I waited 10 minutes and saw my order be placed in the window of the kitchen for the clerk who was joking around with people from the kitchen. He slid the order aside to continue joking with the people from the kitchen and then went into the kitchen. Five minutes later, he came out and called my name to give me the order. I came home to a cold Philly cheesesteak, and only four onion rings in my order of onion rings. My first time there and my last time.

With temperatures reaching near 100 degrees, I'd hoped the store would be a bit cooler, or at least have some kind of air circulation going. Only one of their multiple fans was circulating and even then I couldn't feel any breeze. I'd come back with a friend or family though. Next time I'll try a burger.

Okay, let me start by saying that I love Chick-Fil-A and the food is always great. My roommate and I went last week to this location and we found out they have gluten free items! My roommate is on a gluten free diet and it is hard to find any fast food places that have gluten free items. They told us that the grilled chicken had no gluten and they could make the fries gluten free. Today, we specifically went there because we wanted something quick and she knew they had items she could eat! We get to the window and she asked for the gluten free fries. The lady pauses and says..."ummm we don't do that." We told her that they had just done that for us last week so she goes to ask a manager. Then comes back and says... "yeah we can't do that here." So I chime in and ask why they can't. I thought maybe because it does take a little longer and they just didn't want to. We get to the window and I tell them I want an explanation as to why they can't because we were just here last week, AT THIS LOCATION, and they did it no problem. The guy goes and asks the manager, I can see them talking and the manager is completely clueless. I see him say "No we can't do that. Gluten is a flour product and we can't make it." Well someone doesn't know what is going on! All they had to do was cook the fries in a different oil to make it gluten free... that's it. I love Chick-Fil-A but I am really frustrated for my roommate since that is the only reason we went there in the first place. They need to make sure that all their staff is on the same page. read more

I don't understand any of the negative reviews on this location. I have been coming here for YEARS and never have I had a negative experience with them. They have remodeled their building in the recent years to accomodate more customers (because so many people come and love this place), and although they are usually slammed with customers, it's AMAZING how quickly they get people in and out of there. The staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile, they come and check on you at your tables (which is rare at any fast food place), and they always make up for any rare mistake that they have. They have a text message that you can subscribe to that sends out daily giveaways and discounts. I have never been to a fast food place better than this one, I wish there was a rating I could give higher than 5 stars! read more

This is perhaps the worst Chick-fil-A in the DFW metroplex. I moved over here a year ago and every time I come to this location either they mess up the order or issues with food. Just picked up 4 piece chicken tenders and they and fries are cold. Corporate needs to take a look at this location and talk with the franchise owner because this location is pathetic and not consistent and up to par that CF is known for. Chick-fil-a is the only fast food I will eat. This location is super easy to navigate from placing your order to receiving your order. Great idea to have the standing tables while you wait. Only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because I feel like their quality of chicken over the last year or two has really declined. read more
