We went to this Panera. Ordered a garden and avocado sandwich. They were out of tomatoes and avocados. A place that sells sandwiches and salads is out of 2 ingredients. Another sandwich was also ordered which we didn't receive. But there was no charge for it. She charged for another Asiago bagel which we didn't order and didn't receive it but which we paid for. So when I called I initially received the opportunity to come back and gat a different sandwich which doesn't have avocado or tomato. That is exactly what I want. I want the opportunity to go back to a restaurant which I just left because I got their order wrong. That is not exactly making things right in my opinion. Then I got the opportunity to have the asiago bagel taken off of my card. Once again I would have to go there to have it taken off my card. So driving an additional round-trip trip to get an asiago bagel taken off for their error. Then finally I was offered a free you pick two on my rewards. It seemed the only reasonable suggestion so that is what I went with. However, I will not be going back to this Panera. In essence we paid over $29 for two coffees and two danishes and a sandwich that was completely wrong, which will not be eaten. The $29 also includes the charge for the Asiago bagel which we didn't order and didn't receive. My husband told them yo go to the grocery store on the same parking lot for tomato's and avocados and they said they couldn't. read more

With names and phone numbers of witnesses, They stated an investigation would be preformed but there wasn't, no witness called nothing. But the employee she was screaming at and cursing at, got told by District manager that she was immature and if this happened again she'd be fired YES SHE SAID THAT!! And guess what Assistant Gm throws another fit and refused for over an hour to do shift change and they knew another call would be made they fired the victim!! The Gm. If the store is constantly late for shifts, and she can use her PTO but tells others they have to put theirs in 3 mths in advance. She doesn't approve it or deny it schedules the employees to work and then they have to wait to get paid because they have to contact HR of her negligence then wait for them to look into it to get paid, NOBODY there knows how to order product thats why they are always out and calling around to try and find it. District manager does nothing about it, and its everyone else's fault. By the way their bake goods are sent in frozen left out all night to thaw,thats why their sandwiches and baked goods taste and are different. Also If employees aren't friendly its probably because they are being belittled and Berated for managements lazy mistakes! I'm warning you all to protect you, from this Abuse!! They transferred their BEST GM A COUPLE YEARS AGO, BIGGEST MISTAKE, ARNOLD HAS GONE WAY DOWN HILL SINCE.
