I can only assume that is his go to form of communication. We only needed him to sign and send a single form. He screamed he didn't believe we had hired him in the past and needed proof. I spent hours digging out every stitch of proof needed. We had of course hired him in the past. His secretary said, no problem they would take care of it that day. Months later I found out they never sent the form. I called again. When I asked when he would send the form, John, the only time he did not yell and scream like a maniac, simply said "I don't want to, so I don't have to." He has cost us several hundred dollars and for absolutely no reason. I am baffled. My grandmother was in Real Estate for 50 years in the area, top seller in every office she was in. I have never encountered a more unprofessional man in my life. Do not work with them. Bad for your emotional and mental health, and bad at their job. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
