Called them because they helped installed garage door and control some years ago. We were having issues with the door not opening and closing properly. When I called they immediately implied they didn't service our neighborhood at all and when I stated they installed it, they suddenly remembered. Told us they were going to come out the next day. They didn't show up so I called and they said due to the storms they had emergency calls- understandable. Point is they never showed up when promised. Reliable? Absolutely not. If they didn't want to service us because of our neighborhood or whatever other excuse, they should have said it upfront. Good thing we did find a reliable person that helped us with our garage door issues. read more

Excellent Customer Service from a family owned business. I agree with other responses as to TERRIFIC Service, QUICK response AND HONEST & Fair Pricing. I was unable to get my car out of the garage, even with pulling the emergency pull, as a cable had broke. It was the day after July 4th and was concerned what the response time would be. Truthfully from the time I called until the repair was done was a few HOURS!!! A big THANK YOU to John who came out to service my door and took the time to answer my questions and did EXCELLENT work. My current door opener system is 20 years old and John took the time to explain what my options were as I ASKED him to explain as I may be interested in the future. Very fast to respond to quote and service request! I sent a request for quote to install a Genie garage door opener at 8pm on Monday night. While other companies said they would not install Genie openers, J&J responded with a very fair quote for the install by 10pm. I ordered a brand new gray metal garage door from this business. This was for a 1 and a half garage. I had J & J take out, remove the original heavy to lift original wooden door. That I had to lift up by yourself. When the new garage door was made and ready to go A installer came out and installed the new metal gray garage door. J & J Reliable Doors you did a great job installing and cleaning up the garage floor when you were done with your work. Ordered garage door in July of 2022. Was installed in 2022.
