Drive thru is consistently awful. This is the closest Chick-fil-A to our home and we have used the drive thru to quickly get a meal for the family on busy days. Every single time we are missing items. How hard is it to count? We always have to figure something else out when we get home. When you call, they always suggest that you drive back to get the item or put your name in the book. That means you have to go into the store to get the order. With two small children, I use the drive-thru for a reason and we don't eat there often. It is truly a treat. Today, we ordered extra nuggets and were shorted an entire order. I tried to call and had to leave a voicemail. Doubt I will get a call back. I would rather donate my money some where else than pay for food not received. Beware, you may have to yank everything out of the bag at the window to ensure you get what you paid for! read more

I politely asked the owner, Scott Amole, why military discounts were not offered and he told me, a disabled veteran, that he did not wish to encourage a sense of entitlement to that discount and that he appreciated the military.I gave him a quizzical look and asked if was due to profit and loss margins and he said it was not about the money. He told me only police officers in uniform received that discount because of how the police presence provided safety for customers and staff. Just went to pick up dinner at this location and they had closed due to snow. I read another reviewer that had the same experience in December! Unbelievable! You cannot own a restaurant in COLORADO and close every time there is some snow on the ground. I saw 3 other cars drive away. I guess they don't need or want the business THAT bad. I usually come here once a month or so and they cannot seem to ever get my order right. I writing in regards to the drive through. The #1 is my menu choice with fruit cup and a regular lemonade, easy ice. It never fails that I will end up with sugar free lemonade, a grilled sandwich or the waffle fries. I am not sure if someone is actually reading the monitor or they just don't care. This last time I received 1 out of the 3 correct. I received a grilled sandwich and a sugar free lemonade. I am one to call the store to advise of the error or simply park and walk in. No one should be ok with what they get if it is not what you paid for. You paid for a service, you expect it. I am now on my third comp from this store and it should serve as a hint when the manager on duty says "AGAIN!?!?!" then regaining his composure. If there is one thing that I can say for Chick-fil-A is that they train their employees in hospitality. The use of the phrase "my pleasure" extends well beyond a your welcome. It gives the sense of service and gratitude in that service. That, for me, speaks measures. We ordered and I asked for two dressing packets. The new cashier at the register charged us for two salads, but since we had a large order, I didn't catch it. When the manager brought us our food, I was surprised to see two salads. He said we had ordered two, but when I told him I had asked for two dressings, not salads, he refunded the salad and then told us to just keep the extra salad. What customer service. VERY IMPRESSED A mistake was made on my drive through order and I didn't realize it until I got to the meeting where I was bringing lunch. I knew I couldn't get back in time if I drove back-- I called them and the manager rushed it over to my meeting himself! This chick-fil-a brings in the weird ones. The lady at the counter was a great help and very delightful. Our basic chicken sandwich had a wheat bun on it and then the one that we got that was the right sandwich had been sitting in the warmer for a while as the bread was slightly soggy and sorts. The fries that my boyfriend had but I had a few bites were pretty decent for chick-fil-a fries. Overall this location is just ok. Better luck next time :) read more

I am a fan of Chick-fil-A's all over. In part, because I can expect the same service and quality of food at every one I go to. That rings true with this location as well. It can be pretty busy at times, but always worth the wait. Anything you order will be prepared nicely and to your liking I can assure you. A little known fact, employees are trained to say "my pleasure" after you say "thank you". Sometimes I will say "thank you" half a dozen times to see if I can catch them slipping! HAHA read more

Totally crap service. The cashier at the drive through was busy talking to her coworkers while I sat confused in my car waiting for her to serve me. I didn't get my sauce or my well-done fries. After receiving half of my food she went right back to talking to her coworkers like I didn't exist. Your food isn't good enough to have such bad customer service. Food was ok today but the restaurant was in need a very good cleaning!!! Maybe the dirtiest I have ever seen a Chick-fil-A. The play are was super nasty!!! Food and junk on the floors and it looked like someone tried to clean the windows with grease!! Wouldn't let my little one play in there even though that's the only reason we came here today. I am not much of a fast food eater.. and I had never been to a chick-fil-a before. Not only was the restaurant and bathrooms very clean but the food was really good for something on the fly. The reason I am writing a review was because the service was TOP NOTCH! I wish I could remember the guys name but I had told him aI had never ordered before and he recommended a few options. I wasn't sure if I wanted to try the chicken strips or the small bites of chicken; I decided on one and the guy behind the counter actually brought out a few of the other choice for me to try. I love Chick-fil-A because you can expect the same service and quality at all locations and that is usually the case. I went through drive through at this specific location, and I ordered 4 meals. I received great service, but the quality was not so great. When I got home, I realized that all four boxes of fries were only half full, and they had covered that up by stuffing the bag full of napkins. The drinks were filled to the top with ice ( I wasn't able to put my straw through), leaving barely any room for the actual drink. I don't understand why this happened, but I don't think I will go to this particular location again because I do not want to pay the same for less. read more

This particular Chick-Fil-A is great because of the customer service, we went there for lunch and as we were eating the manager Peter came up to us and asked if we needed anything and if he could get us a refill on our drinks. I saw him always covering the floor and out in the open where all the customers could see him and he was always asking to take their trash for them or refill their drinks. This is not a good example of the Chick Fil a experience. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a young lady at the counter who then walked away. A second young lady stepped up to serve me. This is the closest location to my house. With that being said, there aren't many locations to choose from, and this one is always busy. I have no idea who designed the parking lot/drive thru area, but it is ridiculous. Cars in in the drive thru line blocking parked cars, people trying to cut in the drive thru line. The whole situation is incredibly frustrating. Especially if you drive a large vehicle (like a new suburban) and get blocked in your parking spot. UGH Anyway. The service is pretty standard. My order is usually correct. Sometimes they can be a little stingy with the Chick-fil-A sauce. I got a crunchy 'thing' in my box and they counted it as a chicken nugget. I wasn't too happy about that. I ordered the waffle fries, and it looked like they spilled them in the bottom of the bag and then refilled the container. So I ended up with an enormous amount of fries which is the reason I gave three stars. While parking and navigating the drive thru is awful, the service is good and the food is ok. read more

I love this Chick-Fil-A. I come here often, and frankly it's because of the chicken nuggets and waffle fries. It's so unique! The staff is very friendly, and even though there are usually a lot of kids running around on a typical busy day, people can still manage to enjoy their food and have a great experience. I love the cow that comes on Saturdays and gives you hugs and waves at the other children. It's so cute! All I know is, I will keep coming back for more. read more

After a long drive home from the mountains, my husband and I were so looking forward to a chick-fil-a dinner. Seeing as it is a Tuesday at 6 pm, that didn't seem like an issue, HOWEVER when we pulled up the place was dark and clearly closed. The tiny sign on the door claimed that due to 'inclement weather' and the 'safety of employees' they needed to close at 2 pm. I'm sorry, but there are about 2 inches of snow in the parking lot and all main roads are completely clear. If we could drive home with zero issues from summit county, you can probably keep your normal business hours until 10 pm. read more

The food here was ok, but could have been better. I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich, but got a grilled chicken sandwich (NO bacon whatsoever). I didn't realize what was missing until I had eaten most of it so there was no evidence that they didn't put it on. I didn't have time to argue. The chicken was rubbery and chewy. That was the food. The restaurant was not very clean, even though it was 10:30 in the morning. While I realize they use oil to fry everything, I didn't think that should include the floors in the dining area. Even though the floor was totally dry, I couldn't keep my feet from sliding out away from me, even in the restroom. There was even a trail of greasy footprints on the sidewalk outside. I have worked in fast food places before, and there is stuff you use to clean tile floors without making them slippery. Also, you cannot use the same equipment and mop water to mop the back area and then clean lobby or dining areas!! It is a little disappointing that Chick-fil-A was my last hope for a decent dining experience. It seems they have now gone the way of all the other greasy dives. read more

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food is excellent freshly made. The staff are extremely nice. We usually order a number 4 spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and make a request to change to a spicy grilled deluxe sandwich. I prefer the grilled sandwich so much more. We go a few times a week and we always run into Marsha, one of the employees there. She is the reason we like going here, she is the nicest, friendliest and most personable employee we have ever met. Marsha, Ken, Victoria and the rest of the staff make this franchise location the best in Denver. read more

This is suppose to be "fast food" right? I've been here for 30 minutes and still haven't gotten my food. Now that would be fine with me if this was a nice environment to be in but it's not. All of the employees are over the top stressed bumbling nasty things under their breath while their manager is yelling at them to "stop doing things with out her permission". I come to this chick fil a all the time being that I work right here and live Across the street but maybe I'll start commuting to a different one if this is how it's going to be.
