I LOVE this place! Giselle makes you feel warm and welcome from the first phone call. I wanted to add volume and pout to my lips, as well as reduce the wrinkles in my forehead. Dr. Shore took extra time to understand my previous history and my goals. She recommended a conservative approach, which I always love. In the end, she used just the right amount of Botox on my forehead to smooth it without giving me the 'surprised' look. For my lips, she used enough filler to make a noticeable impact, yet not make me look cartoonish. I was really impressed that she took special care in giving me a more pronounced Cupid's bow, rather than just plumping. Absolutely fabulous! This is a super small practice inside the hospital. Just a receptionist and surgeon. And the surgeon does everything - including botox and fillers. She is very friendly and gentle. And I truly appreciate her understated approach. She didn't recommend a bunch of thing to me. And she has a less now, you can always add more, but you can't take away approach. After just one visit, I'm pretty sure I'd trust her to do almost anything to me. And that says a lot. And this was my first time actually having the surgeon do my injections and not an RN. Granted, it was double what I'm accustomed to paying in Vegas. But I expected that. So the price was pretty much on target with what I was anticipating. And I appreciated the late appointment of 5:50pm. I'll be back for sure! read more

I came here for something simple (removal of a growth). This is a two woman office. There's just the doctor and the receptionist. If you leave a message you will get a callback. You'll be treated like a human being with kindness and respect. You won't feel like a cog in a factory. and get this - they will actually tell you what things cost before the procedure! I unfortunately did not have the same 5 Star experiences as everyone else. I reached out a couple times through the website and did not receive any sort of response or call back. Was it something I said or did I not fit in their criteria?? I ultimately wanted to set up a breast augmentation consultation and it never happened. Needless to say I lost interest! I never heard from their offices and today I am happily moving forward with a doctor who's client relations surpass that of Lakeview Plastic Surgery. Many people who have had any experience with plastic surgery often say that one of the most important things is finding a doctor you're comfortable with. This office never established any form of customer relations! I would never commit to a surgery knowing my questions were ignored, I guess I wasn't worth their time. Do your research and you will see that there are other Doctors out there that have more experience! So this is my first time here. So far so good. The office is located in Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. The ambiance and decor of the office is inviting and pleasant. The staff (only two people in the office, that includes the doctor) is very thorough and patient. I was absolutely impressed to say the least! I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Shore. Amazing experience. It is apparently a relatively young practice, but that's not too say they aren't experienced or competent. I recently had gender affirming top surgery with Dr. Shore, and I'm also a surgical technologist that works with some of the best surgeons in Chicago. From the perspective of both a patient and someone who operates with surgeons everyday I am impressed and pleased with Dr. Shores surgical skills and bedside manner. My incisions are some of the best I've ever seen at only 4 weeks post op and have been all along cleaner and more precise than I even hoped for. Dr. Shore's staff is also always professional, pleasant, and welcoming. I've also worked in operating rooms across Chicago and in the suburbs and I have to say the staff at Illinois Masonic made me feel as well taken care of as I would have had I been able to be my own caregiver. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would! Dr.Shore and her right-hand-woman Giselle (receptionist) are absolutely incredible. Dr.Shore was great about focusing all of her attention on me. She has 1, and only 1, examination room. With this, she was able to make me feel comfortable, and let me ask as many questions as my heart desired (I ask LOTS of them!). She was sure to be absolutely perfect and precise with every little thing she did. It assured me that my surgery was going to go perfectly, and have even more perfect results. I had a breast reduction surgery. I started out at a 30G, and with the surgery, went down to a 30D (or DD if you wear Victoria's Secret bras). I have had very little pain, and she's been great about contacting for ANY concern I may have (I luckily didn't have any). Giselle, too, is absolutely wonderful!
