I personally know owners/operators of three Chick Fil-A restaurants in this area and have dined at each. In my naïveté, I thought they would all be held to this standard. They and the Cathy family would be aghast at the service and food we were served at this location. My granddaughter wanted Chick Fil A for lunch, so we went to this location on our way to another event. My granddaughter ordered the 5 piece Chicken Nuggets, apple sauce, waffle fries and a juice box. Hard to mess this up so nothing noteworthy here. My wife ordered the Market salad with grilled chicken. I noticed her moving the lettuce but not eating it. She said the chicken was alright as were the strawberries. The salad looked like it was dug out of a dirty hole. Hardly appetizing and certainly old (see photos and receipt) I told my wife if my owner operator friends (A, B and C) saw this, they'd be upset. I encouraged her to let them know. She went to the counter and the three ladies there told her this salad was MADE TODAY! What?! They said because she ate the chicken and strawberries they could only give her a side salad with lettuce, which was fair. The manager never came out to settle this but told the ladies to take care of it. Must have been SOOO busy. so they offered my wife a side salad which looked just as old. She finally chose a side salad that was the least rusty. IF they made the salads today, wouldn't you think, I can't serve what I wouldn't eat myself? Uhhh, na. It dawned on me they likely don't sell a lot of salads at this location so they sit either in the bag or in the salad container. I submit, stick to what you do best and take the nasty salads off the menu here. Shame is, we love their salads.... Just not here. One and done for me. read more

I ordered a frozen lemonade shake. About halfway down I see a blackish-brown spot. I pour out the drink and there were brownish-black spots throughout and at the bottom of the cup, likely mold in the ice cream machine. Stay away! read more

The food is fine. The service isn't as good as the stand alone spots. The problem is I really wanted a peach milkshake and was unable to order one 20 minutes before closing. The young lady at the register did not say it was broken, she truthfully said it was off. Look, I've never worked at a fast food place so I can't speak from experience but some places will make the shake one minute before closing and others shut down an hour before. It seems like cutting corners. I get it in a super slow area- however this is a popular spot in a busy mall food court. This location just had a complete remodel. I love the new layout. The service was efficient and like always, the service was great. There was a young man helping pass out all the orders. Every worker had a smile and greeted us and took our order. Our chicken was delicious and our fries were hot. Everyone in my party tried the new tea lemonade and we all loved it. Got Door Dash again. Waffle fries, chicken sandwich, iced tea. They were all good. I wouldn't say great, but pretty good for fast food. Would have been better hot, but that is not their fault. I just want to make one little point. Fast-food purveyors, delivery happens. Please do not change the "preferences" tab (on Door Dash in this case) so the orderer can't type in the box. OR (and this may be the more practical option) put condiments on the menu, so we can choose them if we need them. For example, I'm ordering from home. I have ketchup for fries. But I am out of mayo for the chicken sandwich. I wanted to type it in as a preference, but the box is blocked. I looked for it on the menu. Nothing. So I was doomed to a dry sandwich, which wasn't horrible, but it was disappointing. Please, just put them on the menu as options: ketchup, mustard, mayo, plastic utensils, napkin, maybe lettuce and tomato, if they're relevant. The customer service here is outstanding, however it's something about this chick-fil-A in the mall that does not make any one feel well after eating at this particular one. Customer service and management at the Harvard location is terrible. They do not know how to resolve issues well. Definitely do not purchase any gift cards from them. They claim issues related to the cards (ie activation problems, etc) are corporate problems. They get 3 stars because I like their chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and ice cream cones. I do have to say that I'm not a fan of this location, however. I only go because I'm frequently at Beachwood mall. Today, I ordered grilled nuggets among other items, and they gave me regular nuggets. This is the 4th time now someone doesn't listen correctly to my order and gives me the wrong nuggets. I didn't go back, because the last time I did, the cashier had a bad attitude and was upset with me when it was their error and not mine. I think they should hire new staff. Ahh, Chick-fil-a! Back when I lived in San Francisco, I could not believe they were so far away from the city. Such elusive yet delectible fried chicken should not be kept far from the masses! Literally one of the best Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to, and I grew up in Atlanta...so that's saying something. Tony, the owner/operator is WONDERFUL. I ordered curb side pick up and when my coffee wasn't exactly how I ordered it, they remade it and brought it all the way down to the car (and some extra Chick-fil-A sauce), no questions asked, with a big smile. The food was exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A. Employees were nice, and the place was clean and inviting. And BUSY.

Fast fried chicken. I do really like Chick-Fil-A, but I can't say that it's my favorite thing in the world. My husband goes wild for it, but I just can't seem to muster up the same level of excitement. This location is a typical mall food court restaurant. AVOID CATERING FROM THIS LOCATION!! I placed an order from this store for 60 people for a presentation at the Cleveland Clinic. I spoke with David who took my order and everything seemed great. It was to arrive by 10:45 for an 11am meeting, and the food arrived at 11:20. Not only did they arrive late they forgot the bags of ice for the drinks, they forgot the dressing for the salads and the wraps, and they delivered 50 sandwiches in their warming bag and expected me to simply carry them from the lobby individually?! The delivery person had no bags, boxes, and expected to dump out his bag without a way to carry them. The presentation and lunch was a fire drill because we had the conference room for 1 hour and we were 35 minutes in before the food was offered. When I spoke with David he told me he would speak with the owner to make it right. The owner's idea of fixing this was to offer me a free salad on my next catering order?!?! I spent $750 on this order, and her idea of customer service is "next time you spend $750 I will give you a salad"?! Seriously? How about "let's make this right and hopefully I can earn your repeat business", that is customer service. What this short sighted greedy owner does not realize is that I will never use them again, and I plan on telling all of the others that I know that work at the Clinic to not use them again. This is a place that I always visit whenever I go shopping there. You can order a sandwich for a full meal or just some chicken nuggets and waffle fries for snack. I would highly recommend the "snack" options I mentioned above. Ask them for ALL the sauces they have and I guarantee that you will find at least one flavor that you will like.
