I ordered a Chicken club with green chile at the drive-up. The price for the tiny sandwich was $9.63 -tax included - what a rip off for such a tiny sandwich. The sandwich was much smaller than a single hamburger at one of the larger hamburger outlets at twice the cost. The bun was old and stale - when I got it home to put on the chile and eat the sandwich, the bun broke apart - it was stale and hard - add this to rip off list. The only thing decent about the sandwich was the side of green chile. I called in to voice my opinion and got the standard nothing comment of "I am sorry." Went through the drive thru on Monday feb 6th for breakfast and told the woman on speaker that I wanted TWO #5 sandwich with bacon, an egg scramble bowl and two drinks. I get to window and my total is very low for what I ordered so I asked lady to repeat my order and sure enough, the lady at speaker didn't get my TWO #5, she only got one. So we wait and get the two after the cashier talks to another lady in blue . We head straight for I-25 because we were on a three hour trip. We open the sandwich and guess what?? It was just the biscuit and bacon!!! How do you not add the EGG to the sandwiches that come with EGG on the menu?? We trashed them. Who wants to choke on a dry biscuit and strip of bacon? Had I been nearby, I would've turned around but we had a long way to go and so I had to stop in Bernalillo to get something else. Avoid this location at all costs. I frequent the Cottonwood location and have never had any issues there. Stay away unless you want to choke on a dry biscuit thats supposed to come with egg but really doesn't at this location! read more

I will say that their customer service is wonderful and awesome and polite, the location they are in is absolutely terrible and pretty much they are just a constant source of traffic jams angry drivers and fender benders. I don't understand the line because it's basically like in-out burger in California it's the absolute total best most wonderful mediocre food that you can possibly get. read more

Normally superb service and value so I would normally give this place 5 stars. If you ask for a large drink make sure to specify light ice. I was surprised my drink was gone so fast today so I opened the lid and found the ice was all the way up to within a quarter inch of the top. When they first opened, this location off Paseo was fantastic! But I guess they started hiring from a different gene pool...or the management there is really bad...or something....because of the last 5 times we've gone there they've screwed up our order 4 of those times. Most often the problem is that they don't give us all of the food that we've paid for. To add insult to injury, they're pretty rude when you call to discuss the problem. They will, however, "allow" you to drive yourself back over to pick up the part of the order they skipped, but they won't compensate you in any way for the huge inconvenience of getting BACK in your car and driving all the way back over there while the rest of your food gets cold. Terrible customer service, and the "manager" sounds like a spoiled teenager on the phone - it's hard to take her seriously. This Chik Fil A was super busy starting from when we arrived at 11:30am on a Thursday, but the line still moved fairly quickly and despite the business, the staff was still extremely friendly, fun and hospitable. It's a perfect night for waffle fries, chicken nuggets and a Kool creamy peach shake! When your in a hurry the drive thru speed is amazing. The parking is a different layout so once you secure a parking in their usually crowded lot you'll have fast service as well. I love getting a text from Chik-fil-A for a free mystery entree. If you text the code that's on the sign at their drive-thru they will text you coupons, free food and events. Today it was a free chicken biscuit. I also got bacon, egg and cheese biscuits and hash browns. The food is always yummy and fast. And the people that work there are so nice. read more

Oh Chick-fil-A.. I try to hate you and everything you stand for, but its hard when you are located so close to my house and your waffle fries are to die for. Whenever me (or my daughter who loves chick-fil-a) are in the mood for some homophobic chicken, this is where we go. Unfortunately, this place is always soooo crowded, even with the two drive-thru lanes to chose from. It is extremely rare that we ever eat inside, mostly because I'm hoping not to be seen supporting this establishment. I rarely even check-in on Yelp because I feel ashamed going here with my human rights bumper sticker on the back of my car. But, can someone ppplease find another place that has friendly staff, delicious chicken, yummy waffle fries??? Or even just a place that serves a juicy, delicious grilled chicken sandwich. Highly addictive fast food that does not give me indigestion. Chicken sandwiches are epic and simple. Both the spicy and original are great 5 star chicken sandwich. I usually get the combo and the waffle fries which always are kind of disappointing- 3 stars. They are fries and edible so I think 3 stars is fair. So I think 4 stars is a fair overall rating. When on the road this is my go to fast food chain. I am glad they got over their homo negative statement. Full disclosure: I collect fast food bags in my car. Drive thrus are common in my busy lifestyle. Rarely do I go to Chick-fil-a because of the long drive thru lines. However, I have changed my mentality with the last two experiences I've had. One time was around 9pm, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. The waffle fries never tasted so good. The original chicken sangwich tasted even better when I went during a lunch rush. They had two people taking orders to speed up the line, braving the cold and adding some good cheer. Their restaurant never gives sub-par drive thru service. To wrap this review, I'd like to give a shout out to the dancing cow that grooves on Paseo. Thanks for bringing a smile while I drive, and kudos for never flinching when I honk at you. read more

Love Chick Fila! The staff is always courteous and the restaurant is always so clean. It's one of the only restaurants I will let my kid play in the jungle gym bc I see it gets cleaned regularly. I would eat Chick-Fil-A on a weekly basis. I really have not had any issues before other than stuff missing in my order. But on this day I ordered my usual salad. I needed to grab something and fly back to work. When I get back I start eating the salad. I could feel something crunchy in my teeth. I start digging around and find sand in my lettuce. Digging around the salad to fee it all the lettuce had sand I find a long hair. Now there was no hope of salvaging this salad. I threw it away and went to work hungry. I emailed customer service about the experience and a week or so later the owner/GM of this location called me. He said they are making sure all the lettuce is washed now. Which I thought they would be doing in the first place. He apologized for my experience and hung up. I was not satisfied with his apology. He didn't offer to get me another salad. I have not went to any location since. A coworker brought me a salad one day and I could not eat it because it tasted like dirt to me I really did love Chick-Fil-A and they ruined it for me. read more

Service is the name of the game!! Not only is the food consistent and dern good, but the service puts this entire chain of restaurants over the top. I've been in CFA's from NY to CA and never had a bad experience. Every employee I've ever encountered is polite and well spoken. CFA simply demands an higher level of service from its employees and boy do they deliver!! The average employee can even make change without the computer telling them what to do!!!!! HAHA. We had forgotten to get napkins and the manager (assistant?), Bruce, overheard us and said that he would get the napkins. When he came back to the table, he noticed we didn't have straws either. I don't visit Chik-fil-A often but I was so disappointed in my recent visit here. I went through the drive thru, paid with cash and the employee wanted to argue with me when I pointed out that she hadn't given me my change. She tried to convince me that I had used my debit card and only when i showed her my receipt did she concede that she owed me money. The manager was very nice and helped her with my change. He even gave me a card for a free sandwich. I want to believe that this was a one time event but the thought of having to "plead my case" just to get dinner leaves a sour taste in my mouth. read more

I ordered the largest portion of chicken nuggets that they had and added one chicken strip. My daughter's nuggets tasted fine but they were so small. My chicken strip was only about 2 1/2 inches in length and I am pretty sure that it was RE-FRIED. It was soggy and even after taking a bite I used 4 napkins TRY to soak up the OIL. Nasty!!! So my fiancé and I dropped by at this Chick-fil-A at around 630, which is a very busy time for them. Nothing was out of the normal until we got home, we didn't decide to check if our food was right because usually Chick-fil-A gets it right every single time. Except this time we get home and our meal is completely wrong, along with their fries being absolutely horrendous. We did end up calling and letting them know and they were absolutely wonderful about reimbursing us. That's why this review gets four stars. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT SOME BS THAT HAPPENED TODAY. I received 7 chicken nuggets but I payed for a 12 piece meal. I payed 2 extra dollars just to receive almost 50% less of my order. Not to mention, they have been closed for 1 month to "remodel" and when I walked in today, all I saw change was the condiment station that moved 10 feet. Really disappointed that after 1 month to "remodel", the quality has deteriorated substantially. The American dream is dead. read more
