This is a solid Chick-fil-A. Usually we get the Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal. It is always good. Today I tried something new and different! Spicy Chicken Salad! Chili lime Pepita nuts...what? Yummy! The suggested dressing is Creamy Salsa. Get the Avocado Lime Ranch. Trust me. So good! One thing that is difficult to navigate is the condiment/straw, etc area. It's in the line. I saw at least one team leader or manager working and visible, which is a big deal for me. Most chick fil a locations with problems don't have a visible manager. No problems with the food. My complaints were that the tables were dirty. They could use a floor manager greeting customers and cleaning tables. Someone did clean up the tables once, but only once in the hour that we were there and no one greeted us at our tables. Honestly, this Chik-Fil-A has the smallest ice cream cones. They are smaller than the small used to be even though you pay more than you used to pay for the regular. Honestly, you may get an ounce of ice cream if you are lucky. I'm not even sure how they are keeping with franchise standards and protocols. This is also the only chikfila where repeatedly I've had them miss part of my order and the chicken has been rubbery on more than one occasion. This may be one of the only bad reviews I have written. While the food is consistent with any other location and the staff is nice be prepared to wait!!! I stood at pick up for 4-5 minutes before I was acknowledged. And then waited another 3 minutes before someone got back with me about my food then another 2-3 before I got my food. Drive through is horrible as well, one of the slowest I have been too! Their drive thru experience has been very efficient until today. I waited in the long line of cars and watched while the drive thru attendants went around to literally every car except mine. By the time I got to the window I was so livid I flipped them the bird and drove off. 25 minutes of my life I won't get back. I have been a long time customer until today. Sad thing is it probably won't matter a single bit to this multi million dollar franchise that can afford to close every Sunday. Yes people make mistakes and I get that times are busy, but when a business fails to even acknowledge a customer then all it says to me is they no longer want or care for that customers business, which is a shame. Was my action childish and unnecessary? Sure. But they may as well have done the same to me with their lack of service. It's embarrassing to get to the window and they ask you the name on your order when you haven't even placed it. This is one of the best CFA's around! If you're looking for a place to sit back and relax while the kids run around the playground then this is where you want to be. All of the dinning room is clean. The food is always good and up to par for Chick Fil A. I only give 3 stars for service, however. I order theough the app and curb side pickup. Almost every time I order there is something missing from my bag. I called the manager once, and he graciously gave me a free entree', but I don't want to call every time, and we eat there at least 1x/week. If you order the grilled nuggets, better bring your own fork. If you need sauces, better check that all of them are in the bag. read more

How can anyone not like this place? They have the best fried chicken sandwiches pretty much in the history of ever. Yeah, the grilled ones are not so great, but that's not their speciality. You should only be eating here like once a month, anyway. You can afford the extra 150 calories for the good one. Spend another 10 minutes on the elliptical or eat salad for dinner if it's that big of a deal to you. For a bonus, eat inside -- you can laugh at the cheesy Christian music. Where else can you get awesome fried chicken sandwiches AND cheesy Christian music? Nowhere, just right here. For a double bonus, the girls say, "How can I serve you?" and finish with "My pleasure." It's completely fake and robotic, but that's part of the charm. On Monday 1/17/2022 I was ordering three meals two chicken nugget meals and a chicken tender meal. When I first got my meal I got a hamburger with large fries. Went back around again to get the right meal. I got the right meal this time but missing fries. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, french fries, and eight Count chicken nuggets. I got one spicy chicken sandwich and instead of my chicken nuggets I got the tenders, the three piece tenders. The tenders were undercooked, the employee that delivered my food to me via curbside didn't smile. Food is standard Chick-Fil-A. In case you've been living under a rock, C-F-A is fast food chicken that is *shocker* real chicken. No doubt, Chick-Fil-A is the king of fast food quality. As an added bonus, these chains are always spotlessly clean with an extremely friendly staff. In particular, this location is consistently the best CFA I've ever gone to. I get better service here than at most sit down restaurants. Go during lunch and you're likely to run into Marsha, the nicest, friendliest restaurant employee I have ever met, and the rest of the staff rounds out the always pleasant experience. I was at this chic Fila about a month ago with my family and I keep thinking about how I need to write a great review because the service at this particular chic Fila is outstanding!! First of all, I walked in and there was no line!! And this was right at lunch time. I was greeted at the register with a friendly smile and received courteous customer service. We also got our food right away, as it was delivered straight to our table. Not only were we treated with respect by the regular employees, but the manager himself came over and did something really extraordinary for me and my family! However, the nature of this one is that when I attempted to eat at this location appx. 2 weeks ago, they were CLOSED at 3PM on a WEEKDAY (their posted business hours state they are open until 10PM). It had snowed a couple inches that day and they placed a sign on the door claiming the weather to be the reason they were closed.... Um, HELLO, welcome to Colorado! EVERY single surrounding business was open as usual during that time. These employees just decided to be lazy and look for any excuse to go home early that particular day. The Panda Express across the street got my business that day. It is UNACCEPTABLE for a business such as this to completely close down because of a few inches of snow in Colorado. Period. **UPDATE** This location was closed yet again on Tuesday, 2/2/16. The roads at the time were clear and the parking lot was plowed. Once again, every single business in that shopping complex was open except this one. Once again, Panda Express got my money. I presume the franchise owner is unaware that this is going on behind their back, because a responsible business owner would not allow their managers to sabotage their budget like this. I confirmed my order twice and it still ended up wrong :( I went through the drive thru and wanted a southwest salad with grill spicy chicken, ranch, unsweetened tea and extra tortilla strips.
