The pizza was not very good to be honest. We all had the lunch combo. For the price it's not a very good deal. The pasta was better than the pizza and the pasta was not great. The pizza seemed to be old and dry. The sausage was very bland. The pepperoni pizza was passable. We also had the special white sauce and chopped pepperoni and it was in all honesty not good. So for 3 items it was $16 bucks each if you choose a different item other than pizza. We won't be coming back. read more

Good food. We enjoy the laid back atmosphere and ease to get a table at this restaurant no matter when we go. Sometimes they're short staffed so you have to order at the counter and seat yourself but someone always brings the food out to the table. read more

Service is sub par. Ordered pizza to go with multiple sauces in the side. Asked if we could sit at the bar and have a beer while we waited for our food. No one ever came to take our drink order. We were informed after the fact as we were given our pizza that there are no servers so we could have a drink. Chicago Pizza has a great lunch special! Variety of pizza slice (Giant) and a side of your choice and a drink $10. If you want a larger meal you can get another choice and all of the above for $14! They have Baked Potatoes too! Their service is timely and friendly! They have tables and booths for seating, songs/music in the background so you can still talk! This was our dinner after a very long day. I am so glad this little Gem is still up and running in Greenfield. Greenfield lost so many during and after covid its sad. Chicago's is was and still is the best pizza restaurant in Greenfield. Our order Med. Skyline, order of garlic Cheesy bread and order of bread sticks. Total was 33.dollars plus tip Was told about 20 mins. We was there for pick up about 8 mins early. Order was done. It was very hot and fresh and Cortect! Definitely not bad on price considering we spend double that or more at the other places. They were GREAT on customer service the place was very clean which they ALWAYS are. They are no longer doing the pizza buffet at this location. I was told they would not be starting it back up. I got a combo. Sausage pizza was pretty good. The bread sticks are very doughy. Cheese sauce is plain with no jalapeño flavor (which really floats my boat). read more

Woohoo! Out of the house and we got to dine in out in Greenfield at Chicago's Pizza. We have been here a few times before this crazy virus and enjoyed the buffet. It's menu only right now. Our Skyline Deep Dish Pizza was absolutely amazing. Tony ordered a thin crust 10inch pepperoni pizza. His pizza came out very cheesy and a good amount of pepperoni. There has been a steady stream of cars coming through the drive-thru. I can't believe how many are picking up at the drive thru on a Monday night. Our waitress was very friendly, but she should have come at the end of our meal and asked if we needed anything else. It would have been nice to have been offered a drink to go too. We were the only ones dining in so it wasn't that she was too busy. The food will bring us back! read more

This is a great place for a family dinner. They have a buffet, which offers different food items rather than just pizza. Their breadsticks are delicious! Every single time we go I have an amazing experience. I don't think I've ever had bad service. Even though it is a buffet so you help yourself, the second that you sit down they are ready to give plates and silverware and cups to get your own drinks. The pizza here is amazing. The dough is handmade. The pizza sauce I'd freshly made. They also include high quality cheese and toppings. The recipe is amazing but the taste is even better. One thing that sets Chicago's apart from other pizza restaurants is that it has a drive through. This makes things easier with COVID because you don't have to go in but if you can't get it delivered you have a 3rd option. Chicago's pizza in Greenfield is the place to go when you want thin crust pizza. It's right of state-road 9, so it's easy to get to, But it also has a drive through that goes around the building. You can even order pizza online, and pick it up when you get there. It has a roof above the drive through, so if it's raining, you and your pizza don't get wet. The pizza there isn't greasy, so it's a bit easier on your stomach. The crust is very crunchy, and thin. The people serving you are so nice. Chicago's is convenient and delicious! -Eli M. read more

I am not impressed with Chicago's at all. The first visit we went with a group of 3 adults and 2 children. The wait time wasn't bad and it does look nice inside. BUT the pizza crust on the Chicago deep dish was not cooked all the way. It was doughy and soggy and with sauce added to it even doughier and soggier. The place wasn't busy so can't chalk it up to that. The pizza came with the wrong toppings which again the place was not busy. So that's ok I am not going to slam a place for a mistake or two. I talked with the server about our food and she offered to redo it or have a free pizza later. I would have preferred the bill adjusted on this visit but ok. So a couple of weeks later and we get our make up pizza for take out and it has the wrong toppings..the deep dish wasn't cooked all the way.It was doughy and soggy and with sauce added to it even doughier and soggier. This was an honest review of the place based on my experience there. I am not going back. Sorry Chicago's but you should learn how to cook pizza if you want to be a pizza place. Peace read more

I grew up in Rushville and would frequently drive 30+ minutes just to get pizza/breadsticks at Chicago's in Greenfield. I visited again recently and it was everything I remembered and more. The breadsticks, if you get them fresh, are the best you can find anywhere, and I'd recommend the Skyline pizza. The pizza is average at best. The name is a misnomer as this is not Chicago style pizza what-so-ever. This location in particular I went during lunch for a work outing. The lunch time is a buffet style setup - which wasn't very good. There are some salad items and toppings, but the dressings weren't labeled so I had to make a guess as to which bottle was the fat free version. The pizza is just OK. We have been a few times and usually get the buffet. Unfortunately there isn't a great selection and its usually a pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza, cheese pizza, and occasionally a veggie pizza. If you want anything else you need to as if they would make one for you however it is hit or miss if they will or not. I do like the new building and the staff is friendly but I would simply rather go to a different pizza place because of the lack of selection on their buffet. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas carry out. I received the correct large pizza pepperoni and mushroom, but received a small cheese pizza instead of a medium specialty pizza. We picked this up on the way home from vacation. We noticed this error after we got home. Called the store and the manger was very nice and helped me. She called the owner and they had to void the transaction and then take my card info over the phone to charge me for the correct pizza. The correct response should have been we will void this transaction. I am already not happy since the pizza that was feeding my family and was wrong, now I am stuck on the phone redoing a transaction. NOPE not again. Pizza Hut is across the street. read more

To begin with: the restaurant is lacking appeal. Nothing about it was interesting in any way. We came in.. It took 15 MINUTES to give us our breadsticks. Anybody in the pizza business at any point knows it takes MINIMAL time to cook breadsticks. No later than 5 minutes TOPS. When we finally recieved our two pizzas, they were both less than luke warm.. How? Either it sat for too long, or it was undercooked. They knocked off 5 dollars but at what cost? My appetite was already lost at the cost of biting into a cold pizza. Service was poor. We have never had a bad meal here and we've been here many times. Until last weekend. One of our entrees came out burnt with wrong ingredients. Our server THOUGHT they could fix it, but wasn't sure. They eventually did, burnt again. She also answered about every question with "yup" and placed our food and drinks down hard on the table. Oh and she left our original order under the warmer waiting to be served for at least 15 if not 20 minutes, probably why it was burnt. We also had to ask for straws, refills and for our food to be retrieved from the warmer. I might go back, but management didn't seem to care much about our service troubles. They said "well, we're just busy". They were not any busier than other times we have been there. The family next to us had trouble also and that was how we got to know them. Really, after a long day, it was a miserable dinner. read more
