I had the 12 piece combo with lemonade. I think their lemonade is amazing and underrated. Everyone should try it at least once. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was fun and happy. Always consistent. This location has great customer service. There is always someone asking if anything is needed. The interior is clean and standard of most Chick-Fil-A locations, but it doesn't have a children's play area. I ordered the Chick-Fil-A meal along with a kid's meal (5 pc nuggets). I always know what to expect, which is why I am not disappointed. The kids' meals are great as they offer so many healthier options (fruit cup, apple sauce). So frustrating ordering from here. They entirely messed up my uber eats order. Missing the sandwich and gave the wrong type and size of nuggets. The receipt on the bag showed my correct order but it was clearly packed with all the wrong stuff. When I called they said they won't do anything because I ordered on Uber. Uber only refunded $2 because of the missing sandwich. I still had to pay for the rest of the incorrect food plus my drivers tip because of the stores mistake. Poor customer service. read more

We needed a quick meal for my granddaughter and this was on our way home. My daughter placed our order online and we picked it up via the drive thru. I will admit the long lines are intimidating but it moved quickly. When we got to the window they had to ask us to park to wait while they made the kale krunch salads fresh. It only took a couple of minutes. Everything was freshly cooked and as expected. The granddaughter was delighted with her nuggets. I am not partial to giving 5 stars very often, less so for chain restaurants, but this one earned it with their efficiency. Now a-days people sleep on good service but it is still appreciated. They had a line out the door and the drive through was almost to highway but they got us all in and served at break neck speed. Spicy chicken deluxe you have my heart! Sometimes I get a side of the chicken strips as well. I don't like the full meal because I would rather save the calories on the juicy and never disappointing chicken strips. They are so good you don't even need ranch or Chick-fil-A sauce to dip them in. Such a quality business with the highest level of customer care. It's almost unbelievable that I fast food restaurant can make a tidy presentation with the napkin tucked under the sauces on the tray and be so polite in their delivery. The spicy chicken sandwich has the perfect touch of spice. Some might find it a little bit on the hot side but for me it is perfect. My kids love the chicken nuggets and the lemonade and every time we go they absolutely love the handspun milkshake. You have to try... Unbelievable and another great product. There is actually too much demand and the line for the drive-thru wraps around the corner even with two lanes. This store 's service is so bad. This is the 3rd time they've messed up our order. We picked up last night, and my son's kids meal wasn't included! Found that out after we were home and had to drive back to get his food. Another time I didn't get the dressing I asked for. I wanted avocado lime ranch but was given apple cider vinaigrette. This was a chikfila delivery for lunch. Another time I didnt n receive fries w our order, this was a delivery. I know this sounds petty, just fries or dressing but it's a big deal when it's your lunch or dinner. I love chikfila but your service needs a lot of work. read more

Disclaimer: 3 stars for a good/above average fast food location is my norm. So this Chik-fil-a is just fine. They consistently provide a solid product with a somewhat frightening degree of accuracy and efficiency. The Stepford Wives-esque staff is picture perfect and robotically processes each order. The chicken is good, the fries are good, the drinks are full, they give napkins and straws, and they always say thank you. read more

I really try to shy away from fast food places and thought Chick Fi Lay would be an exception. After placing my order through the drive thru the young man repeated it back to me by reading from his handheld device. Perfect. I drive up to the window where they have about five people sacking and handing out orders. They hand me a drink and two large bags. I head home and we go thru the bags and we are short a Chick Fi Lay sandwich. Additionally there is no receipt in the bag. I make another 10 mile round trip back to Chick Fi Lay to have them make it right. They make it right after I answered a couple of questions like do I have a receipt,, etc making me feel like I had done something wrong. Food is okay but I have to lump them in with all the other fast food joints and lower my expectations accordingly. Come on guys you have to do better. read more

We are frequent diners at Chick-fil-A mostly drive through but today to our pleasant surprise we were able to dine in and it was great fast, clean pleasant employees at the counter. We ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich with lettuce cheese and tomato and a Cobb salad. The salad was great loaded with bacon chicken eggs and cheese. All fresh and tasty it's a good as a much more expensive salad we get at upscale restaurants. The sandwich was good it came with fried potatoes and a drink. It's always busy here but the are fast and have a great system. A great place to eat for sure. read more

This location is always booming with business, so I've started using the app for curbside delivery to cut down the wait time. The staff is always courteous and almost always quick with deliveries. I only had an issue one time when all the numbered slots were taken, so I did as instructed and put my hazards on. They were super busy, but I still hadn't gotten mybfood after 15 minutes. I had to go inside to get it, but the did replace my fries so they were hot and crispy. Luckily, it hasn't happened again. read more

Came tonight to redeem some rewards my mother sent me. Unfortunately nothing was redeemed and everything seemed to be lost. I went ahead and came up to the drive thru and spoke with Charles the manager on duty and told him about my situation. Kind gentleman who helped me immediately without hesitation. I do appreciate his gestures and I went ahead and showed him the problem I was encountering and to surprise he was also confused on why my items were disappearing. Chick-fil-A is always one of my favorites... Unfortunately this location is very difficult to get in and out of because the line is always wrapping around the corner and blocking the entrance. MANY times we've gone, and though the line appears foreboding: this Chick-fil-A has the "system" down to a tee, and they adjust accordingly! Most recent experience: Playing "Mom's taxi," short on time (hence, no pics). From pulling in, I have 22 minutes to get my kid food, pick him up from one practice (3 mins away) - he eats in transit- and deliver him to another practice (10 mins with rush-hour traffic). The double line is dauntingly LONG. I got in the line because I had "faith" in their ability to be swift and a decent fast-food choice when on-the-run ("punny," given political/religious press, lol). Service: consistently super friendly and swift. Food: consistently good. Though we've become "connoisseurs" of fries (our homemade air-fried fries are the BEST), we have yet to be able to mimick Chick-fil-A's waffle fries! 1/2 star reduction: Lemonade was warm, yet there's ice in the cup (???). Must mix it up to cool it. Not enough to subtract a full star, but Yes, notable on 2 recent visits. If you haven't tried their condiments: - Chick-fil-A sauce is kinda similar to Salt Lick's (for locals)/Carolina BBQ (for yokels) - with mustard. - Creamy Salsa dressing is quite tasty on sandwiches/for nuggets! After our Chick-Fil-A closed down for renovations on Slaughter Lane.......we decided to drive all the way here to this location cause our son loves this franchise restaurant with the built in park. It's like a one stop shop for our son. Food, toy and playtime. With that being said this location is on one of the busiest corners in Austin. So at lunchtime it's not bad but during rush hour......forget it. A positive, this location has lots of parking so for the first time I drove up to a Chick-Fil-A and drove right into a parking spot. I was also impressed with the quality of the food at this location. Came fresh and fast. As well, the hardcover BOOK/TOY that came along with the kids meal was definitely impressive and was of high quality. It was the best toy that came along with any kids meal that I've ever seen. Educational and won't break after one use. Nice choice. On the flip side, this restaurant is a little rundown for being a fairly new location. Rips in the seating and if you take a look dings all around. As well, the indoor park is more meant for older kids because it is pretty high up. So my 3.5 year old got scared when he was up at the top and wanted to come down. On my visit, was pretty dirty with food on the floor. The managers and team there were pretty friendly too. read more
