This is the first Chick-Fil-A restaurant I have been to that had terrible customer service. The young, white, skinny girl working outside taking drive thru orders on 12/20/22 at around 3:45pm was rushing us and gave us attitude while taking our order. Then we pulled up to the window and decided to add items we forgot to add to our original order since we were rushed and were greeted by this young female with brown skin tone and dark brown hair who was also rude and gave us eye-rolling attitude. Normally I am a big fan of Chick-Fil-A, but this location is nowhere near the quality of other locations I have been to. They messed up my order twice in a row, and the food quality and order accuracy has dropped significantly over the past year. The first time I had a messed up order, they left off my chicken strips. I didn't notice until I got to the office, and had to give up my nuggets so my coworker would have something to eat. I checked my receipt and it wasn't on there; good, I didn't get charged, but they read my order back to me and still left it off somehow. Irritated, I submitted my feedback on the website and was given a coupon for a replacement strips and an ice cream. Second time, I go with my partner and they messed up AGAIN. This time, when asked for extra pickles, they did not add them; and when getting our ice cream, the drive-thru lady insisted that the spoon was in the bag. We checked right there, holding up the line, and lo-and-behold, there is NO spoon. Disaster averted. On both occasions, the waffle fries were way undercooked to the point of being soggy and mushy. The ice cream on the second visit was watery, almost like the soft serve you would get at Hometown Buffet. Pretty disappointing considering I am usually a fan of their food. The drive-thru lines at least moved fast; but my suggestion would be for them to slow down and make sure order accuracy and quality is ensured. read more

This is not my normal Chick-fil-A, but I was shopping across the street, so I hit the drive through. It was the first time I haven't had to wait in line. On my way home, stuck in traffic on the 217 because of a wreck, I ate my sandwich & found out why. It was terrible! It seriously tasted like KFC, instead of the normal Chick-fil-A breading. Gross. Nearly 3 years since my last visit, and I hoped that during that time, they would have learned to COOK the waffle fries. Sadly, no. Still soft and mushy. Attention Chick-fil-A : COOK THE FRIES. That means put them in the oil and leave them in there long enough to be crispy on the outside and cooked (not soft and mushy) on the inside. I'm kind of sick of over paying for fries that never seem to be hot and waiting in a drive thru that always seems to take forever lol. I decided to try the fish filet tonight--MISTAKE. First of all, it tasted like fish sticks on a bun. Literally, a cold bun. They didn't even try to pretend like they heated it up prior to making the sandwich. Also, I was expecting a large piece of fish, yanno, like a actual filet?? But as you can see in the picture, it's just two measly pieces of fish. You'd think for over $5 they could do a little better. Also I paid for extra pickles and that's what they gave me, lol. Don't think I'll be coming back, at least to this location. Chicken nuggets were OK, definitely better than McDonalds, but not so much better that I would drive back here. Mac and cheese was mediocre not as great as I was told on the commercial, flavor good and tasted different cheeses, but the pasta was overcooked, so in essence it was ruined. I loveee Chick-fil-A and I've been to this location several times before. However, this was the first time I ordered a salad from this particular location. I was disappointed in the salad quality and size. It was very small and some of the greens were on the verge of being slightly wilted. Now, this is not something that I would complain about at any other restaurant, but I know this is not up to Chick-fil-A quality standards. I ordered a cobb salad from a different location a few weeks ago and it came in a completely different container (at least 1.5-2x as big as the one I got today) and it was honestly enough for 2 meals, but today, it was barely enough for one. I'm not sure if this location uses different containers that are a lot smaller or if they are taking short cuts to cut down on costs while keeping the price high ($9 for a med. sized fast food salad yikes). I would have easily paid and continue to pay $9 for the good quality salad I usually expect from Chick-fil-a but this was just not it. He really stood out as a great food service member despite the extreme stress of Fourth of July. I ordered two strawberry passion tea lemonades but only received one. Horrible service. Crazy parking and drive thru. Unfortunately by the time I got my food it was cold. Order taker was slow and seemed confused with prior customer and then that I had a mobile order. What appeared to be a supervisor yelled at me in following her directions and made me wait for 3 cars in the next lane to pass. It appeared to be out of showing his power. I've been to the Raleigh Hills location at least 3 times, and possibly 4 or 5 since it opened, and I'm done. The place has had plenty of opportunity to get its staff trained and processes fined-tuned but it's still lacking to the point that I don't have much confidence that it will ever improve. I placed an order inside at 9:19 p.m. on Saturday night for just a milkshake to go - meaning I waited right there at the counter in plain sight of all the entire counter staff. At 9:27 I asked for my money back because I was tired of waiting without acknowledgement. The place wasn't busy, I was able to walk right up to the counter to order. I mean, after all, it *was* after 9 p.m. so why did it take so long to make a milkshake? The visit before, I think the previous Saturday, I ordered the same thing, just a milkshake, from the drive-thru. That visit was during a meal time so the drive-thru line was busier but not horrible. By the time I got to the window my milkshake had melted enough that the cherry on top had sunk so much that at first it looked like they'd forgotten it. If they could make the milkshake so seemingly soon after I ordered from the drive-thru during a busy time, why couldn't they make a milkshake in less than 8 minutes during a not-busy time? I enjoy Chick-fil-A milkshakes but I can get one just as good a couple blocks away at KFC without the frustration so I'll continue to go there instead like I have been doing for years, and relegate Chick-fil-A to just another fast-food joint along BHH that I often drive by but never visit because it's simply not worth it. read more

First, I would like to say I am upset over the lack of traffic planning and consideration for my pocket neighborhood. The traffic has made our streets dangerous. That aside, I finally gave them a try to see what all the traffic was about. It was more expensive than I thought would be for just a chicken sandwich. Based on the price, I expected something with a much higher quality, size or taste. It was just an average chicken sandwich. And expensive. I won't bother ever again. Hard to leave this review because i love Chik Fil A, but this is the third time in a row this specific location has been a let down. Don't go to this one, drive to the cedar hills or Tanasbourne one. It's consistently worse than any other chik fil a in the area. Been here three times, and EVERY single time my fries are 60% filled.
