Leslie D, an Aesthetician there, is great! Friendly, but more importantly, knowledgable!! I strongly recommend seeing her for your needs.

I've gotten multiple procedures done here by Lauren Fishback and I have to say, they were all excellent!

This is the first time I'm writing a review on my procedure. Six years ago I had a skinny bbl done…read moreby Dr Lorri Cobbins. I was naive at the time but I really wanted a little bit added to my bottom so I went in for a consult. I was also really skinny (like model skinny) so even then she told me oh yeah I've had patients your size or smaller do procedures by me, I wish she rejected me or at least did a less risky procedure since her skills didn't match the words I heard. My body was so perfect in every way before this procedure (just wanted a little boost on my bottom). I remember I said "I heard some peoples shoulders get bigger she was like "Oh no that's not true at all." She did Lipo to my stomach which barely had much fat, inner thighs, and back. Anyways 6 yrs later and I'm struggling with my body image. I've lost my confidence, my skinny bbl doesn't look great, can't find a solution because I have skin laxity on my back and stomach, scarring/tethering (again this is from the aggressive lipo she did and how she used the surgical tools), Lipo fibrosis on stomach and back and yes the upper back looks bigger. I followed all the instructions of wearing the compression garment and everything. The problem wasn't the aftercare instructions I perfectly followed, the problem was the poor surgical technique. She did aggressive lipo on me, took out too much fat because I was thin and ruined the look of my skin. I now have 2 rolls on my back that I never had before my procedure and I feel always bloated for some odd reason no matter what I eat healthy or not even though my diet didn't change. I only gained about 10 pounds (still at a weight women would love) but even with that if the surgical skills were good the body would grow out nice and even, it wouldn't look botched. I wish she rejected me and told me to come back in a year or 2 if I want something permanent after I try something temporary. I wish she told me thoroughly and openly what kind of problems can come up (this was only briefly discussed and none of the problems I have now were discussed as potential issues after surgery). I wish she gave me a temporary option or smaller procedure not as damaging as a first solution to see what it would look like. I didn't receive any other options. I think plastic surgeons (especially ones who've had botched outcomes from their work) need to give a couple options and really think about if the contouring will look nice with each option so the patient can have a good long term outcome and more people will trust them for procedures. Dr. Cobbins took away the most thing that made me confident back then and damaged my body. I am struggling in every way imaginable because of this procedure done by Dr. Lorri Cobbins. The most perfect parts of my body were ruined because of horrible surgical technique and now I am left grieving it. I struggle every day to look for a way to fix it and I'm too afraid to go to someone else that may further damage me. I don't take photos anymore like I used to, I don't try on clothes when I shop like I want to. I can't look at myself in the mirror the same way. Please if you want a better/different look try temporary cosmetic things first so they go away if you don't like them and you don't have to live with the permanent result of a botched procedure.

Everything from my first consultation through the procedure and follow-up was smooth sailing. All of my questions, no matter how small, were answered with thorough explanations to help me get the best result... and I truly believe I did. I waited a long time to get this surgery (probably longer than I should have, but that's a 'me' thing), and I couldn't be happier with my experience all-around. From the kind and knowledgeable staff, to the amazing on-site surgical center, right down to Dr. Cobbins' brilliant expertise and joyful spirit... My experience at the Aesthetic Institute was everything I wanted. The best part: it all fell within my budget. Dr. Cobbins, I can't thank you enough for giving me my self-confidence back.

Dr. Galiano immediately diagnosed the issue as an aggressive keloid and confidently recommended surgery as the best path forward. The surgery went great! I was particularly impressed that he used his own specialized bandaging technique to ensure the scar healed perfectly. The results are incredible: My c-section scar is completely gone, and my flat stomach is back! I had a breast reduction earlier in July 2025, which was medically necessary. He and his staff explained the procedure & process of every step of to get me back on my feet with my new found changes. I'm in my 60's and my Girls weren't even a thought to get rid of. However, he made me feel comfortable and explained the reasons for my deep rooted nerve paid was caused by the weight of my breast. I have an extra gland under my arm, in which he did not remove because he said it would have been too much for me. And he was right. Therefore, he's waiting 90 days after my 6 week post operation to schedule that procedure. I followed his instructions given 4 months prior to surgery and I lost some weight and completely stopped smoking. He cares about your overall health as well as the plastic surgery procedure he is going to perform. I would recommend to any of my Friends and Family who are thinking about having procedures done. He's very upfront about your healing process. I'll comeback in a year and tell you how happy I am with my results!!

However, I've been getting treatments like PRF, Endolift, Botox, and fillers for years, and I have never had this kind of reaction before. I had a couple of previous appointments at this place without any issues. However, this time what really stood out to me was the lack of acknowledgment. At no point did anyone take responsibility or address the possibility of improper hygiene practices. I also did not see the preparation of the vials. Usually, providers show you where the product is coming from to build trust, but that was not the case here. I do want to say that the nurse was very kind and professional, and I appreciate that. However, my skin reaction was not minor,it was severe and, in my opinion, the result of poor practice. I am knowledgeable about post-care, as I work in the healthcare field as a Registered Dietitian and I am currently pursuing my Master's in Nursing. I understand how critical proper hygiene is before and after any procedure. By March 19, I reached out because my skin was looking very concerning,acne-like with rosacea, something I had never experienced even as a teenager. They did respond, which I appreciate, scheduled me, and during that time I told them I had already been taking Benadryl, and they advised me to continue taking it. However, they were not transparent about the possibility that this could be an infection. Because I value second opinions, I went to see a dermatologist, who diagnosed me with a reaction and infection. I shared the prescribed medications with them since they told me they would follow up with me, but that follow-up never happened. I sent two additional emails and did not receive a response. I am not expecting anything at this point, but I did expect at least an acknowledgment or an apology. It is very distressing not knowing if your face will return to normal or how long you will have to deal with the aftermath of a situation like this.
