After the initial mold remediation phase, David was very accessible and helpful as we tried to identify the source of the moisture and mold. After we thought we addressed the source, we hired David and his team to perform the drywall re-installation and painting. During the drywall repair phase, David and his team helped us identify the true cause of the moisture, which was a plumbing issue. David and his team quickly alerted us to this issue as they were performing the repairs and paused their work so we could address the plumbing issue before proceeding. Ultimately, the drywall repairs and painting were completed the following week and they didn't charge us additional fees for the unforeseen project delay and rescheduling. I have had no problems with these windows at all, they were mostly installed 4 years ago. Regarding competitive windows I have inspected, the construction quality appeared to be the same. Sometimes the lead times are longer than expected, but most of the orders were ready before their quoted estimate. They have a huge warehouse there and have held windows for longer than I would think with no complaints from them for me to pick them up. Order early and they will be ready. I see alot of bad reviews and I honestly can't see why, I have had nothing but a good experience with this company and recommend them to others.

He's thriving in his new school now. The contrast between the number of black candidates participating in the interview process and the apparent absence of black employees felt suspicious. To my knowledge, I was also one of the few candidates in my interview group with previous Montessori classroom experience, yet I was rejected. Considering my relevant background and what I observed, I am concerned that racial bias may have affected how I was perceived and evaluated. I hope the school reflects honestly on the relationship between the diversity of its applicant pool and the diversity of the staff members it ultimately employs.

I frantically called 6 companies trying to get it tested. BB was the only company who answered my call (I had to leave a message with the others) and they were able to send someone out the SAME DAY. Santiago arrived at my house, I explained the situation and then he walked around the house to inspect. When he came back in he said he had bad news and good news. The bad news was for himself: he checked all sides of the house and did not see any asbestos. The good news was for us: he didn't want to waste our time or money when he knew asbestos wasn't present. I feel like honesty is a rare quality in businesses these days and I was SO thankful that Santiago was able to give me peace of mind with having our siding removed the following day and not making me pay for something he knew didn't exist. There wasn't even a fee for coming out!
