Have been going for years they seem to have high turnover over with staff. Today was very disappointing. I went in for a hydrofacial...when I booked the appointment I was told the service would be for 60 min and online it states 60 mins. By the time I was taken back to my appointment the treatment started 15 mins late and then ended 5 mins early. Total time for the facial was 40 mins. I asked front desk after my appointment and was told this is normal. Not sure why it isn't advertised then for a 40 mins facial. Very expensive for short service. read more

This place deserves zero stars. I was referred to this place by my primary physician for a procedure and was told by whoever answered the phone (after taking my information down) that a "medical technician" would call me to set up an initial appointment. I never got this call. Reading the reviews on Yelp, this appears to be a common occurrence, unless this place knows you're making an appointment for some cosmetic procedure which equates to $$$. But if it's a physician referral, which means an insurance payment, then don't expect a call back because this is not a money maker for them. This is so Obvi! So I get a response on a Google review from Kelly who appears to be the Owner/wife of the doctor providing her contact info. Um I already called that number. Why would I call it again? Customers shouldn't have to track you down to get service thank you very much. I'll be taking my piddly dollars elsewhere! read more

I've been going to Spaderma for Dysport the last year or so however, I feel like Spaderma is always trying to upsell me. So based on Elevare reviews, I decided to try them out. I did call beforehand to get an rough treatment cost estimate which was around $180 which is close to what I was paying at Spaderma ($198) so that was great. I saw Carli (who was lovely) and received the same amount of units that I've had previously, but when I got to the front desk I was charged $280!!! When I asked why am I being charged significantly more for the same treatment I've received elsewhere, the front desk gave me a hard time. I was like well, it doesn't make sense for me to come back if I'm going to be paying almost $100 more here and the front desk was like "okay, we don't care". Such a bummer because I liked Carli, but I can't justify the price difference. read more

I have been waiting 4 months to write this review because I was hoping to see an improvement in my eyes, but nothing happened. I had a blepharoplasty upper and lower eye lids surgery with Dr. Michael DeWolfe. I had an excess of skin in my eyes, and I also wanted to look younger. But all I can see in my face now is a mess. My eyes now look uneven, no matter. I also have a pronounced scars in the corners of my eyes, all that this did was instead of making me happy, made me more insecure, I been having a second opinion about my surgery and they ask me if my surgeon took measurements of my eyes before surgery, and guess what, NO! that never happens, also soon after my surgery, I was left in pain in the hospital, I asked for my surgeon, and a nurse said that my doctor left after right after the surgery, I was on shock, because he couldn't even wait to see how I was doing after surgery, I was payed my bill before surgery, of course, why is he going to care! In the first photo shows before and after surgery, I feel that I look better before my surgery. This is so sad. This was also 10,000 dollars! Never go here again. read more

Only my favorite place in all of Chicago. I was referred to ElevareMD by a friend 2, maybe 3?, years ago and I can't thank her enough. The space beautiful and pristine, and the staff is top notch. I see Kelly for injectables- she introduced me to Xeomin (Botox alternative) that works wonders for me compared to others. Her touch is perfect and my results are always natural, she never overdoes it. I've had a few of my first-timer friends see Kelly and they've all loved her too. I literally wouldn't trust anyone with my face like I trust Kelly. I started seeing Katie last summer for regular hydrafacials- she is a gem. She gives great recommendations to maintain your skin at home, she's punctual, friendly, talented... the list goes on. The quality of hydrafacial at ElevareMD is unbeatable. Unlike other medspas I've been to, they book you for a full hour of treatment (vs. 30 or 45 minutes) and have great package specials that not only give you a good deal but encourage regular skin maintenance. Their spa coordinator Jessica is lovely- she's extremely patient with my ever changing schedule and is always so welcoming when I come in. I work in the industry and can be a picky critic when I visit other salons/spas but ElevareMD checks off every box on my list. From start to finish they always provide excellent service. I've been meaning to write a review for some time now, as I have been coming to Elevare MD regularly for a couple of years. I'm in my mid-40's and I come for Botox, mostly, with Kelly (who is absolutely wonderful). I have also had Vivace and just started a series of laser hair removal treatments, both of which have been with Nicole. I have been consistently impressed with the overall quality of service I've received with every visit I've made. From making the appointments, to my arrival and check-in, throughout and even after my treatments, there remains a consistently high level of professionalism, attention to detail, depth of knowledge, sincerity...and of course, results!...that keeps me coming back and open to trying new things. Treatments, for me, are an investment...so it's important to feel like I'm getting as much as I can out of each visit, and I absolutely do. I feel understood, well-informed and guided through my experience and both Kelly and Nicole have been very open and honest about what would work best for me and my individual goals. Shortly after finding Elevare, I moved out to the Edgebrook area so it's a bit of a drive, now, to get there. Came in a for a lipoma removal consult on 8/29. Went very well. The staff and clinic were nice Dr. DeWolfe was knowledgeable about my condition and had a good experience... that quickly changed. I was told to wait 3-4 days and someone will reach out with dates. No one reached out. 2 weeks go by.. nothing. I call and get told someone will call me back. No one does. Almost a month later. I get told the earliest they can get me in is end of January/early February, after originally being told October. It's bad business for your customers to have to chase you down. The lack of communication from your office is awful. Please do better. read more

Simply the BEST! Dr.DeWolfe and his team are extremely knowledgeable and have a way of making you feel very special. I had Dr. DeWolfe perform eyelid lift surgery on my lids 2yrs ago and they look fantastic. He and Kelly talked me through the procedure step by step and it was a breeze. There is no visible scar and my lids are perfect. I recently decided to have Dr. DeWolfe perform c section scar revision surgery, which is something I have wanted to do for 15 years but have been too afraid. When I talked to Kelly about it she made me feel confident in my decision to go for it and also detective a hernia which I have had for 17 years and never knew it. Long story short, I ended up having abdominoplasty, hernia removal, c section scar revision and liposuction on inner and outer thighs. Dr. De Wolfe and his team made me feel like a princess and did an impeccable job. I am a week and a half post surgery and am healing quickly and feel great. If I could, I would leave Dr. Dewolfe and his staff 10 stars!!! I had surgery on April 11th. Everything from my consultation to post-surgery was a true blessing of an experience. I believe God couldn't have picked a better surgeon to perform my Enbloc procedure. Dr. De Wolfe is an incredibly skilled and talented surgeon. His bedside manner will put you at ease. He's a compassionate doctor who listens to your concerns. His staff, including Ariana, (who's in charge of coordinating the surgery) treats you like family. She answered every question I had with kindness ( which were many because I was paranoid ). The day of the surgery, I was blown away by MacLean Hospitals staff, everyone from the front desk nurse who checked me in, to the anesthesiologist who was extremely professional and sweet. Right before my surgery, a nurse prayed over all the patients in the waiting room over the intercom. That was the cherry on top! When I woke up, It didn't feel like I was put under or that there was surgery at all. I woke up sore but comfortable and relaxed knowing that I had put the worse behind me. My scars were already looking good by the time I got back home. The incisions he made under both breasts were perfection. Today, I can barely see my scars, that's how good Dr. Dewolfe is. He left enough tissue in both breasts so I wouldn't look as flat as I thought I would. I am healing gracefully. Little by little my beautiful breasts are fluffing up. I've been healed of all my BII symptoms for the most part. Some are lingering but I have faith in the great healer, Jesus. I know he will heal the rest. I am so grateful to God for my surgery going as well as it did. An Enbloc procedure is difficult and risky. It takes a knowledgeable and experienced surgeon to perform it. When I discovered Dr. DeWolfe had done over 1000 Enbloc surgeries, I knew he was my doctor. Thank you, Jesus! Thank you Dr DeWolfe and staff for taking such good care of me. I want to give a shout out to Elvares and especially Katie who has helped me to regain my confidence. After years under the sun, brown spots dotted my face and at 58, wrinkles deepend everytime i smiled. I tried expensive creams fraxel laser and while that worked for about 3 months, my spots actaully came back darker. As an Asian, our skin needs are a bit different. I was really excited after leaving my consultation as the Doctor was very nice, patient, and offered me options I didn't think I had. They said they would get back to me in a few days with a quote. Over a week later and I still hadn't heard anything so I called them. The receptionist told me I had to wait for someone else to get the quote and they would get back to me. They called me back a couple days later with only half of my quote, and when I asked about the other half they said they didn't have it and tried to rush me off the phone, but I persisted "well, can you get me the other half?" A sigh from the other end and, "yes, well get back to you." Over a month now, and nothing. Sucks that the people representing this company can ruin their business.
