And further instructed inconvenienced neighbors to call the police if they had an issue with their company vehicle blocking the alley all day and night, because as he said "the police wouldn' t do anything." The employee reasured me his company would be okay with his behavior to go ahead and call the company phone listed on the pick-up truck. Which signifies either the owner doesn't take accountability for his employees or he has no clue what's going on with his employees.
