My husband had the chili Verde omelette and he said it was better than some of the other ones he's had. This is because there was more meat and an extra egg. He also had hashbrowns. We elected to skip the toast, and I had a side of fruit.

Pistachio latte is also a go-to for me! They also have an amazing taco shop inside now. When I first started coming, they were in a taco truck parked outside. They recently moved in. I've been trying different items from the menu since they were in the parking lot. So if you need to grab coffee or lunch, and get gas, stop here! There's also a drive-thru for the coffee! This place has been consistent--good food, plenty to eat, and that salsa alone keeps me coming back.
