the Toyko ramen with an extra egg. In Orlando on a Monday night, this Michelin star establishment has a build your own Ramen night. So we decided to check out the hype. Domu is located at East End market so parking can get a little difficult but once the market closes, it's a tad bit easier to find parking. Domu offers outside seating, bar seating, bar seating with a kitchen view, and dining room seating. This establishment is on the smaller side for seating which can cause longer wait times, but it is so worth the wait! We got to sit at the bar seating area that gives you a view of the kitchen. We got to watch, however everything goes down in the kitchen. Our server was prompt with taking our order explaining how build your Ramen bowl night works. She reviewed the menu with us and asked if we had any questions. She was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. We started with bar drinks while we were waiting for our table. Once we were seated, we were greeted with a little bowl of hot washcloths to cleanse our hands. We ordered an appetizer, sichuan cucumber that had a little spice, but was refreshing and not too filling. Then the best part we got to build our own Ramen bowl. My base was chicken broth, noodles, which by the way are made all in-house fresh, I added scallions, roasted garlic, and corn. The other bowl had pork broth with egg, Bok choy, roasted garlic, corn. I have to tell you this was the best Ramen I have ever had anywhere.!! we completed our meal with ube ice cream topped with fruity pebbles. Stopped by DOMU while visiting Orlando, and it ended up being one of my favorite meals of the trip. The restaurant has a modern, welcoming atmosphere with a clean interior and a lively energy without feeling too loud. The seating was comfortable, and despite how popular the restaurant is, everything felt well organized. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends. The ramen absolutely lived up to the hype. The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with deep umami flavor without feeling overly salty or heavy. You could tell it had been simmered for hours because every spoonful had so much depth. The noodles were cooked perfectly--firm and chewy with just the right amount of bite, so they held up well in the broth from the first bite to the last. The biggest surprise of the meal was actually the chicken wings. I ordered them because they seemed to be a popular appetizer, but they ended up stealing the show. They were incredibly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and coated with a flavorful glaze that had the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little bit of heat. I can definitely see why so many people recommend ordering them alongside the ramen. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. I think how busy they always are speaks to how good they are. While they don't allow reservations and your party must all be present before being seated, the food is delicious. Their wings are so crispy, I think they're some of the best wings I've had. I also highly recommend their Tokyo Ramen. The chicken thighs in the ramen are crispy and have great flavor. Amazing Japanese spot!! Once you enter, you are met with a huge seating area including a bar where you can only get drinks. Most people in there are waiting for a table inside the main restaurant. Once we got called back, we sat at another bar area where you can see the kitchen. Very interesting layout. We started with the famous domu wings and I seriously will be thinking about the wings until I go back. So much flavor in those things. I love that the noodles are made in house so I wanted to try the ramen of course. I got the Richie Rich ramen which was tasteful but I wish you could choose to add some spice in it. Still great though. My sister got the tonkotsu with black garlic and she almost ate the entire thing. Also got some shishito peppers and that was also just as good as everything else. I kept seeing the lychee martini being ordered to I got that and it was as good as everyone mentioned. It does have popping boba at the bottom which I loved but I know not everyone likes it so just an fyi. My sister got the Roddy pom. I have been wanting to try Domu for sometime, but was intimidated by the long wait times. We showed up at East End market early on a Friday anticipating we would be seated right away. That was not the case. The wait, by the time we got there, was 1.5 hours (and that was literally 5:15! - they open at 5!). The drink drinks were delicious and quickly made by the kind of bartender, Maddie. She took her order which consisted of both flavors of wings (the original & the green curry), cheezus, & the tokyo ramen. The appetizers came out quickly to help hold us over. The curry wings were a little spicy, but the original held up to the hype. My husband even said that they were probably his favorite wing in town. The cheezus was delicious - with a hint of lime and spice. The bread on the side was warm and soft. We got the ramen and split it amongst 4 people. It was flavorful and filling. I doubt there's much I can tell anyone about DOMU's dominance in the Orlando ramen scene. At East End Market, you're lucky if you can find parking, nevermind a seat at this popular restaurant. There is typically a line, but I arrived right as they opened this morning (11a). You can walk in and head right to the bar where the full menu is available. Or, wait for the hostesses to seat you. The lovely Alexandra sat me at the kitchen countertop, which was perfect for a solo diner like me. I was happy to note the kitchen appeared very clean. I immediately ordered the popular Richie Rich and loved it! I'd seen other reviews where they thought the ramen was too salty, but that was not the case at all. The broth was rich and creamy, the chashu not too fatty and delectable, the noodles tasty. I get it now - why DOMU has the reputation it does, the fan base. I had the happy hour negroni, followed by a happy hour old fashioned, which were both great. I had the domu wings, which have been awarded as the best wings in Orlando. They were very crispy and delicious. I would say very similar to the twice friend wings at Hawkers. I wasn't planning to order any ramen, but the couple eating at the bar next to me ordered ramen, and it looked so good, so the bartender told me I would regret not ordering some to take home for dinner. Came here for an early dinner on a Sunday evening, arrived around 530. We were told it'd be about a 45-60 minute wait, we ended up getting our table after about 25m. We found the service to be reasonably fast and friendly, an overall a great experience! I was torn between a few ramen options, and ultimately went for the wagyu Sichuan option since it's a special and that flavor profile is one of my favorites, so I didn't want to potentially miss my one chance to have it. I was very happy I made that choice! The noodles had an unusual richness to them, in a good way. Soaking in the fattiness from the wagyu will do that I guess. The chili was really flavorful but not too hot, I could have definitely gone for a little more heat, but was an overall really good dish. My partner went for the egg tofu and cheezus. The egg tofu was almost like a savory flan, the onion chili crisp they used paired with it so well. Highly recommend as an appetizer. The cheezus was kind of like Mac and cheese, but corn instead of the mac. Paled in comparison to the other two dishes, but certainly not bad Overall I highly recommend this spot if you find yourself in Orlando or are local to the area. We ordered the original DOMU wings and also the seasonal flavor wings: sichuan hot honey! The seasonal wings were more of a dry rub and a slight touch of a hot honey. They were good but definitely cannot beat out the original wings. The original are so flavorful and I loved the kimchi butter sauce! Both wings were the perfect crispy, balanced cook. Domu is by far my favorite restaurant in Central Florida. I don't get to go as often as id like because they are sooo popular. They do not accept reservations and wait times can be extremely long especially if you have more than 2 people in your party. But if you have not gone it is a MUST TRY!!! The have seasonal drink and ramen/wing specials and are constantly up adding new items to the menu. The staff is super chill and friendly. It is always good vibes. So, I had never had ramen before (gasp - I know). My friend and I were walking around East End Market when I made my confession and she made a beeline for Domu. The wait was approximately 25 minutes, but well worth it! I've seen Domu on several food-based shows and had been curious, but had never had the opportunity to try their offerings. The decor is dark woods with black accents - minimalist - with intimate lighting. The kitchen is open and my friend and I sat at the bar facing into the kitchen. Watching the kitchen team is meditative as they are always busy but not rushed. Meaning, everyone knew their task and they all worked seamlessly together for end products that are simply exquisite. For an appetizer, my friend and I ordered the fingerling bravas. The seasoning made the potatoes shine - not greasy at all and a great start to the meal. For my inaugural ramen experience, I chose the Tokyo (because I pretty much live on chicken). Oh.my.goodness. This was the best - um, is it a sin to call it a soup? - I've ever had! The broth was tasty with the ringing amount of sodium flavor. 1 hour + wait time, loud overcrowded dining room, and food poisoning. After waiting over an hour to eat here, I was sat between so many other diners. I couldn't even think straight because diners were yelling to speak to each other. The ramen was good but I became so violently ill that I had an GI bleed from the ramen. I was in agony out of no where and thought my appendix burst. I have never had food that was caused me such extreme food poisoning, I'm lucky that I didn't have permanent damage. read more

I arrived right before the doors opened at 5 pm on a weekday. There was already a line, but they opened the door right at 5 and they asked us if we had a preference in table type. We ordered wings and cheezus. The wings are usually perfect, but they were unusually greasy. The cheezus was good, but even with extra bread, there wasn't enough. The Tokyo ramen was delicious, but as per usual, really salty. Service started strong, but declined throughout the evening. Overall, it wasn't the best Domu experience, but the food was still decent. read more

Domu caught our eye with the fact that they have been on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list for several years. They do not do reservations so we had to wait almost 90 minutes for our table to be ready. We were seated outside where there's only a couple of tables. After getting situated, we ordered our food which between waiting to order and receiving it, was about 15-20 minutes. The Tako appetizer was amazing! It's a rift on the classic octopus/potato dish that is more commonly found in Spanish restaurants. I loved the added asian flavors with the gochujang mayo and asian pear which balances out this fun, savory, and acidic dish. The sichuan cucumbers were simple but executed beautifully. The chili crisp and fried garlic adds nice pops of texture. I came here explicitly for the ramen and I ordered the Richie Rich. On first look, it seemed like your classic bowl of ramen that I've had countless times. Upon trying the broth, I thought it was really solid but nothing that I would personally wait as long as we did for. The broth had a good flavor but nothing that made it standout. The pork chashu was the best part of the ramen. Immensely flavorful and very tender. The ajitama was delicious as well. For me this is your classic bowl of ramen done really well. If you never had ramen, then I think you will really enjoy this. However having had ramen at countless places in the US and Japan, it stands as a solid choice, but not something I'm itching to come back to. read more
