There was one other car in the drive thru and it was already at the window. I get that they probably meant mobile orders, but mine was one of them and I was there to pick it up. For clarity, I order teas and refreshers. Nothing needs heated up or brewed and only modifications are adding sugar syrup or something simple like that.
