This In-N-Out low-key slaps. Perfect for the Sunday family meals! Even with a packed house, multiple orders came out per minute. The service was quick and orders came considerably quick taking into account all those who were present. I mean, when we came in, they were counting orders in the 60's, and i was 87, and so I thought it would be a while. But orders came really fast and I got it in normal time! And they get many orders too, i went back to get a milkshake and they were already restarting the clock and I was 32?!? They are very efficient. And the atmosphere was great! I was really craving a burger when I visited the Dallas Fort Worth area, and this was the closest burger joint to my family's home. I always trust in In-N-Out's quality, so this was the obvious choice. The line was super long for drive through, so I decided to place my order inside. The service was surprisingly fast, but that's a life hack for you - always try to go inside when the drive-thru lane is backed up. The inside too was a bit crowded and therefore loud. But that's how you know it's a hype place to try! The highlight, as always, was their fresh-cut fries: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, just the way I remember them. I always get them with animal style sauce on the side, and this keeps me coming back for more. My protein style double double (lettuce bun with two patties and two cheese slices) was a bit soggy this time. I'm willing to chalk that up to the humidity from the storm as well as the rain on the drive home. I'm sure had I eaten in-store, the burger would have been even better. Though it wasn't my top experience for an In-N-Out fix, I still recommend giving them a chance and comparing it to other burger joints! We just went to the DFW area to visit family and to vacation simultaneously and were beyond excited to see that INO Burger had completely invaded TX. In-n-out has really grown on me, I was never really a fan, and the service has gotten better. I've had their burgers protein style, Flying Dutchman, the 4x4, and it's all been pretty good. Too salty for my taste a lot of times so I ask for no salt. The fries have so much room to come out better than they do, they're always a disappointment and never satisfying. This location is always busy so in turn it's always dirty. I like to get my food from the drive thru now only because when I go inside, there has not been a seat or table that wasn't filthy or the floors weren't sticky. While visiting family for the holidays I stopped in after shopping at the mall nearby. I ordered the Flying Dutchman. I was a little confused when they asked if I want onions. I thought it came with onions instead of bread. I was asked if i wanted sauce I said yes and cheese too. He did inform me that it's just two patties with onions. When I received my order I was disappointed it was two patties with cheese and a few string pieces of onions. If I had known this is what it would be I would have gotten wrapped in lettuce. All the years I've gone here I've enjoyed. Of course they're busy every weekend, so the line of cars outside is long. If you want to order to-go, I recommend you go in as it's the fastest way. I had not eaten an In-N-Out Burger before but my husband has been looking forward to taking our family there to experience their famous hamburgers. While visiting Arlington, Texas, from out of state, we finally had the opportunity. We go to the In-N-Out Burger at 1075 West Interstate 20, going 30 minutes out of our way in Dallas/Arlington traffic. It was packed. We decided to dine in and wait in line for a while, and finally get to the order counter. After placing our $26 order, we gave the staff lady a $50 bill. She looks at it and bluntly states, with no professionalism whatsoever, that they do not take "large bills" after 10pm. Confused, we asked why, and she looked annoyed that we asked and said with sarcasm that it was policy. She turns around to ask, who I am assumed is the manager, and he states that they do not take "large bills" after 10pm. You can image how frustrated and upset we are. First, this "policy" was not stated anywhere the public can see. We waited in line for awhile and we were looking at the photos on the walls while we waited and we did not see that anywhere. It was not on the door as well. Second, we drove out of our way in city traffic to experience these famous hamburgers only to be rudely rejected because we did not have small bills to pay for our meal. Third, the staff was unapologetic, annoyed, and showed no customer service to the situation. They just dismissed us to go on to the next customer. This is a very negative reflection of the Quality Customer Service In-N-Out Burger proudly states on its website. I know our measly $26 is a drop in the big bucket of profits made daily there, but you can ensure we will let our family, friends and community know how rude we were treated and recommend NOT to eat there. Coincidentally, Whataburger happily accepted our $50 bill, and we had a wonderful meal anyway. Order the Hamburger "Animal Style" and it comes with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup/mayo spread. Talk about YUM-O! The fresh cut fries were a "cut above"! . In N out is usually pretty ok. Today this location by the parks mall in Arlington really pissed me off. My biggest pet peeve, is to have the food I paid for messed up and not edible. Seems like there was a lot of playing and goofing off by the cooks around 1230ish and to solidify my observation of the goofing off. The buns on both burgers were charred to the point that they were hard as rocks and could not be eaten. I was too far and had to get back to work, and could not turn around and go get my money back. I know for a fact the person who made those burgers saw the burnt buns but still decided to serve them like that and that is ridiculous! I'm going to go out on a limb and say all In-N-Out locations are the same. Delicious fresh food at a reasonable price. I have never had a bad meal at In-N-Out. A late lunch at about 2 pm, this place was slammed. The young staff was in overdrive and never missed a beat. The line in the drive through was so long it was almost blocking traffic. From our booth, we could see the guy slicing potatoes for the fries. He never stopped the whole time we were there. We waited about 5 minutes for our food, which is perfectly acceptable. Never had in n out until my job catered them. I heard about them so wanted to check it out. It was one of the nastiest burgers I ever had. Then I watched a documentary of a burger chef who praised in n out and was like how could you? But then he explained how they cook and it made sense why it's nasty. Who uses salad dressing for a spread? And thousand island at that. Yuck. And they cook the patty in mustard. Cmon man. Even the soda is nasty. I'm a big fan of In-N-Out Burger they have fresh made to order burgers. The double double is great not a real big burger that is why I do double meat. I get grilled onions on mine very good. The special sauce that comes on the burgers is similar to McDonalds or Thousand Island. The fries are good not the best fries that still goes to McDonald's. But the fries are good fresh cut. In-N-Out is just burgers no chicken, fish, or nuggets a very simple menu. Cannot beat the price of the combo meal. But the same price without combo meal. The service at this location and all that I have been to is very good and friendly. The employee's seem to want to work here and wait on you. Not like at other fast food places the service is bad. I mean..... is good but i would not go out of my way to eat at in and out in general. I just dont get the whole concept of animal style and such. I honestly been less than 4 times EVER! to this chain restaurant. I know they make their fries fresh and not process but honestly i cant enjoy them with my burger because they get cold and non appetizing the longer they sit out. I tried the fries animal style and did not like them. The cheese does not stay melted long enough to enjoy because it eventually fuses into a big bulky mess. Now the burger was good. I never had the burger in a lettuce wrap but i tried it for the first time and it was pretty good. I like how they have this option for people who might have gluten allergies or cuting out carbs from their food.
