My car broke down today and I was right off of the expressway in a strange neighborhood! I wasn't familiar with where I was, and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable outside! I Called AAA and within minutes Oren from Chicago 24 hour towing contacted me via text and call. He not only was on time and commutative, but he looked at the car, gave suggestions on auto shops, discount availability, and offered a clean safe COOL ride back to my auto body shop, even tho I did not use his suggestions. I did not feel pressured at ALL to use his suggestions, but felt so comfy knowing there was several knowledgable places I could use to repair the car. Oren almost seemed like I had known him for years. He was extremely professional and kind and very knowledgable. I would trust to refer them to any of my family members and felt extremely comforted! My car battery died, so I needed a jump. I called multiple towing companies before Chicago 24 Towing, but they all either had automated responses or took too long to respond. Chicago 24 Towing however responded to my call right away, and Bobby (not an automated message) was on the phone to help me! He called Robert to come help me since he was close, and Robert came and helped within 15 minutes. Robert was so knowledgeable and kind when he came to help. After my car started up again, I made it only a few blocks before my car battery absolutely died out at the front of an intersection. I called again, and Bobby picked up. I told him my name and that I had just called, and he remembered my situation right away! He was so helpful, and took my situation very very seriously. He immediately called Robert to come back and tow my car to a nearby auto mechanic shop that had very good reviews. Robert came as soon as possible and was even able to drop off my car at the mechanic's for me because he didn't have enough space in his tow truck for me and my friend. Today my daughter seen a stray cat near 71ST and Champlain,not a very good neighborhood for us to be in but my doctors office is there. When she seen the cat, she put my purse on the seat and locked my doors with my keys in my purse along with my cell phone and started chasing the cat. I stopped her quickly and told her she just locked my keys in the car with my cell phone. I used my doctor offices phone to call my husband. He gave me a number to call, Chicago 24 hr Towing, they answered quickly took my info and told me they would be to me in 30 minutes or less. They were polite. And understood my situation. I don't even know where to start! I am beyond happy with the service I received from Chicago 24 Towing! I got stuck in my alley literally 100 feet from my driveway. My insurance sent out a tow all the way from Melrose Park to our place in Chicago. After waiting 2 hours for the tow, the tow driver showed up and said he couldn't tow us and left immediately. I called this place and immediately was helped. The person on the other line laughed with me, not at me when I told him I'm stuck in my alley. He was so reassuring and send out a driver, Adrian. Adrian got our car out so quickly! He was friendly, smart, and worked really hard to get our car out. I cannot recommend this towing service enough! I also think I payed a very reasonable price considering how difficult the task was. (We have really sharp corners in the alley and the car was completely stuck). I was on the 2nd floor of Mariano's parking lot and my truck would not start even after a jump. I called Chicago 24 towing. They dispatched a tow truck and the driver Robert called me and said he was 25 min away. Upon arrival Robert was very professional and knowledgeable of towing. Mariano's ramp down from the second floor is steep with 2 tight turns and there are points where the ceiling becomes a tight space. Robert was able to raise and lower my truck so it would not hit anything. Amazing how he had the tow truck within an inch of the walls just so that he could get my truck safe. Rest of the ride was good conversation. Set my truck down gently at my mechanic and finished up with all in order. Great service and great experience with Robert. And Chicago 24 towing. Following a disastrous morning of waiting for AAA, they finally sent out a truck to start my car but it needed to be towed. They told me i would have to wait another nearly 2 hours until a local tow company would let me know when they could be here. I finally talked AAA into finding another tow company and they called back shortly and said that Chicago 24 Towing would be calling. Chicago 24 not only called but said that they understood i had been waiting a long time with AAA and they said they could be there in 10 minutes--10 minutes!!! The dispatch guy (Emil) was professional, and let me know 5 minutes before the tow truck was to arrive and called again to see if we found each other. The tow truck driver- Joe was the best! Right away he got out of his truck smiling and was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He got my car up on the tow truck in no time and we were on our way! I was stranded with a flat tire all alone at 2 am in dead winter. My insurance company's roadside assistance (some answering service in another country) was taking forever and told me every place they called wouldn't come because they were out of my area. Started my day at 6 a.m. with a text from my neighbor: Did I know my rear driver's side tire was completely flat? No, no I didn't. Well, this could have been a bad day, my friends, but it wasn't. Found Chicago 24 Towing online (random search), called, and within 10 minutes Michael G--one of the nicest, most efficient, most skilled guys in the business--was calling me from the alley. He couldn't fix the flat, as it turned out: One of the lug nuts was the locking kind and I have no key....What he could--and did--do was 1) explain the problem, 2) search the car for the key, 3) sympathize, and 4) quickly tow my car to the shop. Christian is awesome. Came in to get our Cadillac jumped from the second floor of a parking garage, and spent almost two hours with us, helping us get into the car, then (when the jump didn't work) pushed it down while I steered before finally towing the thing back to our house 8 miles away. He then offered to help me push it to the shop two blocks away when I mistakenly instructed him to let it off the bed on my street. Finally, once my mom got there with the fob key, he took more time out of his evening to jump the car for us and fixed the rubber pad on the shifter. This all took an extra 30 minutes. My car broke down at 2:00 am on the south side of chicago. I looked up for emergency towing on the internet and i've found chicago 24 towing. I called them up, the dispatch was very friendly and helpful and asked me a few questions about what happened to my car to decide which truck to send. He said the truck would be there in 30 minutes, 20 minutes later the truck showed up. The driver was very professional and made sure my car wouldn't be damaged. I had to sign some papers and I was done. The driver took my car to my mechanic. My car went dead while visiting friends in Chicago, and I live over 30 miles away. Thank goodness for Chicago 24-hour towing. Mariusz came and jumped the battery, which seemed to work, but then the car died again after a few minutes. He very skillfully loaded the car onto the tow truck, drove me home, and backed up perfectly onto my ridiculously narrow one-lane driveway to unload the car. He was great at his job and super friendly, despite all this taking place between 11 pm and 12:30 am at the end of a 95 degree day. Excellent service ! On the cold winter night of January 9th, I stranded close to the exit of Downtown Chicago. The alternator of my Honda Odyssey failed and I could not start the car. Im writing this review at 12:30 in the morning because I was so impressed with 24 Towing. If you check the date that this post is posted remember that it is the night of -12 degree weather, dangerous road conditions and also no other towing service on the road. These guys are the best late night towing service in Chicago and truly stick behind their name, 24 Towing. The tow itself did take some time, but constant updates and a call when the driver was close made it very bearable. Had to have our car towed & thankfully I haven't had much experience with towing companies. I did a quick search/review and called one towing company 1st. I couldn't understand the guy. AWESOME!! I could not expect anything more from an emergency jump start service. Martin arrived in a very short amount of time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, with a great attitude. He jump started my car in less than 2-3 minutes. He even jump started it again after my ignorant mistake. After thinking I had fully charged my battery I turned off my car and tried to restart it.
