Wow, this location beats them all, and I've been to a lot of P.Terry's, from the customer service from the inside to outside service through the drive-through Q- he has such a great personality and customer service, and always makes sure to double check the order and is very attentive to other customers, all while still being so busy! I had no idea they stay open so late. Just arrived back in Austin, and I was starving after 4 hours on a plane with just Cheetos for sustenance. Found P Terry and was not disappointed. I am not a fast food person, but this hamburger, fries and chocolate milkshake tasted like a gourmet meal! Hot, hot fries, perfectly cooked- not dry hamburger, and fresh bun. Ordered from here and they forgot more than half my order--literally left out my fries, sauce, and shake. I honestly don't understand how you can miss the fries on a order when pretty much every single person gets them. Super frustrating and a complete waste of money. Being charged for stuff they don't even give you is supper annoying. After so many years I don't understand how this happens so often, they should have orders down by now and if not maybe just have someone check off each receipt with a sharpie to make sure these things don't happen. Good meal for a great price. My wife and I ordered the #2 combo...cheeseburger, fries and a drink. The cheeseburger was cooked right. The hamburger patty wasn't overcooked or undercooked...it was just right and juicy. The lettuce, tomato's and pickles were very fresh. The cheese was melted and the hamburger bun was soft and fresh. The fries were hot and crispy on outside and soft on the inside and seasoned perfectly. The soft drink was a typical fountain drink. The meal was delicious and the price is hard to beat nowadays...very reasonable. The employees are all very welcoming, joyful and polite. Everyone made me/us feel very welcomed and happy, thankful for our business. They seemed like they loved their job and their customers. Very refreshing and pleasant experience. The restaurant was very clean as well as the restroom. The atmosphere is very pleasant and family oriented. This location is one of the few P. Terry's Burger Stands that you can actually go inside, order and set down at a table and enjoy a delicious cheeseburger and fries or whatever type of meal you choose for a great price. I absolutely love Pterrys--let me just start with that. I am a big fan and have it pretty regularly. Great value for tasty food. But, frankly, this location SUCKS. I can't even count how many times they have messed up our orders at this point. Every freakin' time man. Either they forget a sauce (paid for!) or they forget an entire burger. It just feels ridiculous how frequently they mess up. We pull over and check our order and usually have to go back. Today they forgot my husband's burger and we had to go back to get it--it was dinner on our way home from the airport and our toddler was exhausted, losing it in the car, as we waited almost another 10 minutes for the burger. This is my first time eating at a P Terry's and wow did it suck. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with no lettuce and all I got on the burger was lettuce. They didn't give me the drink that that my combo came with and the chicken nugget bites looked worse than the ones that you frozen at the grocery store. The drive through staff was unfriendly and rude it was apparent that they couldn't care less about customer service. The food itself was bland and boring. Truly a disappointing experience. I ordered a cheeseburger fries and a large double chocolate shake. Service at the front counter was excellent. I had a couple things special done for my burger and they got almost all of it right. They forgot the tomatoes, but as soon as I asked for extras, they had them in my hand within about 30 seconds. This is the slowest PTerry's I've ever been to. It took twenty minutes to get my one burger and they made it wrong. Then it took another twenty minutes for them to make it wrong again. I went through the drive thru yesterday evening and was taken aback by how rude the person taking my order was. He repeated what I ordered, and I asked to confirm one of the burgers didn't have lettuce and tomato. He had said "double cheeseburger as is...", which to me could mean dry or as it comes in the menu (which is lettuce and tomato). He said in an unkind voice, "THAT'S WHAT I SAID." Wow, OK.
