Multiple times my curbside meals have missing items from our orders. Very frustrating to get home and find we've been shorted.

Worst chik fil a experience ever. Traveling with grandkids stopped in and it was terrible. Fries tasted like they were cooked in week old grease. The chicken had a funky taste to it. And the Arnold palmer was sour. Like a bad sour. Management needs to step it up at this location or change franchise owners. Very disappointed and hoping we don't get sick on the rest of our 2 hour drive. read more

Well, as a former employee I can only give two stars. It's not a terrible place to work. However, they make you pay for your uniform which was 50$ when I worked there so be prepared for that. Also, i worked there for about 6 months as a delivery driver. I would also help out as best as I could in the store and i understand you have to be fast and work hard and I would try my best. I am disabled and was run over by a vehicle while I was standing on the side of a highway waiting for a tow truck 2 years ago. I have had 12 surgeries to repair my lower body which was in shambles. I can still walk and get around but I do limp and I am not as fast as other people but i try my best. One day at work I was called in the office and told to go home because I wasn't "fast enough or working hard enough." It was very unfortunate and yes they did discriminate against me. I just never showed back up after that incident because I didn't need the money and it wasn't worth it to me to work for an employer that treats people that have disabilities with such disrespect. read more

Are you folks sure about this? Been years since I've eaten at a Chick-fil-A. I don't remember much except that the sandwiches were a bit small. But I decided to try them once again since they are now, after all, the country's number 1 fast food place. So I order a number 1 meal plus an extra sandwich (I remembered "small). Well, the chicken sandwich was terrible. Awful seasoning, awful breading. I choked down one and threw away the other. I can do much, much better myself at home. I can do much, much better with Tyson frozen! I really, really wanted to enjoy this chicken sandwich from a corporation that has endured so much flak for their convictions. I love chick fil a, but I had the rudest encounter with a chick fil a employee I have ever had here. The drive through attendant got my order wrong, charging me for extra food and getting sauces wrong, yet attacked me with sass when I tried to kindly clarify the order. She read the order out to me twice, listing things that were not on my order (including breakfast sandwiches at 2:20 pm) and when I would try and clarify, she just replied "that's what I said." Seeing as how my order still turned out wrong... no, it was not what you said.... Well maybe my standards are too high, since i'm accustomed to the glowing and kind service from previous chick fil a locations i've attended, but this ruined my day. read more

On the north side of I-20, there are 5 chicken restaurants (with another one coming soon). So if you want your chicken on a hamburger bun, this is the place. My kids like come here because they can play in the indoor playarea, and if you can convince them to give up their un-opened kids meal toy, they can turn it in for ice cream at no charge! Customer service was bad. They were talking to themselves in the driveway instead of attending customers. And I'm the drive window as well but what can you expect from kids. The food was awful aside waiting it was burnt and I received food poisoning. So if you'd like some of that feel free to go to this location instead of the south one which never gave me issues. read more

Always awesome! It's the break we take between home and Dallas. Nothing beats a Chick -Fil-a sandwich! But two other important things: Staffing - even opening my door was a pleasure! Abilene is one of those towns that makes it difficult to get a quick bite when you are in the middle of a road trip, because most restaurants aren't immediately off the I-20. I was thrilled to find out that this Chick-fil-a is actually not that far from the Interstate. I was able to get a quick chicken fix without losing much time! Drive-thru moved along quickly and the quality of the food was up to par with the yummy-ness I've come to expect from CFA. Looks like I found a new lunch spot on my roadtrips to DFW! read more

Okay I feel ridiculous that I'm writing a review for Chick-fil-A, but here we are. This is always our go-to stop in between Lubbock and Abilene if we're looking to stay close to the highway. The new Chick-fil-A app made it REALLY easy to order ahead of time and pick up our food, even though there was a lunch rush. Plus, the app lets you customize the order and pay, not having to mess with that junk when you show up. Every time we've stopped in, the staff is really kind, the place is clean, and the location makes it easy to get in, get out, get back on the road. Random menu suggestion: try the Chicken Noodle Soup. This ain't no thin and light Campbell's, this is delicious. It's awesome to get that, the "Super Food" side, and fruit if you want something healthier and different! Biggest downer is the women's bathroom at this location. For some reason, there's no soap dispenser, only hand sanitizer beside the sink + paper towels. I hope they install hand soap before the next time we roll through there! read more

The food is what you would expect from Chick-fil-a. Quick drive-thru lanes + clean tables + friendly staff and a great place to grab a bite with friends makes this Chick-fil-a great in my opinion. It's a rare occasion when I'm in Abiline, but here I am this morning getting geared up for a morning of in-office training/ education. It goes without saying that such early morning activities come with a complimentary catered breakfast. Having made a catering order with a different restaurant the day before I was in a complete state of panic when I learned only an hour ago that my order had been lost. Scraping for last second ideas I landed at this Chick-Fil-A location. As I approach the register (surely with a look of panic on my face) I was greeted with a warm welcome by Teresa. I explained my situation to her and without hesitation she went to the back to get me a "realistic" time for my order to be complete. Within minutes she helped me piece together an order for 20+ people, within 30min my order was complete, and I made it to my office appointment on-time! I can't say how much I appreciate Teresa's help and outstanding customer service this morning and I cannot give her enough kudos! The sauces that I requested eh they just threw in a handful of ketchups (I don't do ketchup) . Too bad I got the meal to go and didn't find out till I was 30 miles away on the interstate. I rarely frequent chic fil a , but figured they have their stuff together since they have a ton of employees standing around to pull a 4pc strip meal (got a small box little pieces of what looks like small nuggets, definitely not strips ) but unfortunately they couldn't handle that simple task . Worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to in my life! The restrooms were disgusting the toilet paper rolls were on the floor. I stood in line for 10 minutes with one person in front of me. My Togo order took 30 minutes when I finally asked if my food was almost ready one of the cashiers said "yes your foods been just sitting here." Food was cold! I stopped in here a few weeks ago while passing through Abilene and it was just okay. When we walked in..the place was empty, no line..just people that had already ordered waiting on their food. Destry, was prepping drinks and such and ignored us for a good 5 minutes. Never said "hi" or "be with you shortly" etc. We ordered shortly thereafter and waited on the side for our good. It took quite awhile! We were pretty annoyed because we thought it'd be a quick stop. When they called us and said our order was ready...we were missing our drinks, sauces we had requested and the kids meal! Ugh. We had to wait even longer to get that. The restaurant was clean and spacious and the food was delish as always...but come on people..speed it up a bit! They're right off the freeway and I'm sure no stranger to people in a hurry passing through, so they need to move a lot quicker to keep up. read more

The ladies room was a mess, the handicap toilet was out of order leaving only 1 working toilet. There was toilet paper all over the floor. Always crowded, always fast. Chicken sandwiches and the children nuggets are my favorites. I have never had a bad meal here. Used coupons from the Abilene Philharmonic and got free sandwiches. We have eaten at a lot of CFA across the country and we always find the same great food. What varies is the service. Being from Atlanta and close to the Mothership, we are used to great CFA experiences. This CFA in Abilene does it well. They were extremely busy when we visited, but handled it well.
