All my kids got a kids meal and they can decide whether they want a toy or ice cream. I love that they offer this option. Spent $50+ here, part of which was a Spicy Chicken Deluxe. My favorite sandwich and one I was looking forward to for hours. We get home, and lo and behold they gave me the wrong sandwich. Not the first time this has happened. Simple listening skills could prevent this. Perhaps it's on me for not painstakingly going through the entire two bags of food to verify my order was correct, but then they get upset about you "holding up the line". SMH. read more

I usually love CFA but this experience was pretty revolting. I addressed them about this, to let them know and to hopefully prevent them from ever letting this happen again, and I didn't really expect anything else out of that interaction, but I do feel like they could've at least offered an apologetic credit for a sandwich? Or fry? Lol. Not sure, I'm not a greedy impractical customer, I've dealt with those, but I feel like the simple, "We're really sorry" didn't do justice for how sick I felt on their behalf. A few hours later I came back to my hot car where all the ice had melted and when I went to drink the rest of the water I saw black flakes in my water? Upon actually taking a full look at my water, I found a DIRTY HUMAN FINGERNAIL TIP. First thinking it somehow was mine, I checked to see all my fingernails, intact (which I also showed to CFA when I spoke to them and gave them the cup) that water had indeed been given to me that way. After gagging for 10 mins, I felt sick for the rest of the day. Luckily no real illness or infection came of that. But it was a violating experience. I hate to leave this review but this really is the worst Chick Fil A I've been too. Im not sure what changed but this past month all of their food has tasted like it's expired, the fries have been bad, and the sauce does have some sort of taste issue. I thought maybe it was just ChickFilA had changed their fries so that's the reason but I went to a different location and it was completely fine. It really is just this specific location. I'm not sure if the fryer grease needs to be changed or something but if you have a choice don't go to this location. read more

The staff is always friendly and nice! Their food is delicious and fresh. I'm not the biggest fan of their waffle fries (they just don't do it for me) so I really love that I can substitute them for their new Mac N Cheese for an additional cost. I may have an obsession with their new Mac N Cheese! It's so good! Their Chic-Fil-A sauce is delicious and a new favorite of mine is their frosted lemonades! My only complaint would be that the drive-thru line is pretty much always busy and during the peak lunch and dinner rush; expect to have to wait. But...that's a good sign because it means their food is delicious! We need a Chic-Fil-A in Saratoga Springs and that will alleviate the crowds at the AF location. I have kids so of course we've been here. I think the chicken is fresh and I love the seasonal specials. The play area is so nice for active kids and motivation to get picky kids to eat. Curbside pick up at this chick-fil-a is a game changer during this quarantine! We needed something quick and I literally ordered from my phone as my husband pulled in the parking lot. He parked and I submitted our order 4 sandwiches and 2 fries for the family and within five minutes they had our order brought out to our car. SO much faster than the drive through and next to no personal contact to keep our family safe while still supporting restaurants! Pro Tip: if you haven't tried the honey roasted BBQ go and try it ASAP. I'm convinced there is no better sauce to put on a chicken sandwich. Chick-fil-A, need I say more?! They have the hands down best customer service ever. I never feel like I am a burden to them and they always serve with a smile. This location is very busy but maintains the lobby and restrooms and your food is out prompt and fresh. The female restroom has hand sanitizer and mouthwash, though they seem to always be out of cups and they have a changing table. It is well kept and more homey feeling rather than a public restroom. Play area is big and not as well kept as the rest of the store. It could use a deep cleaning. If you go during peak rush hours, expect a long line both Inside and drive-thru. They do get you moving fairly quick. Did you know, they have amazing Mac and Cheese? How about a delicious Frosted Lemonade? These two items are worth stopping by just for them. Of all fast food joints, Chick-fil-a has one of the fastest drive thru systems. The Orem location even expanded the drive through to two lanes which merges when you round the corner. For how quick they get people through, I'm always amazed at the efficiency and accuracy on the orders. I ordered a cobb salad and side of chicken nuggets with honey mustard. They did not give me my whole order, my bad, I should've looked, they told me to come back and get the rest of my order and to go inside, so I did, the kid at the said I needed a receipt, I said I didn't have a receipt. Unpopular opinion: I think Chick-fil-A is over-hyped. I don't love their chicken. HOWEVER, I had to give this location 5 stars because of their incredible service during the COVID-19 pandemic. My husband and I sat in an incredibly long drive thru line to get some waffle fries the other day. (Side note: their waffle fries are fantastic. I crave them all the time...especially dipped in their chick-fil-a sauce!!!) There were about 3 or 4 employees outside in the 90+ degree weather taking orders and organizing the flow of cars through the drive thru line. We probably only spent 10 minutes in line, even though there were at least 20 cars in front of us. We were so impressed by how well they perfected their system and by how hard their employees were working. Also, even though I don't like their chicken as much as the whole world seems to, I do love their waffle fries, chick-fil-a sauce, and lemonade. Chick-fil-A is already one of my favorite fast food places in existence. The quality of food blurs the line between fast food and full-service restaurants. This particular location has some of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever tasted from a Chick-fil-A. The staff is exceptionally courteous. The grounds and building are spotless. The playground is one of the bigger ones I've seen. It's Chick-fil-A the way I wish all locations were. My only caution is that it can get very busy on Fridays and Saturdays! We both got salads that we ordered through the app. They were typical good salads. The problem came with our in app purchase of coffee. Apparently this was not something they were prepared for because it took them over 30 minutes to make it, then they forgot the cream, then they didn't know if they had cream!
