The communication is easy. Trey is very professional and has extensive knowledge. He is able to find me a good rate very quickly. He's very patient to answer my questions and gave good recommendations to my situation. One month later I was towed and went to submit my towing expense to find out that my home was insured but my auto was not. At the time the quote was $187 a month on eft. So they ran a new quote today and my new quote was for $347 a month eft. I would not use this agency or any allstate agency ever again. Poor customer service.
