Amazing service, quality and value! I knew I had a mold problem in my home due to my allergies. I spent a lot of money with Healthy Homes USA who I found on Angie's List. The mold problem went away until the next time it rained. They scheduled a time to come back in a couple of weeks, leaving me to suffer with the mold in the meantime. The night before they were supposed to come, I texted to confirm, and they cancelled. When I tried to reschedule, no one responded. In contrast, Rogelio answered the phone right away, and came within an hour. Within 5 minutes, he found the mold and told me what would have to be done. The pricing was reasonable, and he was able to come within 2 days. He kept me informed with pictures as the work proceeded, and even though there was more work to be done than he had thought, they did the work needed at the quoted price. I had some questions a few weeks after the work was complete, and he came again within 2 hours, and offered to do some additional work at no additional cost. He got the lab results back to me within 24 hours. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable which is why I selected his company to do the job. On abatement day, he ensured I was comfortable with the precautionary measures before he began to work. This was no small job, involving nearly the entire first level and basement. Rogelío is very communicative and an honest person. Contacted him for a quote for removing asbestos siding from my home. He gave me the best quote. Other companies were giving me ridiculous quotes, as all they want is to take advantage of people. All licenses were provided and he even got the permit from where I live in a timely manner.
