Could have been a 5 or 3. I think we came in an off day. We ordered our drinks. Coffee and a Latte. No one else in line. 15 mins later they tried to give us the wrong order. 10 or so mins later they asked what we ordered. Meanwhile 6 or 7 other people came in. The gentleman next to us was still waiting on black coffee when we left. It's like they got all the drink orders mixed up with zero organization. They claim to be "gluten free". They have salads and açaí bowls. Thats it. No gluten free pastries. Small town coffee shop that looks like it's in a struggling town. We chose it to support local. Probably would not go back. Late was all foam and coffee was pretty weak. Waited over 30 mins for 2 drinks. read more

The bacon, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel was absolutely fantastic -- perfectly fresh with that rich, savory cheese baked right into the bagel. The bacon was crispy, flavorful, and easily the star of the show. Maybe best bagel sandwich I've ever had! read more

I went here for brunch with my family I got a ham and cheese panini that also had apple slices on it. The flavor was pretty good it could of used a sauce of some sort to liven it up a bit but I still liked it. I also got potato pancakes which were also good! The place it's self is super cute it's decorated with a bunch of vintage items it looks like you are walking into a time capsule I loved it. UPDATE: The scones are still great! The breakfast sandwiches we ordered last week were delicious and the coffee has been on point in recent visits! Excited to continue stopping in and supporting local. I've been going here since Covid hit. I was so excited to support a local business because I know how important that is. It's convenient because it's so close, but everything is pretty bland (except the blackberry lime scones, those are pretty great). The coffee is pretty weak and not very good. The breakfast sandwiches have no seasoning (not even salt and pepper). They bring in a lot of things too, which I understand, but the cupcakes from Chatty Cupcakes (I think that's the name) aren't worth almost $3 each. They have a ton of specialty drinks, but those are hit or miss and there's so many that the people behind the counter had to go looking for the recipe card before they could tell me what was in it. I wish they'd choose 3-4 specialty drinks that are really great and do more in house baking. All of this is why I gave 3 stars. I'll try again in a few months and hopefully update this review to 5 stars!! read more

This place is absolutely beautiful on the inside. It's very clean and the decor is cute, not overly tacky like some coffee shops. The menu has many delicious sounding options. I was in a rush, so I grabbed a pastry and it was delicious. They have so much to choose from when it comes to coffee. I tried the macaroon, minus the vanilla and added mocha shot instead. It was delicious, not overly sweet, and you could still taste the coffee. Overall, this is a nice addition to a little town that doesn't have much to offer any more. I'll be back, and if you're in the valley and need your coffee fix, this is the place to go. read more

LOVE PERKED UP! Their menu is stellar. I've never had a sandwich I didn't love. They use Pittsburgh Bread Works bread and it is fantastic. I try to recreate their sandwiches at home but it just isn't the same. They have a fantastic drink selection that offers more than just coffee. The seating area is spacious. The portion size for food is generous. The sell a huge selection of coffee beans, K-Cups, and drink syrup flavors. I'd be lost if I couldn't buy my lavender syrup for my lemonade. I eat here probably once a week for lunch with my mom. It's such a great spot! read more

Stopped in on a Friday morning, GREAT coffee. Highly recommend if you're looking for a little caffeine pick me up. I got a cold brew with caramel flavor while a friend got a nitro cold brew with lavender. Lots of coffee options and lots of flavor add ins as well as a pretty extensive food menu, their breakfast looked incredible. I work a few doors down from this place. I love the friendliness of the staff. The bacon egg croissant sandwich is to die for, thick maple flavored bacon really makes this special. This adorable cafe is tucked onto the bottom street of little ol' Charleroi. It would remind you atmosphere-wise of a funky Seattle, Portland, Austin cafe! Coffee, tea, and beverage offerings are numerous and delish! Salads, sandwiches, and pasteries are very fresh and change or rotate daily based upon what is fresh and local. My favorite is the chicken-salad croissant. This is a super nice place for a quick bite, a sit down with friends, or takeout. I'm so happy it is in my town.
