The two other tacos were packed, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can barely hold them together, and the salsa was spicy enough that one small container lasted all three tacos. Not many taco spots serve tripas, and even fewer do them well--but this place gets it right. The meat cuts are thick, full of flavor, and they're always willing to customize your order. Some may say that's pricey and the online platform fee is a bit much especially if you're picking up your own order but you pay for convenience. You get a text confirmation and another letting you know it's ready for pick-up. Ordering ahead guarantees no wait and it's ready when they say it's ready.
