Kind of pricey for what you get and cold chicken is never ok. I rather pay a couple more bucks and get a much better chicken sandwich at Hot Chicken. The place was pretty dirty and service was very slow. Very disappointed that they wouldn't let us use our reusable cups for the drinks. They held the same amount of soda as their cups and had a wide mouth opening. Last three experiences here have been awful, the drive thru attendants seem to not know how to do their jobs, and frequently get orders wrong. Had a very poor experience at this Chick-fil-A. They were in a clear need of management/training. It was fairly busy, but there was no organization in running orders. I ordered pickup and while I was waiting for my order for 15 minutes- witnessed several people approach the counter with missing items even after waiting so long. I was happy when I finally received my order as I had been looking forward to this meal for quite some time. When I got my order I too had missing items. I tried to have patience, but what sent me over the edge was that my burrito and hash browns we're not the usual warm and fresh Chick-fil-A delivers. For this location always being extremely busy they move you through the line. There has never been a time when I've come here and there hasn't been a giant line. My city loves their chick fil a. Everytime I've been here it's been fast, all our food is correct, and the staff is pleasant and nice. You used to be able to count on the cleanliness of the restaurant, The quality of the food, and the friendliness of the employees. Today when we went in about 3:30 PM, we were almost swallowed by Emma's giant Yawn at the cash register. WOW. I am so incredibly impressed with this Chick-fil-A! I had my order door dashed to me at work because I don't have time to run from my work to get it on my lunch break. When I got my order, I was so disappointed to see that I was missing a French fry. So I called them to see if there was anything they could do. Thinking that they would just say, "just come in when you can and mention that so-and -so said that we could get you a free medium fry." I was a little weary when, instead, they asked for my billing address so they could send me something in the mail. I was thinking they would probably just blow me off. A couple of days later, I received a hand written letter from them in the mail again, apologizing for the mishap and a small coupon. I was so impressed because they personalized the letter just enough to let me know that this wasn't some mass compensation thing they do for everyone. It showed that they really do care and that they want the best customer satisfaction possible. Chick-fil-A you are wonderful and this location is too! I was visiting friends in Utan and we came through for a quick snack via the drive-thru. Ordered quickly and the meals came in a reasonable amount of time, despite the fact it was lunchtime on a Saturday and there was quite a long line. We noticed behind us that staffers came out to take orders using mobile ordering devices. The flavor was totally consistent, and the staff was friendly and accurate!
