We went at 12:45 on a Thursday afternoon. We had a large group and were told it was about a thirty minute wait (which was fine). The food was good. I'm not a huge fan of Chicago style deep dish pizza but I hadn't had it in a few years. The crust was ok but not flaky enough. The sauce had a good tomato flavor and a bit on the chunky side. There were only a few pieces of sausage and the cheese was not very noticeable in the flavor profile. My Caesar salad was very good with lots of Parmesan cheese. The service left a lot to be desired. I'm not being critical of our server but rather the overall management of the service. They were very understaffed as servers were taking orders, bringing food and drinks, and clearing tables. The food came out of the kitchen slow. And there was one person (who I assume was a manager) who stood around with his arms folded, biting his nails, and doing nothing to help the servers. I'm sorry but if you are short staffed, roll up your sleeves and help clear tables or bring drinks. He did nothing while the servers ran from place to place. In the end, the food was ok but our experience lacked efficient service and I wouldn't go back to this Giordano's location again. There are a lot of other options in the area.

Everything else was pretty standard. This is located in the PNC building and it's only open during lunch. It's really hard to get to outside of that time. The service was great, though. The restaurant was very clean and had a cozy Italian decor. Overall it's a good spot for lunch if you work downtown or are doing something downtown M-F during the day. Otherwise the hours are way too restrictive. There are better pizza places that are actually open for dinner and on weekends. I would give this 3.75 stars if I could. The food is good, but the hours are limited.

So ordered from this place for the first time (moving cross country) and found out they had a buy one get one free on pizza..ordered pizza and some sodas bill came to 30some dollars and change..they delivered I tipped 10$ and enjoyed amazing pizza..next thing you know the gentleman that delivered said pizza calls me to inform that I was over charged and wasn't given the special buy one get one and I paid for two pizzas..so he was calling to inform me that I was refunded the additional cost of the one pizza!! Like who does that in today's society..thank you all at more than just pizza for being honest people..I highly recommend them not just for their amazing pizza but also their integrity..well done!! read more

We have been going here for years and I always rave about them to my co-workers and friends. We discovered early on that you can do half red, half garlic sauce on the pizza, so we always order a supreme that way with 2 cups of ranch. The ranch is house-made and worth the extra $1 per cup. And that is coming from a girl whose family was a blue cheese household growing up.
